Stands written (\gegraptai\, perfect passive indicative). \Kephalis\ is a diminutive of \kephal\ (head), a little head, then roll only here in N.T., but in the papyri. Here it refers "to the O.T. as a prediction of Christ's higher sacrifice" (Moffatt).
