* After this I heard the semblance of the mighty voice of a great multitude in heaven , crying . "Hallelujah ! Salvation and glory and power Unto the Lord our God ! * For true and righteous are his judgments ; For he has judged the great harlot Who was corrupting the earth with her fornication . On her he has avenged the blood of his slaves ." * And a second time they said . "Allelulia ! For the smoke of her torment goes up forever and ever !" * Then the four and twenty Elders and the four beasts fell down and worshiped God who sits on the throne , saying , "Amen , Hallelujah !" * And a voice came forth from the throne , saying , "Praise our God , all you his slaves , All you who fear him , small and great !" * And I heard a sound like the voice of a great multitude , and like the voice of many waters , and like the voice of mighty thunderings , saying . "Alleluia , for the Lord God omnipotent reigns ! * Let us rejoice and triumph and give him the glory ; For the marriage of the Lamb is come , And his bride has made herself ready , * And it has been granted to her to array herself in fine linen , bright and pure ; For the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints ." * And he said to me , Write , "Blessed are those who have been bidden to the marriage supper of the Lamb ." And he said to me , "These are true words of God ." * And I fell down at his feet to worship him , and he said to me . "See that you do it not . I am a fellow slave of yours and of your brothers who hold the testimony of Jesus ; for the testimony of Jesus is the vital breath of prophecy ."
