Luke:2:7-15




acv@Luke:2:7 @ And she brought forth her son, the firstborn, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in the feed trough, because there was no place for them in the inn.

acv@Luke:2:8 @ And there were shepherds in the same region living in the fields, and keeping watch by night over their flock.

acv@Luke:2:9 @ And behold, an agent of Lord stood near them, and the glory of Lord shone around them. And they feared a great fear.

acv@Luke:2:10 @ And the agent said to them, Fear not, for behold, I bring you good-news of great joy that will be to all the people,

acv@Luke:2:11 @ because to you was born today in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ Lord.

acv@Luke:2:12 @ And this is the sign to you: Ye will find a babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, and lying in a feed trough.

acv@Luke:2:13 @ And suddenly there came to be with the agent a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,

acv@Luke:2:14 @ Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill among men.

acv@Luke:2:15 @ And it came to pass, as the agents went away from them into heaven, that the men (the shepherds) said to each other, Let us indeed go through as far as Bethlehem, and see this declaration that has come to pass, which the Lord made
