* And it came to pass (5633 ), as he went (5629 ) into the house of one of the chief Pharisees to eat (5629 ) bread on the sabbath day , that they watched (5713 ) (5734 ) him . * And , behold (5628 ), there was (5713 ) a certain man before him which had the dropsy . * And Jesus answering (5679 ) spake (5627 ) unto the lawyers and Pharisees , saying (5723 ), Is it lawful (5748 ) to heal (5721 ) on the sabbath day ? * And they held their peace (5656 ). And he took (5637 ) him , and healed (5662 ) him , and let him go (5656 ); * And answered (5679 ) them , saying (5627 ), Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fallen (5695 ) into a pit , and will not straightway pull him out (5692 ) on the sabbath day ?
