akjv@Mark:9:14 @ And when he came to his disciples, he saw a great multitude about them, and the scribes questioning with them.

akjv@Mark:9:15 @ And straightway all the people, when they beheld him, were greatly amazed, and running to him saluted him.

akjv@Mark:9:16 @ And he asked the scribes, What question you with them?

akjv@Mark:9:17 @ And one of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought to you my son, which has a dumb spirit;

akjv@Mark:9:18 @ And wherever he takes him, he tears him: and he foams, and gnashes with his teeth, and pines away: and I spoke to your disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not.

akjv@Mark:9:19 @ He answers him, and said, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him to me.

akjv@Mark:9:20 @ And they brought him to him: and when he saw him, straightway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming.

akjv@Mark:9:21 @ And he asked his father, How long is it ago since this came to him? And he said, Of a child.

akjv@Mark:9:22 @ And often it has cast him into the fire, and into the waters, to destroy him: but if you can do any thing, have compassion on us, and help us.

akjv@Mark:9:23 @ Jesus said to him, If you can believe, all things are possible to him that believes.

akjv@Mark:9:24 @ And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help you my unbelief.

akjv@Mark:9:25 @ When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying to him, You dumb and deaf spirit, I charge you, come out of him, and enter no more into him.

akjv@Mark:9:26 @ And the spirit cried, and rent him sore, and came out of him: and he was as one dead; so that many said, He is dead.

akjv@Mark:9:27 @ But Jesus took him by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose.

akjv@Mark:9:28 @ And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, Why could not we cast him out?

akjv@Mark:9:29 @ And he said to them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.

akjv@Mark:9:30 @ And they departed there, and passed through Galilee; and he would not that any man should know it.

akjv@Mark:9:31 @ For he taught his disciples, and said to them, The Son of man is delivered into the hands of men, and they shall kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise the third day.

akjv@Mark:9:32 @ But they understood not that saying, and were afraid to ask him.
