* If a man therefore purge (5661 ) himself from these , he shall be (5704 ) a vessel unto honour , sanctified (5772 ), and meet for the masters use , and prepared (5772 ) unto every good work . * Flee (5720 ) also youthful lusts : but follow (5720 ) righteousness , faith , charity , peace , with them that call on (5734 ) the Lord out of a pure heart . * But foolish and unlearned questions avoid (5737 ), knowing (5761 ) that they do gender (5719 ) strifes . * And the servant of the Lord must (5748 ) not strive (5738 ); but be (5750 ) gentle unto all men , apt to teach , patient , * In meekness instructing (5723 ) those that oppose themselves (5734 ); if God peradventure will give (5632 ) them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth ;
