1Corinthians 3

lont@1Corinthians:3:1 @ Now, I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual, but as to fleshly men, even as to babes in Christ.

lont@1Corinthians:3:2 @ Milk I gave you-not meat; for you were not then able to receive it: nay, neither yet now are you able, because you are still fleshly.

lont@1Corinthians:3:3 @ For, whereas, among you, envying, and strife, and divisions subsist; are you not fleshly, and walk after the manner of men?

lont@1Corinthians:3:4 @ Besides, while one says, I, indeed, am of Paul; and another, I of Apollos, are you not fleshly?

lont@1Corinthians:3:5 @ For who is Paul, and who is Apollos; but ministers, by whom you have believed, even as the Lord has given to each?

lont@1Corinthians:3:6 @ I have planted, Apollos has watered; but God has made to grow.

lont@1Corinthians:3:7 @ So that neither the planter is anything, nor the waterer; but God, who makes to grow.

lont@1Corinthians:3:8 @ However, the planter and the waterer are one, and each shall receive his proper reward, according to his proper labor.

lont@1Corinthians:3:9 @ Wherefore, we are joint laborers, employed by God. You are God's field; you are God's building.

lont@1Corinthians:3:10 @ According to the favor of God, which is given to me as a skillful architect, I have laid the foundation, and another builds upon it. But let every one take heed how he builds on it.

lont@1Corinthians:3:11 @ For other foundation no one can lay, except what is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

lont@1Corinthians:3:12 @ Now if any one build on this foundation, gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;

lont@1Corinthians:3:13 @ every one's work shall be made manifest: for the say will make it plain, because it is revealed by fire; and so the fire will try every one's work, of what sort it is.

lont@1Corinthians:3:14 @ If the work of any one remain, which he has built upon the foundation: he shall receive a reward.

lont@1Corinthians:3:15 @ If the work of any one shall be burnt, he will suffer loss: himself, however, shall be saved, yet so as through a fire.

lont@1Corinthians:3:16 @ Do you not know that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells among you?

lont@1Corinthians:3:17 @ If any one destroy the temple of God, him will God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.

lont@1Corinthians:3:18 @ Let no one deceive himself. If any one among you think to be wise in this age, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.

lont@1Corinthians:3:19 @ «For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God; for it is written,» 'He entangled the wise in their own craftiness.'

lont@1Corinthians:3:20 @ «And again,» 'The Lord knows the reasonings of the wise, that they are vain.'

lont@1Corinthians:3:21 @ Wherefore, let no man boast in men; for all things are yours:

lont@1Corinthians:3:22 @ whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come-all are yours;

lont@1Corinthians:3:23 @ and you are Christ's, and Christ is God's.
