* Then Peter said (5713 ) unto them , Repent (5657 ), and be baptized (5682 ) every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins , and ye shall receive (5695 ) the gift of the Holy Ghost . * For the promise is (5748 ) unto you , and to your children , and to all that are afar off , even as many as the Lord our God shall call (5667 ). * And with many other words did he testify (5711 ) and exhort (5707 ), saying (5723 ), Save yourselves (5682 ) from this untoward generation .
