Luke:9:18-27

rwbs@Luke:9:19 @ They answering said, John the Baptist; but some, Elijah; and others, that one of the old prophets is risen again.
rwbs@Luke:9:20 @ He said to them, But who say ye that I am? Peter answering said, The Christ of God.
rwbs@Luke:9:21 @ And he strictly charged them, and commanded to tell no man that thing;
rwbs@Luke:9:22 @ Saying, The Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected by the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised the third day.
rwbs@Luke:9:23 @ And he said to all, If any will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
rwbs@Luke:9:24 @ For whoever will save his life shall lose it: but whoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.
rwbs@Luke:9:25 @ For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?
rwbs@Luke:9:26 @ For whoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and Father, and of the holy angels.
rwbs@Luke:9:27 @ But I tell you truly, there are some standing here, who shall not taste death, till they see the kingdom of God.
