Mark:6:45-52




emtv@Mark:6:45 @ And immediately He compelled His disciples to step into the boat and to go on ahead to the other side, to Bethsaida, until He could dismiss the crowd.

emtv@Mark:6:46 @ And having taken leave of them, He departed to the mountain to pray.

emtv@Mark:6:47 @ Now when it was evening, the boat was in the middle of the sea; and He was alone on the land.

emtv@Mark:6:48 @ Then He saw them straining at rowing, for the wind was against them. Now about the fourth watch of the night He came to them walking on the sea, and He intended to pass by them.

emtv@Mark:6:49 @ And seeing Him walking on the sea, they supposed Him to be a spirit, and they cried out;

emtv@Mark:6:50 @ for they all saw Him and were troubled. But immediately He spoke with them, and said to them, "Have courage! [It is] I AM; do not be afraid."

emtv@Mark:6:51 @ Then He went up with them into the boat and the wind ceased. And they were greatly astounded among themselves beyond measure, and were marveling.

emtv@Mark:6:52 @ For they had not understood concerning the loaves, because their heart was hardened.
