gltv@John:8:31 @ Then Jesus said to the Jews who had believed in Him, If you continue in My Word, you are truly My disciples.

gltv@John:8:32 @ And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

gltv@John:8:33 @ They answered Him, We are Abraham's seed, and we have been in slavery to no one, never! How do you say, You will become free?

gltv@John:8:34 @ Jesus answered them, Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone practicing sin is a slave of sin.

gltv@John:8:35 @ But the slave does not remain in the house forever; the son remains forever.

gltv@John:8:36 @ Therefore, if the Son sets you free, you are free indeed.

gltv@John:8:37 @ I know that you are Abraham's seed, but you seek to kill Me, because My Word has no place in you.

gltv@John:8:38 @ I speak what I have seen with My Father. And you therefore do what you have seen with your father.

gltv@John:8:39 @ They answered and said to Him, Abraham is our father. Jesus said to them, If you were children of Abraham, you would do the works of Abraham.

gltv@John:8:40 @ But now you seek to kill Me, a man who has spoken the truth to you, which I heard alongside of God. Abraham did not do this.

gltv@John:8:41 @ You do the works of your father. They said to Him, We were not born of fornication; we have one father, God.
