gltv@Matthew:6:16 @ And when you fast, do not be as the hypocrites, darkening the face, for they disfigure their faces so that they may appear to men to be fasting. Truly I say to you that they have their reward.

gltv@Matthew:6:18 @ so as not to appear to men to be fasting, but to your Father in secret. And your Father seeing in secret will repay you in the open.
