noyes@Luke:9:38 @ And lo! a man from the multitude cried out, saying, Teacher, I beseech thee, look upon my son, for he is my only child;

noyes@Luke:9:39 @ and lo! a spirit seizeth him, and suddenly crieth out, and convulseth him so that he foameth, and it departeth from him hardly, taking away all his strength.

noyes@Luke:9:40 @ And I besought thy disciples to cast it out, and they could not.

noyes@Luke:9:41 @ And Jesus answering said, O unbelieving and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you, and bear with you? Bring thy son hither.

noyes@Luke:9:42 @ And while he was yet coming, the demon threw him down, and convulsed him. But Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, and healed the child, and delivered him to his father.
