"Of You In My Prayers"

The Apostle Paul to the Ephesians
kjv@Ephesians:1:15-23

(with the help of his closest friends)

Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints, Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;

That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory,

may give unto you the spirit of wisdom

(James:3:17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure , then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.)

and revelation in the knowledge of him:

(Matthew:16:17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.)

The eyes of your understanding being enlightened;

(Luke:24:45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures..)

that ye may know what is the hope of his calling,

(Jude:1:24-25 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.)

and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

(Ephesians:1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace.)

And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,

(Ephesians:3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us..)

Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

(1Peter:1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead..)

Far above all principality,

(Colossians:2:10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power..)

and power,

(Romans:8:38-39 @ For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.)

and might,

(1Peter:3:22 Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him..)

and dominion,

(Colossians:1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him..)

and every name that is named,

(Acts:4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.)

not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

(1John:2:16-17 @ For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.)

And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,

(Hebrews:12:23 @ To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,)

Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.
