* And Judas and Silas , being (5752 ) prophets also themselves , exhorted (5656 ) the brethren with many words , and confirmed (5656 ) them . * And after they had tarried (5660 ) there a space , they were let go (5681 ) in peace from the brethren unto the apostles . * Notwithstanding it pleased (5656 ) Silas to abide there still (5658 ). * Paul also and Barnabas continued (5707 ) in Antioch , teaching (5723 ) and preaching (5734 ) the word of the Lord , with many others also . * And some days after Paul said (5627 ) unto Barnabas , Let us go again (5660 ) and visit (5667 ) our brethren in every city where we have preached (5656 ) the word of the Lord , and see how they do (5719 ). * And Barnabas determined (5662 ) to take with them (5629 ) John , whose surname was (5746 ) Mark . * But Paul thought not good (5707 ) to take him with them (5629 ), who departed (5631 ) from them from Pamphylia , and went (5631 ) not with them to the work . * And the contention was (5633 ) so sharp between them , that they departed asunder (5683 ) one from the other : and so Barnabas took (5631 ) Mark , and sailed (5658 ) unto Cyprus ; * And Paul chose (5671 ) Silas , and departed (5627 ), being recommended (5685 ) by the brethren unto the grace of God . * And he went through (5711 ) Syria and Cilicia , confirming (5723 ) the churches .
