* When a strong man armed (5772 ) keepeth (5725 ) his palace , his goods (5723 ) are (5748 ) in peace : * But when a stronger than he shall come upon him (5631 ), and overcome (5661 ) him , he taketh (5719 ) from him all his armour wherein he trusted (5714 ), and divideth (5719 ) his spoils . * He that is (5752 ) not with me is (5748 ) against me : and he that gathereth (5723 ) not with me scattereth (5719 ). * When the unclean spirit is gone (5632 ) out of a man , he walketh (5736 ) through dry places , seeking (5723 ) rest ; and finding (5723 ) none , he saith (5719 ), I will return (5692 ) unto my house whence I came out (5627 ). * And when he cometh (5631 ), he findeth (5719 ) it swept (5772 ) and garnished (5772 ). * Then goeth he (5736 ), and taketh (5719 ) to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself ; and they enter in (5631 ), and dwell (5719 ) there : and the last state of that man is (5736 ) worse than the first .
