* I beseech (5719 ) thee for my son Onesimus , whom I have begotten (5656 ) in my bonds : * Which in time past was to thee unprofitable , but now profitable to thee and to me : * Whom I have sent again (5656 ): thou therefore receive (5640 ) him , that is (5748 ), mine own bowels : * Whom I would (5711 ) have retained (5721 ) with me , that in thy stead he might have ministered (5725 ) unto me in the bonds of the gospel : * But without thy mind would (5656 ) I do (5658 ) nothing ; that thy benefit should not be (5753 ) as it were of necessity , but willingly . * For perhaps he therefore departed (5681 ) for a season , that thou shouldest receive (5725 ) him for ever ; * Not now as a servant , but above a servant , a brother beloved , specially to me , but how much more unto thee , both in the flesh , and in the Lord ?
