* Brethren , be (5737 ) not children in understanding : howbeit in malice be ye children (5720 ), but in understanding be (5737 ) men . * In the law it is written (5769 ), With men of other tongues and other lips will I speak (5692 ) unto this people ; and yet for all that will they not hear (5695 ) me , saith (5719 ) the Lord . * Wherefore tongues are (5748 ) for a sign , not to them that believe (5723 ), but to them that believe not : but prophesying serveth not for them that believe not , but for them which believe (5723 ). * If therefore the whole church be come together (5632 ) into one place , and all speak (5725 ) with tongues , and there come in (5632 ) those that are unlearned , or unbelievers , will they not say (5692 ) that ye are mad (5736 )? * But if all prophesy (5725 ), and there come in (5632 ) one that believeth not , or one unlearned , he is convinced (5743 ) of all , he is judged (5743 ) of all : * And thus are the secrets of his heart made (5736 ) manifest ; and so falling down (5631 ) on his face he will worship (5692 ) God , and report (5723 ) that God is (5748 ) in you of a truth .
