gltv@Luke:1:59 @ And it happened on the eighth day, they came to circumcise the child and were calling it by his father's name, Zacharias.

gltv@Luke:1:60 @ And his mother answered, saying, Not so, but he shall be called John.

gltv@Luke:1:61 @ And they said to her, No one is among your kindred who is called by this name.

gltv@Luke:1:62 @ And they signaled to his father, what he might desire him to be called.

gltv@Luke:1:63 @ And asking for a writing tablet, he wrote, saying, John is his name. And all marveled.

gltv@Luke:1:64 @ And instantly his mouth was opened and his tongue loosed, and he spoke, blessing God.

gltv@Luke:1:65 @ And fear came on all those living around them. And in all the hill country of Judea all these things were talked about.

gltv@Luke:1:66 @ And all who heard laid them up in their hearts, saying, What then will this child be? And the hand of the Lord was with him.
