* For our gospel came (5675 ) not unto you in word only , but also in power , and in the Holy Ghost , and in much assurance ; as ye know (5758 ) what manner of men we were (5675 ) among you for your sake . * And ye became (5675 ) followers of us , and of the Lord , having received (5666 ) the word in much affliction , with joy of the Holy Ghost : * So that ye were (5635 ) ensamples to all that believe (5723 ) in Macedonia and Achaia . * For from you sounded out (5769 ) the word of the Lord not only in Macedonia and Achaia , but also in every place your faith to God-ward is spread abroad (5758 ); so that we need not (5721 ) to speak (5721 ) any thing .
