* And seeing (5631 ) one of them suffer wrong (5746 ), he defended (5662 ) him , and avenged (5656 ) him that was oppressed (5746 ), and smote (5660 ) the Egyptian : * For he supposed (5707 ) his brethren would have understood (5721 ) how that God by his hand would deliver (5719 ) them : but they understood (5656 ) not . * And the next (5752 ) day he shewed himself (5681 ) unto them as they strove (5736 ), and would have set (5656 ) them at one again , saying (5631 ), Sirs , ye are (5748 ) brethren ; why do ye wrong (5719 ) one to another ?
