noyes@Mark:11:13 @ and seeing a figtree afar off having leaves, he went to see whether he might find anything on it; and on coming to it he found nothing but leaves; for the season of figs had not come.

noyes@Mark:11:14 @ And he answering said to it, Let no one eat fruit from thee henceforth for ever. And his disciples heard him.

noyes@Mark:11:15 @ And they come to Jerusalem. And he went into the temple, and began to cast out those who sold and bought in the temple, and overturned the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of those who sold the doves;

noyes@Mark:11:17 @ And he taught, and said to them, Is it not written, "My house shall be called a house of prayer for all the nations? but ye have made it a den of robbers."

noyes@Mark:11:18 @ And the chief priests and the scribes heard it, and sought how they might destroy him; for they feared him; because all the multitude was astonished at his teaching.
