What is God's righteousness observed doing?:

Behaving at a pace that appears to those close to Jesus to be insane.
Addressing criticism by parable and familiar logic. Stating that it's needs are to stand undivided as kingdom/house. That whether His kingdom or Satan's both must operate toward the same goal else they would end.
Pointing to a binding of the present strong man that must occur.
Forgiving men all sin except for blaspheme against the Holy Spirit, making that the condition for judgment to eternal damnation.

What does this tell us about God's righteousness?:

The franticness of Jesus' pace would not be of a concern to us if would knew the purpose of the actions He is making on our behalf; pace would be encouraged if we knew of our current end. It would be like the man drowning inside his car telling the one and only emergency responder to slow down, to take his time.
The Father is casting out unclean spirits through Jesus as confirmed by the Holy Ghost. To say other wise is to say that the Holy Spirit is a deceiver like Satan which HE is not. If to say Jesus is driven not by the Holy Ghost (in effect that the Holy Ghost is as Satan), but by the Satanic or less, one disregards the salvation offered by the Father to them from eternal damnation; they are judgment unto themselves. Likewise, to say otherwise is to say Satan is against himself which is nonsensical.
There is nothing that righteousness would want from the household of Satan except for the good things: us. In order to end Satan's kingdom or his present stronghold on us he must be bound by Jesus and his minions divided. Jesus is the only one that for us can do this.

How is man reacting?:

Friends - concerned/protective of Jesus
Scribes - accusing Him of having a devil

Notes:

Remember that the target audience for this parable are the scribes. It is presented in an intellectual form that they would know most well. Given their training and familiarity with this logic, this statement should be most convincing to them, but it is not. Is that to say about His logic's weakness or the illogic hiding behind theirs?

Key Messages:

What does this say about our present condition?

The oddity is that in today's assessment the house of Christ appears most divided except for their core belief in Him. We really can't even say that Satan has had to work all that hard at dividing it up, it seems more to be in our continued nature. Our sanctification then proven does not end at our acceptance of salvation in Jesus, it begins at that and from there separates us as only He can separate us if we so remain willing and obedient (which we apparently are not).
