* Now after that John was put in prison (5683 ), Jesus came (5627 ) into Galilee , preaching (5723 ) the gospel of the kingdom of God , * And saying (5723 ), The time is fulfilled (5769 ), and the kingdom of God is at hand (5758 ): repent ye (5720 ), and believe (5720 ) the gospel . * Now as he walked (5723 ) by the sea of Galilee , he saw (5627 ) Simon and Andrew his brother casting (5723 ) a net into the sea : for they were (5713 ) fishers . * And Jesus said (5627 ) unto them , Come ye (5773 ) after me , and I will make (5692 ) you to become (5635 ) fishers of men . * And straightway they forsook (5631 ) their nets , and followed (5656 ) him . * And when he had gone a little further (5631 ) thence , he saw (5627 ) James the son of Zebedee , and John his brother , who also were in the ship mending (5723 ) their nets . * And straightway he called (5656 ) them : and they left (5631 ) their father Zebedee in the ship with the hired servants , and went (5627 ) after him .
