* And certain men which came down (5631 ) from Judaea taught (5707 ) the brethren , and said , Except ye be circumcised (5747 ) after the manner of Moses , ye cannot (5736 ) be saved (5683 ). * When therefore Paul and Barnabas had (5637 ) no small dissension and disputation with them , they determined (5656 ) that Paul and Barnabas , and certain other of them , should go up (5721 ) to Jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this question . * And being brought on their way (5685 ) by the church , they passed through (5711 ) Phenice and Samaria , declaring (5740 ) the conversion of the Gentiles : and they caused (5707 ) great joy unto all the brethren . * And when they were come (5637 ) to Jerusalem , they were received (5681 ) of the church , and of the apostles and elders , and they declared (5656 ) all things that God had done (5656 ) with them . * But there rose up (5627 ) certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed (5761 ), saying (5723 ), That it was needful (5748 ) to circumcise (5721 ) them , and to command (5721 ) them to keep (5721 ) the law of Moses .
