* When Jesus heard (5660 ) of it , he departed (5656 ) thence by ship into a desert place apart : and when the people had heard (5660 ) thereof , they followed (5656 ) him on foot out of the cities . * And Jesus went forth (5631 ), and saw (5627 ) a great multitude , and was moved with compassion (5675 ) toward them , and he healed (5656 ) their sick . * And when it was (5637 ) evening , his disciples came (5656 ) to him , saying (5723 ), This is (5748 ) a desert place , and the time is now past (5627 ); send the multitude away (5657 ), that they may go (5631 ) into the villages , and buy (5661 ) themselves victuals .
