mkjv@Exodus:35:1 @ And Moses gathered all the congregation of the sons of Israel together and said to them, These [are] the words which the LORD has commanded, to do them.

mkjv@Exodus:35:2 @ Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you a holy day, a sabbath of rest to the LORD. Whoever does work in it shall be put to death.

mkjv@Exodus:35:3 @ You shall kindle no fire throughout your living places upon the Sabbath day.

mkjv@Exodus:35:4 @ And Moses spoke to all the congregation of the sons of Israel saying, This [is] the thing which the LORD commanded. He said,

mkjv@Exodus:35:5 @ Take from among you an offering to the LORD. Whoever [is] of a willing heart, let him bring it, an offering of the LORD: gold, and silver, and bronze,

mkjv@Exodus:35:6 @ and blue, and purple, and scarlet, and bleached [linen], and goats' [hair],

mkjv@Exodus:35:7 @ and rams' skins dyed red, and badgers' skins, and acacia-wood,

mkjv@Exodus:35:8 @ and oil for the light, and spices for anointing oil, and for the sweet incense,

mkjv@Exodus:35:9 @ and onyx stones, and stones to be set for the ephod and for the breast-pocket.

mkjv@Exodus:35:10 @ And every wise-hearted one among you shall come and make all that the LORD has commanded:

mkjv@Exodus:35:11 @ the tabernacle, its tent, its covering, its clasps, and its boards, its bars, its pillars, and its sockets.

mkjv@Exodus:35:12 @ And make the ark and the staves of it, the mercy-seat, and the veil of the covering,

mkjv@Exodus:35:13 @ the table, and its staves, and all its vessels, and showbread,

mkjv@Exodus:35:14 @ also the lampstand for the light, and its vessels, and its lamp, with the oil for the light,

mkjv@Exodus:35:15 @ and the incense altar, and its staves, and the anointing oil, and the sweet incense, and the hanging of the door at the entering in of the tabernacle.

mkjv@Exodus:35:16 @ And make the altar of burnt offering, with its bronze grate, its staves, and all its vessels, the laver and its base,

mkjv@Exodus:35:17 @ the hangings of the court, its pillars and their sockets, and the hanging, for the door of the court,

mkjv@Exodus:35:18 @ the pins of the tabernacle, and the pins of the court, and their cords,

mkjv@Exodus:35:19 @ the woven garments to do service in the holy [place], the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in the priest's office.

mkjv@Exodus:35:20 @ And all the congregation of the sons of Israel departed from the presence of Moses.

mkjv@Exodus:35:21 @ And they came, every one whose heart stirred him up, and every one whom His spirit made willing. They brought the LORD's offering to the work of the tabernacle of the congregation, and for all His service, and for the holy garments.

mkjv@Exodus:35:22 @ And the men came in together with the women, as many as were willing-hearted, bringing bracelets and earrings, and rings and ornaments, all jewels of gold. And everyone who offered waved a wave offering of gold to the LORD.

mkjv@Exodus:35:23 @ And everyone [with] whom was found blue, and purple, and scarlet, and bleached [linen], and goats' [hair], and red skins of rams, and badgers' skins, brought them.

mkjv@Exodus:35:24 @ Everyone lifting up an offering of silver and bronze brought the LORD's offering. And everyone with whom was found acacia-wood for any work of the service, brought [it].

mkjv@Exodus:35:25 @ And every wise-hearted woman spun with her hands. And they brought spun yarn, blue, and purple, scarlet, and bleached [linen].

mkjv@Exodus:35:26 @ And all the women whose hearts were lifted up in wisdom spun goats' hair.

mkjv@Exodus:35:27 @ And the rulers brought onyx stones, and stones to be set, for the ephod and for the breast-pocket.

mkjv@Exodus:35:28 @ And they brought spice and oil, for the light and for the anointing oil and for the sweet incense.

mkjv@Exodus:35:29 @ The sons of Israel brought a willing offering to the LORD, every man and woman whose heart made them willing to bring for all kinds of work which the LORD had commanded to be made by the hand of Moses.

mkjv@Exodus:35:30 @ And Moses said to the sons of Israel, See, the LORD has called the son of Uri the son of Hur, by the name Bezaleel, of the tribe of Judah.

mkjv@Exodus:35:31 @ And He has filled him with the spirit of God in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all kinds of work,

mkjv@Exodus:35:32 @ and to devise designs, to work in gold, and in silver, and in bronze,

mkjv@Exodus:35:33 @ and in the cutting of stones to set, and in carving of wood, to make any kind of skillful work.

mkjv@Exodus:35:34 @ And He has put in his heart that he may teach, he and Aholiab the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Daniel.

mkjv@Exodus:35:35 @ He has filled them [with] wisdom of heart to work all kinds of work; of the smith, and of the skillful worker, and of the embroiderer, in blue, and in purple, in scarlet, and in bleached linen], and of the weaver, of those who do any work, and of those who work out artful work.

mkjv@Exodus:36:1 @ And Bezaleel and Aholiab shall work with everyone wise of heart to whom the LORD has given wisdom and intelligence, to know how to do every work of the service of the sanctuary, concerning all which the LORD had commanded.

mkjv@Exodus:36:2 @ And Moses called Bezaleel and Aholiab, and every wise-hearted man in whose heart the LORD had put wisdom, even everyone whose heart stirred him up to come, to do the work.

mkjv@Exodus:36:3 @ And they received all the offerings from Moses, the offering which the sons of Israel had brought for the work of the service of the sanctuary, to make it. And they still brought to him free offerings every morning.

mkjv@Exodus:36:4 @ And all the wise men who worked all the work of the sanctuary came, every man from his work which they made.

mkjv@Exodus:36:5 @ And they spoke to Moses, saying, The people bring much more than enough [for] the service of the work which the LORD commanded to make.

mkjv@Exodus:36:6 @ And Moses commanded, and they caused it to be known throughout the camp, saying, Let neither man nor woman make any more work for the offering of the sanctuary. And the people were kept from bringing.

mkjv@Exodus:36:7 @ For the stuff which they had was enough for all the work to make it, and too much.

mkjv@Exodus:36:8 @ And every wise-hearted one among them that worked the work of the tabernacle, made ten curtains [of] fine twined bleached [linen], and blue, and purple, and scarlet. He made them with cherubs of skillful work.

mkjv@Exodus:36:9 @ The length of one curtain [was] twenty-eight cubits, and the breadth of one curtain was four cubits. The curtains were all of one size.

mkjv@Exodus:36:10 @ And he coupled the five curtains to one another, and he coupled [the other] five curtains to one another.

mkjv@Exodus:36:11 @ And he made loops of blue on the edge of one curtain from the edge in the coupling. Likewise he made loops in the outermost side, in the coupling of the second curtain.

mkjv@Exodus:36:12 @ He made fifty loops in one curtain, and he made fifty loops in the edge of the curtain which [was] in the coupling of the second. The loops held one to another.

mkjv@Exodus:36:13 @ And he made fifty clasps of gold, and coupled the curtains to one another with the clasps. And it became one tabernacle.

mkjv@Exodus:36:14 @ And he made curtains [of] goats' [hair] for the tent over the tabernacle. He made eleven curtains.

mkjv@Exodus:36:15 @ The length of one curtain [was] thirty cubits, and four cubits the breadth of one curtain. The eleven curtains were of one size.

mkjv@Exodus:36:16 @ And he coupled five curtains by themselves, and six curtains by themselves.

mkjv@Exodus:36:17 @ And he made fifty loops on the outermost edge of the curtain in the coupling, and he made fifty loops upon the edge of the curtains which coupled the second.

mkjv@Exodus:36:18 @ And he made fifty clasps [of] bronze to couple the tent together, so that it might be one.

mkjv@Exodus:36:19 @ And he made a covering for the tent [of] rams' skins dyed red, and a covering [of] dugong skins above.

mkjv@Exodus:36:20 @ And he made boards for the tabernacle [of] acacia-wood, standing up.

mkjv@Exodus:36:21 @ The length of a board [was] ten cubits, and the breadth of a board was one and a half cubits.

mkjv@Exodus:36:22 @ By two pins the one board was connected, one to another. So he made for all the boards of the tabernacle.

mkjv@Exodus:36:23 @ And he made boards for the tabernacle, twenty boards for the south side southward.

mkjv@Exodus:36:24 @ And he made forty sockets of silver under the twenty boards, two sockets under one board for its two pins, and two sockets under another board for its two pins.

mkjv@Exodus:36:25 @ And for the other side of the tabernacle, toward the north, he made twenty boards,

mkjv@Exodus:36:26 @ and their forty sockets were of silver; two sockets under one board, and two sockets under another board.

mkjv@Exodus:36:27 @ And he made six boards for the sides of the tabernacle westward.

mkjv@Exodus:36:28 @ And he made two boards for the corners of the tabernacle in the sides.

mkjv@Exodus:36:29 @ And they were coupled beneath, and coupled together at the head of it, to one ring. So he did to both of them in both the corners.

mkjv@Exodus:36:30 @ And there were eight boards. And their sockets [were] sixteen sockets of silver, two sockets under every board.

mkjv@Exodus:36:31 @ And he made bars of acacia-wood, five for the boards of the one side of the tabernacle,

mkjv@Exodus:36:32 @ and five bars for the boards of the other side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the tabernacle for the westward sides.

mkjv@Exodus:36:33 @ And he made the middle bar to shoot through the boards from the one end to the other.

mkjv@Exodus:36:34 @ And he overlaid the boards [with] gold, and made their rings [of] gold to be places for the bars, and overlaid the bars [with] gold.

mkjv@Exodus:36:35 @ And he made a veil [of] blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined bleached [linen]. He made it the work of an artisan, with cherubs.

mkjv@Exodus:36:36 @ And he made for it four pillars [of] acacia. And he overlaid them [with] gold. Their hooks [were of] gold, and he cast four sockets of silver for them.

mkjv@Exodus:36:37 @ And he made a screen for the tabernacle door, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined bleached [linen], of needlework;

mkjv@Exodus:36:38 @ and the five pillars of it, and their hooks. And he overlaid their capitals and their fillets [with] gold, but their five sockets [were of] bronze.

mkjv@Exodus:37:1 @ And Bezaleel made the ark [of] acacia-wood: two cubits and a half long, and a cubit and a half wide, and a cubit and a half high.

mkjv@Exodus:37:2 @ And he overlaid it [with] pure gold inside and out, and made a crown of gold around it.

mkjv@Exodus:37:3 @ And he cast four rings of gold for it, for the corners of it, even two rings on the one side of it and two rings on the other side of it.

mkjv@Exodus:37:4 @ And he made staves [of] acacia-wood and overlaid them [with] gold.

mkjv@Exodus:37:5 @ And he put the staves into the rings by the sides of the ark, in order to bear the ark.

mkjv@Exodus:37:6 @ And he made the mercy-seat [of] pure gold. Two cubits and a half long, and one cubit and a half wide.

mkjv@Exodus:37:7 @ And he made two cherubs [of] gold on the two ends of the mercy-seat. He made them of beaten work,

mkjv@Exodus:37:8 @ one cherub here at one end, and one cherub there at the [other] end. He made the cherubs out of the mercy-seat on the two ends of it.

mkjv@Exodus:37:9 @ And the cherubs were spreading out [their] wings above, covering the mercy-seat [with] their wings, their faces each toward the other. The faces of the cherubs were toward the mercy-seat.

mkjv@Exodus:37:10 @ And he made the table [of] acacia-wood. Two cubits long, a cubit wide, and a cubit and a half high.

mkjv@Exodus:37:11 @ And he overlaid it [with] pure gold, and made for it a crown of gold all around.

mkjv@Exodus:37:12 @ Also he made for it a border all around, of a hand's breadth. And he made a crown of gold for the border of it all around.

mkjv@Exodus:37:13 @ And he cast for it four rings of gold, and put the rings on the four corners that [were] in the four feet of it.

mkjv@Exodus:37:14 @ The rings were near the border, the housings for the staves to carry the table.

mkjv@Exodus:37:15 @ And he made the staves [of] acacia-wood, and overlaid them [with] gold, to carry the table.

mkjv@Exodus:37:16 @ And he made the vessels which were on the table, its dishes and its spoons, and its bowls, and its pitchers by which a drink offering is made, [of] pure gold.

mkjv@Exodus:37:17 @ And he made the lampstand [of] pure gold. He made the lampstand [of] beaten work; its shaft and its branch, its cups, its knobs, and its blossoms, were of the same.

mkjv@Exodus:37:18 @ And six branches went out of the sides of it; three branches of the lampstand out of the one side of it, and three branches of the lampstand out of the other side of it.

mkjv@Exodus:37:19 @ Three almond-like cups [were] on the one branch, a knob and a blossom; and three almond-like cups on the one branch, a knob and a blossom. So throughout the six branches going out of the lampstand.

mkjv@Exodus:37:20 @ And on the lampstand [were] four almond-like cups, its knobs and its blossoms.

mkjv@Exodus:37:21 @ And a knob was under two branches of the same, and a knob under two branches of the same, and a knob under two branches of the same, to the six branches going out of it.

mkjv@Exodus:37:22 @ Their knobs and their branches were of the same; all of it was one beaten work [of] pure gold.

mkjv@Exodus:37:23 @ And he made its seven lamps, and its snuffers, and its snuff-dishes, [of] pure gold.

mkjv@Exodus:37:24 @ He made it of a talent [of] pure gold, and all the vessels of it.

mkjv@Exodus:37:25 @ And he made the incense altar [of] acacia-wood. Its length was a cubit, and its breadth a cubit, square. And its height was two cubits. Its horns were of the same.

mkjv@Exodus:37:26 @ And he overlaid it [with] pure gold, the top of it and the sides of it all around, and the horns of it. Also he made for it a crown of gold all around.

mkjv@Exodus:37:27 @ And he made two rings of gold for it under the crown of it, by the two corners of it, upon the two sides of it, to be places for the staves to bear it with.

mkjv@Exodus:37:28 @ And he made the staves [of] acacia-wood, and overlaid them [with] gold.

mkjv@Exodus:37:29 @ And he made the holy anointing oil, and the pure incense of sweet spices, the work of the perfumer.

mkjv@Exodus:38:1 @ And he made the altar of burnt offering [of] acacia-wood. Its length [was] five cubits, and its breadth five cubits, square; and its height three cubits.

mkjv@Exodus:38:2 @ And he made its horns on its four corners. Its horns were of it. And he overlaid it [with] bronze.

mkjv@Exodus:38:3 @ And he made all the vessels of the altar, the pots, and the shovels, and the basins, the flesh-hooks, and the fire-pans. All the vessels of it he made [of] bronze.

mkjv@Exodus:38:4 @ And he made a bronze grate of network for the altar, under the compass of it, beneath to the middle of it.

mkjv@Exodus:38:5 @ And he cast four rings for the four ends of the grate of bronze, places for the staves.

mkjv@Exodus:38:6 @ And he made the staves [of] acacia-wood and overlaid them [with] bronze.

mkjv@Exodus:38:7 @ And he put the staves into the rings on the sides of the altar, to bear it with. He made it hollow [with] boards.

mkjv@Exodus:38:8 @ And he made the laver [of] bronze, and its base bronze, out of the mirrors of serving women who assembled at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

mkjv@Exodus:38:9 @ And he made the court. On the south side southward the hangings of the court [were of] fine twined bleached [linen], a hundred cubits.

mkjv@Exodus:38:10 @ Their pillars were twenty, and their bronze sockets twenty. The hooks of the pillar and their bands [were of] silver.

mkjv@Exodus:38:11 @ And for the north side, a hundred by the cubit, their pillars twenty, and their twenty sockets bronze. The hooks of the pillars and their bands were of silver.

mkjv@Exodus:38:12 @ And for the west side [were] hangings of fifty cubits, their pillars ten, and their sockets ten. The hooks of the pillars and their bands were of silver.

mkjv@Exodus:38:13 @ And for the east side eastward fifty cubits.

mkjv@Exodus:38:14 @ The hangings of the one side [were] fifteen cubits, and their pillars three, and their sockets three.

mkjv@Exodus:38:15 @ And for the other side of the court gate, on this hand and that hand, [were] hangings of fifteen cubits, their pillars three, and their sockets three.

mkjv@Exodus:38:16 @ All the hangings of the court all around [were] of fine twined bleached [linen].

mkjv@Exodus:38:17 @ And the sockets for the pillars were [of] bronze. The hooks of the pillars and their bands were [of] silver. And the overlaying of their capitals was [of] silver. And all the pillars of the court were banded with silver.

mkjv@Exodus:38:18 @ And the screen for the gate of the court [was] needlework: blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined bleached [linen]. And it was twenty cubits long, and the height and the width five cubits, to match the hangings of the court.

mkjv@Exodus:38:19 @ And the pillars [were] four, and their bronze sockets four; their hooks silver, and the overlaying of their capitals and their bands silver.

mkjv@Exodus:38:20 @ And all the pins of the tabernacle and of the court all around, [were of] bronze.

mkjv@Exodus:38:21 @ This is the sum of the tabernacle, of the tabernacle of testimony, as it was counted, according to the command of Moses, [for] the service of the Levites by the hand of Ithamar, the son of Aaron the priest.

mkjv@Exodus:38:22 @ And Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, made all that the LORD commanded Moses.

mkjv@Exodus:38:23 @ And with him [was] Aholiab the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, an engraver, and a skillful workman, and an embroiderer in blue and in purple and in scarlet and bleached [linen].

mkjv@Exodus:38:24 @ All the gold that was used for the work in all the work of the sanctuary, even the gold of the offering, was twenty-nine talents and seven hundred thirty shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

mkjv@Exodus:38:25 @ And the silver from those numbered of the congregation [was] a hundred talents, and seventeen hundred seventy-five shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary;

mkjv@Exodus:38:26 @ a bekah for every man, half a shekel, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for everyone that went to be numbered, from twenty years old and upward, for six hundred three thousand, five hundred fifty [men].

mkjv@Exodus:38:27 @ And the sockets of the sanctuary were cast of the hundred talents of silver, and the sockets of the veil also, a hundred sockets of the hundred talents, a talent for a socket.

mkjv@Exodus:38:28 @ And he made hooks for the pillars out of the seventeen hundred seventy-five shekels, and overlaid their capitals and joined them.

mkjv@Exodus:38:29 @ And the bronze of the wave offering [was] seventy talents, and twenty-four hundred shekels,

mkjv@Exodus:38:30 @ and with it he made the sockets to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and the bronze altar, and the bronze grate for it, and all the vessels of the altar,

mkjv@Exodus:38:31 @ and the sockets of the court all around, and the sockets of the court gate, and all the pins of the tabernacle, and all the pins of the court all around [bronze].

mkjv@Exodus:39:1 @ And of the blue, and purple, and scarlet, they made woven garments for ministering in the sanctuary. And they made the holy garments for Aaron, even as the LORD commanded Moses.

mkjv@Exodus:39:2 @ And he made the ephod [of] gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined bleached [linen].

mkjv@Exodus:39:3 @ And they beat the gold into thin plates, and cut threads to work [it] into the blue, and into the purple, and into the scarlet, and into the bleached [linen], the work of an artisan.

mkjv@Exodus:39:4 @ They made shoulder-pieces for it, to couple [it] together. It was coupled together by the two edges.

mkjv@Exodus:39:5 @ And its fastening band which [was] on it, was of it, according to its work; gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined bleached [linen], even as the LORD commanded Moses.

mkjv@Exodus:39:6 @ And they made stones of onyx set [in] plaited work of gold, engraved as signets are engraved, with the names of the sons of Israel.

mkjv@Exodus:39:7 @ And he put them on the shoulders of the ephod, stones for a memorial to the sons of Israel, even as the LORD commanded Moses.

mkjv@Exodus:39:8 @ And he made the breast-pocket a work [of] an artisan, like the work of the ephod, of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined bleached [linen];

mkjv@Exodus:39:9 @ it was square. They made the breast-pocket double. Its length [was] a span, and its breadth a span, doubled.

mkjv@Exodus:39:10 @ And they set four rows of stones in it. One row was a ruby, a topaz, and a carbuncle, the first row.

mkjv@Exodus:39:11 @ And the second row: an turquoise, a sapphire, and a diamond.

mkjv@Exodus:39:12 @ And the third row: a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst.

mkjv@Exodus:39:13 @ And the fourth row: a chrysolite, an agate, and a jasper; set in plaited work of gold in their settings.

mkjv@Exodus:39:14 @ And the stones were according to the names of the sons of Israel, twelve, according to their names, [like] the engravings of a signet, every one with its name according to the twelve tribes.

mkjv@Exodus:39:15 @ And they made cords of chains upon the breast-pocket, of woven work [of] pure gold.

mkjv@Exodus:39:16 @ And they made two plaitings [of] gold and two gold rings. And they put the two rings on the two ends of the breast-pocket.

mkjv@Exodus:39:17 @ And they put the two cords of gold in the two rings on the ends of the breast-pocket.

mkjv@Exodus:39:18 @ And the two ends of the two cords were fastened in the two plaitings. And they put them on the shoulder-pieces of the ephod, on its front.

mkjv@Exodus:39:19 @ And they made two rings of gold. And they put [them] on the two ends of the breast-pocket, on its border, on the side of the ephod inward.

mkjv@Exodus:39:20 @ And they made two golden rings, and put them on the two sides of the ephod underneath, toward the front of it, near the other coupling of it, above to the band of the ephod.

mkjv@Exodus:39:21 @ And they bound the breast-pocket by its rings to the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, so that it might be above the band of the ephod, and so that the breast-pocket might not be loosened from the ephod, even as the LORD commanded Moses.

mkjv@Exodus:39:22 @ And he made the robe of the ephod of woven work, all of blue.

mkjv@Exodus:39:23 @ And the opening in the middle of the robe [was] like the opening of a corselet, with a band around the opening, so that it might not tear.

mkjv@Exodus:39:24 @ And they made upon the hems of the robe pomegranates of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined bleached [linen].

mkjv@Exodus:39:25 @ And they made bells [of] pure gold, and put the bells between the pomegranates upon the hems of the robe, all around, between the pomegranates:

mkjv@Exodus:39:26 @ a bell and a pomegranate, a bell and a pomegranate, all around the hem of the robe to minister [in], even as the LORD commanded Moses.

mkjv@Exodus:39:27 @ And they made the tunics [of] bleached [linen] [of] woven work for Aaron and for his sons.

mkjv@Exodus:39:28 @ And [they made] a miter of bleached [linen], and the headdress of the caps [of] bleached [linen], and linen breeches [of] fine twined bleached [linen],

mkjv@Exodus:39:29 @ and a girdle [of] fine twined bleached [linen], and blue, and purple, and scarlet, [of] needlework, even as the LORD commanded Moses.

mkjv@Exodus:39:30 @ And they made the plate of the holy crown [of] pure gold, and wrote upon it an inscription of the engravings of a signet, HOLINESS TO THE LORD.

mkjv@Exodus:39:31 @ And they tied a lace of blue to it, in order to fasten [it] on high upon the miter, even as the LORD commanded Moses.

mkjv@Exodus:39:32 @ And all the work of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation was finished. And the sons of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses. So they did.

mkjv@Exodus:39:33 @ And they brought the tabernacle to Moses, the tent, and all its furniture, its clasps, its boards, its bars, and its pillars, and its sockets,

mkjv@Exodus:39:34 @ and the covering of rams' skins dyed red, and the covering of dugong skins, and the veil of the covering,

mkjv@Exodus:39:35 @ the ark of the testimony, and its staves, and the mercy-seat,

mkjv@Exodus:39:36 @ the table, [and] all its vessels, and the showbread,

mkjv@Exodus:39:37 @ the pure lampstand, its lamps, even the lamps to be set in order, and all the vessels of it, and the oil for light,

mkjv@Exodus:39:38 @ and the golden altar, and the anointing oil, and the sweet incense, and the screen for the tabernacle door,

mkjv@Exodus:39:39 @ the bronze altar, and its grate of bronze, its staves, and all its vessels, the laver and its base,

mkjv@Exodus:39:43 @ And Moses looked upon all the work, and, behold, they had done it. As the LORD commanded, even so they had done it. And Moses blessed them.

mkjv@Exodus:40:2 @ You shall set up the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation on the first day of the first month.

mkjv@Exodus:40:3 @ And you shall put the ark of the testimony in it, and you shall cover the ark with the veil.

mkjv@Exodus:40:4 @ And you shall bring the table in, and set in order its arrangement. And you shall bring the lampstand in and light the lamps of it.

mkjv@Exodus:40:5 @ And you shall set the altar of gold for the incense in front of the ark of the testimony, and put the screen of the door to the tabernacle.

mkjv@Exodus:40:6 @ And you shall set the altar of the burnt offering in front of the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation.

mkjv@Exodus:40:7 @ And you shall set the laver between the tent of the congregation and the altar, and shall put water in it.

mkjv@Exodus:40:8 @ And you shall set up the court all around, and place the screen at the court gate.

mkjv@Exodus:40:9 @ And you shall take the anointing oil and anoint the tabernacle, and all in it, and shall sanctify it and all the vessels of it. And it shall be holy.

mkjv@Exodus:40:10 @ And you shall anoint the altar of the burnt offering, and all its vessels, and sanctify the altar. And it shall be a most holy altar.

mkjv@Exodus:40:12 @ And you shall bring Aaron and his sons to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and wash them with water.

mkjv@Exodus:40:13 @ And you shall put the holy garments on Aaron, and anoint him and sanctify him, so that he may minister to Me in the priest's office.

mkjv@Exodus:40:14 @ And you shall bring his sons and clothe them [with] tunics.

mkjv@Exodus:40:15 @ And you shall anoint them, even as you anointed their father, so that they may minister to Me in the priest's office. For their anointing shall surely be an everlasting priesthood for their generations.

mkjv@Exodus:40:16 @ And Moses did so. According to all that the LORD commanded him, so he did.

mkjv@Exodus:40:17 @ And it will be in the first month in the second year, on the first of the month, the tabernacle was reared up.

mkjv@Exodus:40:18 @ And Moses reared up the tabernacle and fastened its sockets, and set up its boards, and put in its bars, and reared up its pillars.

mkjv@Exodus:40:19 @ And he spread the tent over the tabernacle and put the covering of the tent above upon it, even as the LORD commanded Moses.

mkjv@Exodus:40:20 @ And he took and placed the Testimony into the ark, and set the staves on the ark, and put the mercy-seat on the ark from above.

mkjv@Exodus:40:21 @ And he brought the ark into the tabernacle and set up the veil of the covering, and covered the Ark of Testimony, even as the LORD commanded Moses.

mkjv@Exodus:40:22 @ And he put the table in the tent of the congregation, on the side of the tabernacle northward, outside the veil.

mkjv@Exodus:40:23 @ And he set the bread in order upon it before the LORD, even as the LORD had commanded Moses.

mkjv@Exodus:40:24 @ And he put the lampstand in the tent of the congregation across from the table, on the side of the tabernacle southward.

mkjv@Exodus:40:25 @ And he set up the lamps before the LORD, even as the LORD commanded Moses.

mkjv@Exodus:40:26 @ And he put the golden altar in the tent of the congregation in front of the veil.

mkjv@Exodus:40:27 @ And he burned sweet incense on it, even as the LORD commanded Moses.

mkjv@Exodus:40:28 @ And he set up the screen [at] the door of the tabernacle.

mkjv@Exodus:40:29 @ And he put the altar of burnt offering [by] the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation, and offered on it the burnt offering and the food offering, even as the LORD commanded Moses.

mkjv@Exodus:40:30 @ And he set the laver between the tent of the congregation and the altar, and put water there, for washing.

mkjv@Exodus:40:31 @ And Moses and Aaron and his sons washed their hands and their feet there.

mkjv@Exodus:40:32 @ When they went into the tent of the congregation, and when they came near the altar, they washed, even as the LORD commanded Moses.

mkjv@Exodus:40:33 @ And he reared up the court all around the tabernacle and the altar, and set up the screen of the court gate. And Moses finished the work.

mkjv@Exodus:40:34 @ And the cloud covered the tabernacle of the congregation, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.

mkjv@Exodus:40:35 @ And Moses was not able to enter into the tabernacle of the congregation because the cloud stayed on it, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.

mkjv@Exodus:40:36 @ And when the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the sons of Israel journeyed on in all their journeys.

mkjv@Exodus:40:37 @ But if the cloud was not taken up, then they did not journey until the day that it was taken up.

mkjv@Exodus:40:38 @ For the cloud of the LORD [was] upon the tabernacle by day, and fire was on it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel, in all their journeys.
