* Seeing therefore it remaineth (5743 ) that some must enter (5629 ) therein , and they to whom it was first preached (5685 ) entered not in (5627 ) because of unbelief : * Again , he limiteth (5719 ) a certain day , saying (5723 ) in David , To day , after so long a time ; as it is said (5769 ), To day if ye will hear (5661 ) his voice , harden (5725 ) not your hearts . * For if Jesus had given them rest (5656 ), then would he not afterward have spoken (5707 ) of another day . * There remaineth (5743 ) therefore a rest to the people of God . * For he that is entered (5631 ) into his rest , he also hath ceased (5656 ) from his own works , as God did from his . * Let us labour (5661 ) therefore to enter (5629 ) into that rest , lest any man fall (5632 ) after the same example of unbelief .
