* And I saw a new sky and a new earth , for the first sky and the first earth passed away , and the sea is no more . * And I saw the holy city , new Jerusalem , coming down out of heaven from God , having been prepared as a bride adorned for her husband . * And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying , Behold , the tabernacle of God is with men , and he will dwell with them , and they will be his people . And God himself will be with them . * And he will wipe away every tear from their eyes . And there will not be any more death , nor grief , nor crying , nor will there be any more anguish , because the former things are gone . * And he who sits upon the throne said , Behold , I make all things new . And he says to me , Write , because these words are TRUE and faithful .
