gltv@2Samuel:23:1 @ And these are the last words of David, the saying of David the son of Jesse, and the saying of the man raised on high, the anointed of the God of Jacob, and the sweet singer of Israel:

gltv@2Samuel:23:2 @ The Spirit of Jehovah has spoken by me, and His Word is on my tongue.

gltv@2Samuel:23:3 @ The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spoke to me: One ruling over man righteously, who rules in the fear of God,

gltv@2Samuel:23:4 @ is as the light of the morning, as the sun shines; a morning without clouds; through shining after rain the tender grass sprouts from the earth.

gltv@2Samuel:23:5 @ For is not my house so with God? For He has made an everlasting covenant with me, ordered in all things, and sure; for all my salvation, and all my desire, will He not make it grow?

gltv@2Samuel:23:6 @ As to the ungodly, all of them shall be as a thorn driven away; for they cannot be taken by the hand;

gltv@2Samuel:23:7 @ but the man who shall touch them must be armed with iron and the shaft of a spear; they shall be utterly burned with fire in their place.
