* For when Moses had spoken every precept according to the Law to all the people , he took the blood of the calves and of the goats , with water , and scarlet wool , and hyssop , and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people , * saying , "This is the blood of the covenant which God enjoined in respect to you ." * The tabernacle also and all the vessels of the service he in like manner sprinkled with the blood .
