* There were present (5713 ) at that season some that told (5723 ) him of the Galilaeans , whose blood Pilate had mingled (5656 ) with their sacrifices . * And Jesus answering (5679 ) said (5627 ) unto them , Suppose ye (5719 ) that these Galilaeans were (5633 ) sinners above all the Galilaeans , because they suffered (5754 ) such things ? * I tell (5719 ) you , Nay : but , except ye repent (5725 ), ye shall all likewise perish (5698 ). * Or those eighteen , upon whom the tower in Siloam fell (5627 ), and slew (5656 ) them , think ye (5719 ) that they were (5633 ) sinners above all men that dwelt (5723 ) in Jerusalem ? * I tell (5719 ) you , Nay : but , except ye repent (5725 ), ye shall all likewise perish (5698 ). * He spake (5707 ) also this parable ; A certain man had (5707 ) a fig tree planted (5772 ) in his vineyard ; and he came (5627 ) and sought (5723 ) fruit thereon , and found (5627 ) none . * Then said he (5627 ) unto the dresser of his vineyard , Behold (5628 ), these three years I come (5736 ) seeking (5723 ) fruit on this fig tree , and find (5719 ) none : cut it down (5657 ); why cumbereth (5719 ) it the ground ? * And he answering (5679 ) said (5719 ) unto him , Lord , let it alone (5628 ) this year also , till I shall dig (5661 ) about it , and dung (5632 ) it : * And if it bear (5661 ) fruit , well : and if not , then after that (5723 ) thou shalt cut it down (5692 ).
