* And John answered (5679 ) and said (5627 ), Master , we saw (5627 ) one casting out (5723 ) devils in thy name ; and we forbad (5656 ) him , because he followeth (5719 ) not with us . * And Jesus said (5627 ) unto him , Forbid (5720 ) him not : for he that is (5748 ) not against us is (5748 ) for us . * And it came to pass (5633 ), when the time was come (5745 ) that he should be received up , he stedfastly set (5656 ) his face to go (5738 ) to Jerusalem , * And sent (5656 ) messengers before his face : and they went (5679 ), and entered (5627 ) into a village of the Samaritans , to make ready (5658 ) for him . * And they did not receive (5662 ) him , because his face was (5713 ) as though he would go (5740 ) to Jerusalem . * And when his disciples James and John saw (5631 ) this , they said (5627 ), Lord , wilt thou (5719 ) that we command (5632 ) fire to come down (5629 ) from heaven , and consume (5658 ) them , even as Elias did (5656 )?
