gltv@Job:21:1 @ And answered and said:
gltv@Job:21:2 @ Listen carefully to my speech, and let this be your comfort;
gltv@Job:21:3 @ Rise with me and I shall speak; then after I have spoken, you may mock.
gltv@Job:21:4 @ As for me, is my complaint to man? And why should not my spirit be short?
gltv@Job:21:5 @ Turn toward me and be astonished, and put your hand on your mouth.
gltv@Job:21:6 @ And if I remember, I am dismayed; and trembling seizes on my flesh.
gltv@Job:21:7 @ Why do the wicked live? They grow old, and become mighty in power.
gltv@Job:21:8 @ Their seed is established with them before their face, and their offspring before their eyes.
gltv@Job:21:9 @ Their houses are in peace, without fear; nor is God's rod on them.
gltv@Job:21:10 @ His bull passes semen and does not fail; his cow calves and does not miscarry.
gltv@Job:21:11 @ They send their little ones out as a flock; and their children dance.
gltv@Job:21:12 @ They lift up voice at the timbrel and lyre, and rejoice at the sound of the flute.
gltv@Job:21:13 @ They spend their days in good, and in a moment go down to Sheol.
gltv@Job:21:14 @ And they say to God, Depart from us, for we do not desire the knowledge of Your ways.
gltv@Job:21:15 @ What is the Almighty, that we should serve Him? And what do we profit if we entreat Him?
gltv@Job:21:16 @ Behold, their good is not in their hand! The counsel of the wicked is far from me.
gltv@Job:21:17 @ How often is the lamp of the wicked put out, and their calamity comes on them! He shares out pangs in His anger;
gltv@Job:21:18 @ they are as straw before the wind, and as chaff that the tempest steals away.
gltv@Job:21:19 @ God stores up his iniquity for his sons; He repays him, and he knows.
gltv@Job:21:20 @ His eyes shall see his destruction, and he shall drink of the wrath of the Almighty.
gltv@Job:21:21 @ For what is his delight in his house after him, and his number of months is cut off.
gltv@Job:21:22 @ Shall any teach God knowledge, since He shall judge the exalted?
gltv@Job:21:23 @ One dies in his full strength, wholly secure and at ease;
gltv@Job:21:24 @ his sides are full of milk, and his bones are wet with marrow.
gltv@Job:21:25 @ And another dies with bitter soul, and never eats with pleasure;
gltv@Job:21:26 @ they lie down together on the dust, and the worms shall cover over them.
gltv@Job:21:27 @ Behold, I know your thoughts, and the plots you would wrongfully do against me;
gltv@Job:21:28 @ for you say, Where is the house of the noble, and where the tent, the dwellings of the wicked?
gltv@Job:21:29 @ Did you not ask those who go along the highway; and do you not know their signs?
gltv@Job:21:30 @ For the wicked is kept for the day of calamity; they shall be brought to the day of wrath.
gltv@Job:21:31 @ Who shall declare his way to his face? And who repays him for what he has done?
gltv@Job:21:32 @ Yet he shall be brought to the graves, and watch shall be kept over his tomb.
gltv@Job:21:33 @ And the clods of the valley shall be sweet to him; and every man shall draw after him; and there is not any number before him.
gltv@Job:21:34 @ How then do you comfort me with vanity? Yea, in your answers remains treachery.
