emtv@John:1:1 @ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

emtv@John:1:2 @ He was in the beginning with God.

emtv@John:1:3 @ All things came to be through Him, and without Him nothing came to be which has come to be.

emtv@John:1:4 @ In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.

emtv@John:1:5 @ And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not apprehend it.

emtv@John:1:6 @ There was a man sent from God, whose name [was] John.

emtv@John:1:7 @ This [man] came for a testimony, so that he might testify concerning the Light, so that all through him might believe.

emtv@John:1:8 @ He was not that Light, but [was sent] so that he might testify concerning the Light.

emtv@John:1:9 @ That was the true Light which lightens every man coming into the world.

emtv@John:1:10 @ He was in the world, and the world came to be through Him, and the world did not know Him.

emtv@John:1:11 @ He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him.

emtv@John:1:12 @ But as many as received Him, He gave them the authority to become children of God, to those who believe in His name;

emtv@John:1:13 @ who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

emtv@John:1:14 @ And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

emtv@John:1:15 @ John testified concerning Him and has cried out, saying, "This was He of whom I said, 'He who comes after me, has come to be before me, because He was before me.' "

emtv@John:1:16 @ And out of His fullness we have all received, and grace upon grace.

emtv@John:1:17 @ For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came to be through Jesus Christ.

emtv@John:1:18 @ No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, He who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared [Him].
