Luke:13:1-9

rkjnt@Luke:13:1 @ There were some present at that time who told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.

rkjnt@Luke:13:2 @ And Jesus answered, saying to them, Do you suppose these Galilaeans were greater sinners than all the other Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?

rkjnt@Luke:13:3 @ I tell you, No: but, unless you repent, you shall all likewise perish.

rkjnt@Luke:13:4 @ Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, do you think that they were more guilty than all the men who lived in Jerusalem?

rkjnt@Luke:13:5 @ I tell you, No: but, unless you repent, you shall all likewise perish.

rkjnt@Luke:13:6 @ Then he spoke this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit on it, and found none.

rkjnt@Luke:13:7 @ Then he said to the keeper of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I have come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and have found none: cut it down; why should it use up the ground?

rkjnt@Luke:13:8 @ And he answered and said to him, Lord, let it alone this year also, until I shall dig about it, and put manure on it:

rkjnt@Luke:13:9 @ And if it bears fruit, fine: and if not, then you can cut it down.
