* And when the Jews were gone (5654 ) out of the synagogue , the Gentiles besought (5707 ) that these words might be preached (5683 ) to them the next sabbath . * Now when the congregation was broken up (5685 ), many of the Jews and religious (5740 ) proselytes followed (5656 ) Paul and Barnabas : who , speaking (5723 ) to them , persuaded (5707 ) them to continue (5721 ) in the grace of God . * And the next (5740 ) sabbath day came almost the whole city together (5681 ) to hear (5658 ) the word of God .
