* How is it (5748 ) then , brethren ? when ye come together (5741 ), every one of you hath (5719 ) a psalm , hath (5719 ) a doctrine , hath (5719 ) a tongue , hath (5719 ) a revelation , hath (5719 ) an interpretation . Let all things be done (5634 ) unto edifying . * If any man speak (5719 ) in an unknown tongue , let it be by two , or at the most by three , and that by course ; and let one interpret (5720 ). * But if there be (5753 ) no interpreter , let him keep silence (5720 ) in the church ; and let him speak (5720 ) to himself , and to God . * Let the prophets speak (5720 ) two or three , and let the other judge (5720 ). * If any thing be revealed (5686 ) to another that sitteth by (5740 ), let the first hold his peace (5720 ). * For ye may (5736 ) all prophesy (5721 ) one by one , that all may learn (5725 ), and all may be comforted (5747 ). * And the spirits of the prophets are subject (5743 ) to the prophets . * For God is (5748 ) not the author of confusion , but of peace , as in all churches of the saints .
