* But you , Bethlehem Ephratah , though you be little among the thousands of Judah , yet out of you shall he come forth to me that is to be ruler in Israel ; whose goings forth have been from of old , from everlasting . * Therefore will he give them up , until the time that she which travails has brought forth : then the remnant of his brothers shall return to the children of Israel .
