rsv@Psalms:69:3 @ I sink in deep mire, where there is no foothold; I have come into deep waters, and the flood sweeps over me.

rsv@Psalms:69:4 @ I am weary with my crying; my throat is parched. My eyes grow dim with waiting for my God.

rsv@Psalms:69:5 @ More in number than the hairs of my head are those who hate me without cause; mighty are those who would destroy me, those who attack me with lies. What I did not steal must I now restore?

rsv@Psalms:69:7 @ Let not those who hope in thee be put to shame through me, O Lord GOD of hosts; let not those who seek thee be brought to dishonor through me, O God of Israel.

rsv@Psalms:70:2 @ Be pleased, O God, to deliver me! O LORD, make haste to help me!

rsv@Psalms:70:3 @ Let them be put to shame and confusion who seek my life! Let them be turned back and brought to dishonor who desire my hurt!

rsv@Psalms:70:4 @ Let them be appalled because of their shame who say, "Aha, Aha!"

rsv@Psalms:70:5 @ May all who seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee! May those who love thy salvation say evermore, "God is great!" [ (Psalms strkjv@70:6) But I am poor and needy; hasten to me, O God! Thou art my help and my deliverer; O LORD, do not tarry! ]

rsv@Psalms:71:2 @ In thy righteousness deliver me and rescue me; incline thy ear to me, and save me!

rsv@Psalms:71:13 @ May my accusers be put to shame and consumed; with scorn and disgrace may they be covered who seek my hurt.

rsv@Psalms:71:22 @ I will also praise thee with the harp for thy faithfulness, O my God; I will sing praises to thee with the lyre, O Holy One of Israel.

rsv@Psalms:72:5 @ May he defend the cause of the poor of the people, give deliverance to the needy, and crush the oppressor!

rsv@Psalms:72:6 @ May he live while the sun endures, and as long as the moon, throughout all generations!

rsv@Psalms:72:7 @ May he be like rain that falls on the mown grass, like showers that water the earth!

rsv@Psalms:72:8 @ In his days may righteousness flourish, and peace abound, till the moon be no more!

rsv@Psalms:72:9 @ May he have dominion from sea to sea, and from the River to the ends of the earth!

rsv@Psalms:72:10 @ May his foes bow down before him, and his enemies lick the dust!

rsv@Psalms:72:11 @ May the kings of Tarshish and of the isles render him tribute, may the kings of Sheba and Seba bring gifts!

rsv@Psalms:72:12 @ May all kings fall down before him, all nations serve him!

rsv@Psalms:72:13 @ For he delivers the needy when he calls, the poor and him who has no helper.

rsv@Psalms:72:14 @ He has pity on the weak and the needy, and saves the lives of the needy.

rsv@Psalms:72:15 @ From oppression and violence he redeems their life; and precious is their blood in his sight.

rsv@Psalms:72:16 @ Long may he live, may gold of Sheba be given to him! May prayer be made for him continually, and blessings invoked for him all the day!

rsv@Psalms:72:17 @ May there be abundance of grain in the land; on the tops of the mountains may it wave; may its fruit be like Lebanon; and may men blossom forth from the cities like the grass of the field!

rsv@Psalms:72:18 @ May his name endure for ever, his fame continue as long as the sun! May men bless themselves by him, all nations call him blessed!

rsv@Psalms:72:19 @ Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, who alone does wondrous things.
