* It is like a man going away on a journey , having left his house and having given authority to his servants , and to each his work , and commanded the doorkeeper that he should watch . * Watch therefore , for you do not know when the master of the house is coming-at evening , or at midnight , or at dawn , or early in the morning - * lest having come suddenly , he should find you sleeping . * And the things I say to you , I say to all : watch !"
