These words I do with Aretas, distinguish in this manner: whose names are not written from the laying of the foundation of the world, in the book of Life, of the Lamb slain. This distinction is confirmed by a similar verse in (Rev_17:8).(:note) whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
