Note: The voice here seems to transition from the author's (v1) to messianic prophet's (v3) to God's (v14). Satan himself sees this prophecy as relating to Christ as he quotes it to Jesus kjv@Matthew:4:6 to tempt Him. This makes for an interesting marking for v9 (God Jesus has made God Father His habitation who is the prophet's refuge) and v14 (God Jesus has set, God the Father will deliver, only the Son knows the Father).
