* And above the firmament over their heads was an appearance like a sapphire –stone , the form of a throne ; and upon the form of the throne there was a form like that of a man above . * And I saw what had the appearance of bright brass , what had the appearance of fire round about within it , from the appearance of his loins and upward . And from the appearance of his loins downward I saw what had the appearance of fire , and its brightness was round about him . * As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain , so was the appearance of the brightness round about . This was the appearance of the glory of Jehovah . And when I saw it I fell upon my face , and I heard the voice of one who spoke .
