* Then went (5679 ) the Pharisees , and took (5627 ) counsel how they might entangle (5661 ) him in his talk . * And they sent out (5719 ) unto him their disciples with the Herodians , saying (5723 ), Master , we know (5758 ) that thou art (5748 ) true , and teachest (5719 ) the way of God in truth , neither carest (5719 ) thou for any man : for thou regardest (5719 ) not the person of men . * Tell (5628 ) us therefore , What thinkest (5719 ) thou ? Is it lawful (5748 ) to give (5629 ) tribute unto Caesar , or not ? * But Jesus perceived (5631 ) their wickedness , and said (5627 ), Why tempt ye (5719 ) me , ye hypocrites ?
