He saith (5719 ) unto him , Feed (5720 ) my sheep . * He saith (5719 ) unto him the third time , Simon , son of Jonas , lovest (5719 ) thou me ? Peter was grieved (5681 ) because he said (5627 ) unto him the third time , Lovest (5719 ) thou me ? And he said (5627 ) unto him , Lord , thou knowest (5758 ) all things ; thou knowest (5719 ) that I love (5719 ) thee . Jesus saith (5719 ) unto him , Feed (5720 ) my sheep . * Verily , verily , I say (5719 ) unto thee , When thou wast (5713 ) young , thou girdedst (5707 ) thyself , and walkedst (5707 ) whither thou wouldest (5707 ): but when thou shalt be old (5661 ), thou shalt stretch forth (5692 ) thy hands , and another shall gird (5692 ) thee , and carry (5692 ) thee whither thou wouldest (5719 ) not . * This spake he (5627 ), signifying (5723 ) by what death he should glorify (5692 ) God .
