* And when Peter saw (5631 ) it , he answered (5662 ) unto the people , Ye men of Israel , why marvel ye (5719 ) at this ? or why look ye so earnestly (5719 ) on us , as though by our own power or holiness we had made (5761 ) this man to walk (5721 )? * The God of Abraham , and of Isaac , and of Jacob , the God of our fathers , hath glorified (5656 ) his Son Jesus ; whom ye delivered up (5656 ), and denied (5662 ) him in the presence of Pilate , when he was determined (5660 ) to let him go (5721 ).
