emtv@Info @ DESCRIPTION: Welcome to the third edition of The English Majority Text Version (EMTV) of the Holy Bible. This latest edition has Greek explanatory notes throughout the Bible, to aid the reader in understanding the meanings in some select places of the original Koine Greek. Also, the third edition finds itself closer to the Robinson/Pierpoint printed edition of the Byzantine majority text, rather than the Hodges/Farstad text, which the EMTV was translated from. You will notice these differences in John strkjv@7:53-8:11, as well as the entire book of Revelation. The English Majority Text Version draws from the work of both Dr.’s Hodges and Farstad, and their text, “The Greek New Testament According to the Majority Text,” as well as from Dr. Wilbur Pickering, ThM. PhD., and the EMTV has incorporated his hard work in the field of producing evidence of just what does constitute a majority reading, and, as a result of his work, and the work of others, John strkjv@7:53-8:11, and the book of Revelation reflect these variant readings. This is one of the great things about having a Bible that is translated from the majority of the trustworthy Byzantine manuscripts that are in existence—the much greater probability of accuracy. On the other side of the fence, most modern Bibles are translated from a few scant manuscripts (literally), and more often than not they do not even agree with each other. Not so with a Bible that is translated out of the majority! The experts in linguistics who have put these readings together, and diligently compared the manuscripts, had hundreds and hundreds of manuscripts to compare. It is my prayer that this work will bring honor to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and to our God and Father; because all of this, all that we do, we do to know Him better, and to better understand His word, which He has given to mankind. “Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him. Do not add to His words, Lest He rebuke you, and you be found a liar. (Prove strkjv@30:5,6). Peace of Christ to you all. In His service, Paul W Esposito Stauros Ministries

emtv@Matthew:28:2 @ And behold, a great earthquake occurred; for an angel of the Lord, having come down out of heaven, came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat on it.

emtv@Mark:1:19 @ And having gone forth from there a little, He saw James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, who also were in the boat mending their nets.

emtv@Mark:2:4 @ And not being able to get near Him because of the crowd, they removed the tiles from the roof where He was, and having dug through they let down the bed on which the paralytic was lying.

emtv@Mark:3:23 @ And having summoned them, he began to say to them in parables: "How can Satan cast out Satan?

emtv@Mark:4:39 @ And having awakened He rebuked the wind, and He said to the sea, "Peace, be still."And the wind abated and there was a great calm.

emtv@Mark:5:26 @ and who had suffered many things under many physicians, and who had spent everything at her disposal, and was no better, but rather having become worse,

emtv@Mark:5:41 @ And having grasped the hand of the child, He said to her, "Talitha, koumi,"which means, "Little girl, I say to you, arise."

emtv@Mark:6:46 @ And having taken leave of them, He departed to the mountain to pray.

emtv@Mark:6:53 @ And having crossed over, they came to the land of Gennesaret and anchored there.

emtv@Mark:7:8 @ "For having left the commandment of God, you hold to the tradition of men-the washing of pitchers and cups, and many other similar things you do."

emtv@Mark:7:14 @ And having summoned all the crowd, He said to them, "Hear Me, all [of you] and understand:

emtv@Mark:7:24 @ From there He arose and He went away into the region of Tyre and Sidon. And having entered into a house, He wanted no one to know it, but He was not able to escape notice.

emtv@Mark:7:30 @ And going away to her house, she found the demon having gone out, and her daughter having been placed on the bed.

emtv@Mark:7:33 @ And when he had taken him aside from the crowd privately, He put His fingers in his ears, and having spit, He touched his tongue.

emtv@Mark:8:1 @ In those days, when a great crowd had gathered, and not having anything to eat, Jesus, having summoned His disciples and said to them,

emtv@Mark:8:6 @ So He commanded the crowd to recline on the ground. And He took the seven loaves, and having given thanks, He broke [them ]and was giving [them] to His disciples, so that they might set [them] before [the people]; and they set them before the crowd.

emtv@Mark:8:7 @ And they had a few small fish; and having blessed [them], He said to set them before [the people].

emtv@Mark:8:9 @ Now those having eaten were about four thousand. And He dismissed them.

emtv@Mark:8:13 @ And having dismissed them, and stepping into the boat again, He went away to the other side.

emtv@Mark:8:18 @ Having eyes, do you not see? And having ears, do you not hear? And do you not remember?

emtv@Mark:8:23 @ And having taken the hand of the blind [man], He led him outside the village, and having spit on his eyes, and having laid His hands on him, He asked him if he saw anything.

emtv@Mark:8:34 @ And having summoned the crowd together with His disciples, He said to them, "Whoever is willing to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.

emtv@Mark:9:20 @ Then they brought the boy to Him. And when he saw Him, immediately the spirit convulsed him, and having fallen on the ground he was rolling about, foaming at the mouth.

emtv@Mark:9:26 @ Then having cried out and having convulsed him greatly, it came out. And he became as one dead, so that many were saying, "He is dead."

emtv@Mark:9:27 @ But Jesus, having grasped him by the hand, lifted him up, and he arose.

emtv@Mark:9:30 @ And having gone out from there they were passing through Galilee, and He did not wish that anyone should know.

emtv@Mark:9:35 @ And having sat down He called the twelve, and said to them, "If anyone desires to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all."

emtv@Mark:9:43 @ If your hand causes you to stumble, cut it off. It would be better for you to enter into life maimed, than to enter having two hands, to go into hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched-

emtv@Mark:9:45 @ "And if your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off. It would be better for you to enter into life lame, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched-

emtv@Mark:9:47 @ "And if your eye causes you to stumble, cast it out. It would be better for you to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into the fiery hell,

emtv@Mark:10:17 @ Now as He was going out into the road, one came running up, and having knelt before Him, he asked Him, "Good Teacher, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life?"

emtv@Mark:10:22 @ But having become gloomy at this saying, he went away grieving, for he had many possessions.

emtv@Mark:10:23 @ And looking around, Jesus says to His disciples, "How difficult it is for those having riches to enter the kingdom of God!"

emtv@Mark:10:41 @ And having heard this, the ten began to be indignant with James and John.

emtv@Mark:10:42 @ But Jesus, having called them to [Himself], said to them, "You know that those being reputed to be ruling the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them.

emtv@Mark:10:49 @ And having stopped, Jesus asked for him to be called. Then they called the blind man, saying to him, "Have courage, rise up; He is calling you."

emtv@Mark:11:11 @ And Jesus entered into Jerusalem, and into the temple. And having looked around at all things, the hour already being late, He went out to Bethany with the twelve.

emtv@Mark:11:13 @ And seeing from a distance a fig tree having leaves, He went to see if perhaps He would find something on it. And having come to it, He found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs.

emtv@Mark:12:6 @ Therefore still having one son, his beloved, he even sent him to them last, saying, 'They will respect my son.'

emtv@Mark:12:43 @ And having summoned His disciples, He said to them, "Assuredly, I say to you that this poor widow has put in more than all those who are putting into the treasury.

emtv@Mark:13:34 @ It is like a man going away on a journey, having left his house and having given authority to his servants, and to each his work, and commanded the doorkeeper that he should watch.

emtv@Mark:13:36 @ lest having come suddenly, he should find you sleeping.

emtv@Mark:14:3 @ And while He was in Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, as He was reclining for a meal, a woman came having an alabaster flask of very costly pure nard. And having broken the flask, she began to pour it out over His head.

emtv@Mark:14:11 @ And having heard, they rejoiced and promised to give him money. So he was seeking how at some good time he might deliver Him up.

emtv@Mark:14:26 @ And having sung hymns, they went out to the Mount of Olives.

emtv@Mark:14:35 @ And having gone forward a little, He fell on the ground, and He was praying, that if it were possible, the hour might pass from Him.

emtv@Mark:14:40 @ And having returned, He found them sleeping again, for their eyes were heavy; and they did not know what they should answer Him.

emtv@Mark:14:51 @ Now a certain young man had followed Him, having a linen cloth thrown around his naked body. And the young men seized him,

emtv@Mark:15:1 @ Immediately, in the morning, the chief priests held a consultation, along with the elders and scribes and the whole Sanhedrin; and having bound Jesus, they led [Him] away, and delivered [Him] to Pilate.

emtv@Mark:15:7 @ And there was one called Barabbas, having been bound with his fellow rebels, who had committed murder in the rebellion.

emtv@Mark:15:24 @ And having crucified Him, they divided His clothes by casting lots over them,[ to determine] who would take what.

emtv@Mark:15:26 @ And there was the inscription of His charge having been inscribed: THE KING OF THE JEWS.

emtv@Mark:15:36 @ And one, running and having filled a sponge [with] vinegar, and having put it around a reed, was giving a drink to Him, saying, "Leave Him alone; let us see if Elijah is coming to take Him down."

emtv@Mark:15:42 @ And now evening having come, since it was Preparation Day, which is the day before the Sabbath,

emtv@Mark:15:44 @ And Pilate wondered if He was already dead; and having summoned the centurion, he questioned him if He had been dead long.

emtv@Mark:15:46 @ And having bought linen cloth, and having taken Him down, he wrapped Him in the linen cloth and set Him down in a tomb which had been cut out of a rock, and rolled a stone upon the door of the tomb.

emtv@Mark:16:4 @ And having looked up, they saw that the stone had been rolled away-for it was exceedingly large.

emtv@Mark:16:9 @ Now having arisen early on the first day of the week, He appeared first to Mary Magdalene, from whom He had cast out seven demons.

emtv@Luke:1:3 @ it seemed good to me also, having followed up accurately all things from above, to write to you in orderly fashion, most distinguished Theophilus,

emtv@Luke:1:22 @ But having come out, he was unable to speak to them; and they recognized that he had seen a vision in the temple, for he was making signs to them and remained speechless.

emtv@Luke:1:45 @ And blessed is she who has believed, because there shall be a fulfillment to the things having been spoken to her from the Lord."

emtv@Luke:4:17 @ And the book of Isaiah the prophet was given to Him. And having unrolled the scroll, He found the place where it was written:

emtv@Luke:4:20 @ And having rolled up the scroll, when He had given [it] to the attendant, He sat down. And the eyes of all who were in the synagogue were looking intently at Him.

emtv@Luke:4:30 @ But having passed through the midst of them, He went on.

emtv@Luke:5:11 @ And having brought the boats to land, they left everything and followed Him.

emtv@Luke:5:39 @ And no one, having drunk old [wine], immediately desires new; for he says, 'The old is better.' "

emtv@Luke:6:13 @ And when it became day, He summoned His disciples, and having chosen twelve from them, whom He also named apostles:

emtv@Luke:6:17 @ And having come down with them, He stood on a level place, with a crowd of His disciples and a great multitude of people from all Judea and Jerusalem, and from the seacoast of Tyre and Sidon, who came to hear Him and be healed of their diseases,

emtv@Luke:6:40 @ A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone having been fully trained will be like his teacher.

emtv@Luke:7:8 @ For I also am a man appointed under authority, having soldiers under myself. And I say to one, 'Go,' and he goes; and to another, 'Come,' and he comes; and to my servant, 'Do this,' and he does [it]."

emtv@Luke:7:29 @ And when all the people heard Him, even the tax collectors justified God, having been baptized with the baptism of John.

emtv@Luke:8:43 @ Now a woman, having a flow of blood for twelve years, who though she had spent [her] whole livelihood on physicians, was not able to be healed by anyone,

emtv@Luke:8:54 @ But He sent them all outside, and having grasped her hand, He called, saying, "Child, arise."

emtv@Luke:9:1 @ And having called together the twelve, He gave them power and authority over all demons, and to heal diseases.

emtv@Luke:9:47 @ But Jesus, having seen the thought of their heart, taking a little child, He stood him beside Himself,

emtv@Luke:9:62 @ But Jesus said to him, "No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God."

emtv@Luke:10:18 @ And He said to them, "I saw Satan having fallen like lightning out of heaven.

emtv@Luke:10:30 @ Then Jesus answered and said: "A certain man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and encountered bandits, who after having stripped him of his clothing and having wounded him, departed, leaving [him] half dead.

emtv@Luke:11:33 @ "No one, having lit a lamp, puts it in a secret place or under a basket, but on a lampstand, so that those who come in may see the light.

emtv@Luke:11:36 @ Therefore if your whole body is full of light, not having any part dark, the whole body will be full of light, as when the bright shining of a lamp gives light to you."

emtv@Luke:11:37 @ And as He spoke, a certain Pharisee asked that He would eat with him. And having entered, He reclined [to eat].

emtv@Luke:14:5 @ Then He answered them, saying, "Which of you, having a son or an ox that has fallen into a pit, will not immediately pull him out on the Sabbath day?"

emtv@Luke:15:4 @ What man of you, having a hundred sheep, and loses one of them, does not leave behind the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and goes after the one having been lost until he finds it?

emtv@Luke:15:5 @ And having found it, he puts [it] on his own shoulders, rejoicing.

emtv@Luke:15:8 @ "Or what woman, having ten silver coins, if she loses one coin, does not light a lamp and sweep the house, and search carefully until she finds [it]?

emtv@Luke:15:13 @ And not many days after, having gathered together all things, the younger son went on a journey to a distant country, and there wasted his possessions with prodigal living.

emtv@Luke:15:17 @ But having come to himself, he said, 'How many of my father's hired servants have an abundance of bread, and I am perishing with hunger!

emtv@Luke:15:26 @ And having summoned one of the servants, he was inquiring what these things might be.

emtv@Luke:16:5 @ And having summoned each one of his master's debtors to him, he said to the first, 'How much do you owe my master?'

emtv@Luke:17:7 @ And which of you, having a servant plowing or tending sheep, will say to him when he has come in from the field, 'Come and recline [to eat]'?

emtv@Luke:17:9 @ Does he thank that servant because he did the things having been commanded? I think not.

emtv@Luke:17:10 @ So likewise you, whenever you do all the things having been commanded to you, say, 'We are unprofitable servants. We have done what we ought to do.' "

emtv@Luke:18:33 @ and having scourged [Him,] they will kill Him. And on the third day He will rise again."

emtv@Luke:18:40 @ And having stopped, Jesus commanded him to be brought to Him. And when he drew near, He asked him,

emtv@Luke:19:1 @ And having entered, He passed through Jericho.

emtv@Luke:19:13 @ And having called ten of his servants, he gave them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come.'

emtv@Luke:19:15 @ And so it was that when he returned, having received the kingdom, that he commanded those servants to whom he had given the money, to be called to him, so that he might know who gained what by trading.

emtv@Luke:19:28 @ And having said these things, He went on ahead, going up to Jerusalem.

emtv@Luke:20:20 @ And having watched [Him] closely, they sent spies who pretended to be righteous, that they might seize on His words, in order to deliver Him to the rule and the authority of the governor.

emtv@Luke:20:28 @ saying: "Teacher, Moses wrote to us that if a man's brother dies, having a wife, and this [man ]dies childless, that his brother should take his wife and raise up offspring for his brother.

emtv@Luke:20:29 @ Now there were seven brothers. And the first, having taken a wife, died childless.

emtv@Luke:22:40 @ And having come to the place, He said to them, "Pray that you may not enter into temptation."

emtv@Luke:22:54 @ And having arrested Him, they led Him and brought Him into the house of the high priest. And Peter was following from a distance.

emtv@Luke:22:64 @ And having blindfolded Him, they were striking His face and asking Him, saying, "Prophesy! Who is the one who struck You?"

emtv@Luke:23:11 @ Then Herod, with his men of war, having treated Him with contempt, and having mocked Him, arrayed Him in a gorgeous robe, and sent Him back to Pilate.

emtv@Luke:23:13 @ And Pilate, having called together the chief priests, the rulers, and the people,

emtv@Luke:23:19 @ who because of a certain insurrection having occurred in the city had been thrown into prison, and for murder.

emtv@Luke:23:53 @ And having taken it down, he wrapped it in a linen cloth, and put it in a tomb cut out of rock, where no one had ever lain before.

emtv@Luke:24:2 @ But they found the stone having been rolled away from the tomb.

emtv@Luke:24:30 @ Now it came to pass, as He was reclining [to eat] with them, having taken bread, He blessed and broke it, and He gave [it] to them.

emtv@John:2:15 @ And having made a scourge out of cords, He drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen, and He poured out the coins of the moneychangers, and He overturned the tables.

emtv@John:4:6 @ Now Jacob's well was there. Therefore Jesus, having become tired from the journey, was sitting thus by the well. It was about the sixth hour.

emtv@John:4:45 @ Therefore when He came into Galilee, the Galileans received Him, having seen all the things which He did in Jerusalem at the feast; for they also went to the feast.

emtv@John:5:2 @ Now there is in Jerusalem by the Sheep [Gate] a pool, which is called in Hebrew, Bethesda, having five porches.

emtv@John:5:4 @ For an angel from time to[ ]time descended into the pool and stirred up the water; therefore the first [one] having gone in after the stirring up of the water, became well of whatever disease he was suffering.

emtv@John:5:25 @ Most assuredly I say to you, that an hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God; and those having heard shall live.

emtv@John:6:11 @ And Jesus took the loaves, and having given thanks He distributed them to the disciples, and the disciples to those who were reclining; and likewise of the fish, as much as they wished.

emtv@John:6:17 @ and having entered into the boat, they were going across the sea to Capernaum. And darkness had already come, and Jesus had not come to them.

emtv@John:6:19 @ Therefore having rowed about three or four miles, they saw Jesus walking on the sea and drawing near to the boat; and they were frightened.

emtv@John:6:22 @ On the next day, when the crowd which had remained on the other side of the sea, having seen that there was no other boat there, except that one in which His disciples had entered, and that Jesus had not entered into the boat with His disciples, but His disciples had gone away alone-

emtv@John:6:25 @ And having found Him on the other side of the sea, they said to Him, "Rabbi, when did You come here?"

emtv@John:8:2 @ And early in the morning, He came again into the temple, and all the people came to Him; and having sat down, He began to teach them.

emtv@John:8:3 @ Then the scribes and Pharisees brought to Him a woman who had been caught in adultery, and having stood her in [the] midst,

emtv@John:8:59 @ Therefore they picked up stones to throw at Him; but Jesus hid Himself and went out of the temple, having gone through their midst, and so passed by.

emtv@John:9:6 @ Having said these things, He spat on the ground and made clay from the saliva; and He applied the clay on the eyes of the blind [man].

emtv@John:9:32 @ Since eternity past it was unheard of that anyone opened the eyes of [one] having been born blind.

emtv@John:9:35 @ Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and having found him, He said to him, "Do you believe in the Son of God?"

emtv@John:11:39 @ Jesus said, "Take away the stone."Martha, the sister of the [one] having died, said to Him, "Lord, already there is a stench, for he has been dead four days."

emtv@John:11:43 @ And having said these things, He cried out with a loud voice, "Lazarus, come forth!"

emtv@John:11:44 @ And the [one] having died came out, bound hands and feet with grave clothes, and his face was wrapped in a handkerchief. Jesus said to them, "Loose him, and let [him] go."

emtv@John:12:3 @ Then Mary, having taken a pound of very costly pure nard, anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped His feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.

emtv@John:12:12 @ On the next day a large crowd which was coming to the feast, having heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,

emtv@John:13:1 @ Now before the feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that His hour had come that He should depart from this world to the Father, having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end.

emtv@John:13:2 @ And after supper, the devil having already put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, to betray Him,

emtv@John:13:4 @ He rose from the supper and laid aside His garments, and having taken a towel, He girded Himself.

emtv@John:13:26 @ Jesus answered, "It is the [one] to whom I shall give a piece of bread when I have dipped it."And having dipped the bread, He gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.

emtv@John:13:30 @ Therefore having received the piece of bread, he then went out immediately. And it was night.

emtv@John:18:3 @ Then Judas, having taken the detachment [of soldiers], and attendants from the chief priests and Pharisees, came there with lanterns, torches, and weapons.

emtv@John:18:10 @ Then Simon Peter, having a sword, drew it and struck the servant of the high priest, and cut off his right ear. And the servant's name was Malchus.

emtv@John:18:38 @ Pilate said to Him, "What is truth?"And having said this, he went out again to the Jews, and said to them, "I find no fault in Him.

emtv@John:19:13 @ Therefore Pilate, having heard this saying, led Jesus outside and sat down on the judgment seat in a place that is called [The] Pavement, but in Hebrew, Gabbatha.

emtv@John:19:29 @ Now a vessel was set full of sour wine; and they, having filled a sponge with sour wine, put it around a hyssop, they held it to His mouth.

emtv@John:19:33 @ But having come to Jesus, when they saw that He was already dead, they did not break His legs.

emtv@John:20:7 @ and the facecloth which had been on His head, not lying with the linen strips, but apart from [them,] having been rolled up in one place.

emtv@John:20:14 @ And having said these things, she turned back and saw Jesus standing there, and did not know that it was Jesus.

emtv@John:20:20 @ And having said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord.

emtv@John:20:26 @ And after eight days His disciples were again inside, and Thomas with them. Jesus came, the doors having been closed, and stood in the midst, and said, "Peace to you!"

emtv@John:21:14 @ This [was] now the third time Jesus was manifested to His disciples, having been raised from the dead.

emtv@Acts:2:33 @ "Therefore having being exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear.

emtv@Acts:2:37 @ Now having heard this, they were cut to the heart, and they said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Men and brothers, what shall we do?"

emtv@Acts:2:47 @ praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to the church daily those who were being saved.

emtv@Acts:3:26 @ To you first, God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent Him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from your iniquities."

emtv@Acts:4:8 @ Then Peter, having been filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, "Rulers of the people and elders of Israel:

emtv@Acts:4:21 @ So having threatened them further, they released them, finding no way of punishing them, on account of the people, because they all were glorifying God over that which had occurred.

emtv@Acts:7:30 @ And forty years having been fulfilled, an Angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire in a bush, in the wilderness of Mount Sinai.

emtv@Acts:7:45 @ which also our fathers, having received in turn, also brought in with Joshua into the possession of the Gentiles, whom God drove out before the face of our fathers until the days of David,

emtv@Acts:7:60 @ Then he knelt down and cried out with a loud voice, "Lord, do not charge them with this sin."And having said this, he fell asleep."

emtv@Acts:8:7 @ For many of those having unclean spirits [had ]cried out with a loud voice, [and the spirits ]came out; and many who were paralyzed and lame were healed.

emtv@Acts:8:13 @ Then Simon himself also believed; and having been baptized, he was continuing with Philip, and observing miracles and signs occurring, he was astounded.

emtv@Acts:9:2 @ and requested from him letters [of authority ]to the synagogues of Damascus, that if he should find any who were of the Way, both men or women, he might bring them, having been bound, to Jerusalem.

emtv@Acts:9:21 @ And all those who heard were astounded, and were saying, "Is this not the one who destroyed those who called on this name in Jerusalem, and has come here for that purpose, so that he might take them having been bound, to the chief priests?"

emtv@Acts:9:38 @ Now since Lydda was near Joppa, the disciples, having heard that Peter was in Joppa, sent to him, urging him not to delay in coming to them.

emtv@Acts:9:40 @ But Peter, having put them all outside, knelt down and prayed. And turning to the body he said, "Tabitha, arise."And she opened her eyes, and seeing Peter, she sat up.

emtv@Acts:10:11 @ And he saw heaven having been opened, and descending to him a certain vessel like a great sheet, having been bound at the four corners, and being let down upon the ground,

emtv@Acts:10:17 @ Now as Peter was very perplexed within himself as to what the vision which he had seen might mean, behold, the men who had been sent from Cornelius, having found by inquiry the house of Simon, stood at the gateway.

emtv@Acts:10:22 @ And they said, "Cornelius the centurion, a righteous and God-fearing man, having a good reputation among all the nation of the Jews, was given a revelation by a holy angel to send for you to his house, and to hear words from you."

emtv@Acts:10:24 @ And on the next day they entered into Caesarea. And Cornelius was waiting for them, having called together his relatives and close friends.

emtv@Acts:10:27 @ And talking with him he went in, and found many having gathered,

emtv@Acts:10:33 @ "Therefore immediately I sent to you, and you have done well to come. Now then we are all present before God, to hear all the things having been commanded you by God."

emtv@Acts:10:41 @ not to all the people, but to witnesses, who having been chosen beforehand by God, [even] to us, who ate and drank together with Him after He arose from the dead.

emtv@Acts:10:42 @ And He commanded us to proclaim to the people, and to testify solemnly that He is the [One] having been appointed by God [to be] Judge of the living and the dead.

emtv@Acts:11:11 @ And behold, immediately three men stood before the house in which I was, having been sent from Caesarea to me.

emtv@Acts:11:26 @ and having found him, he brought him to Antioch. And it came about that for a whole year they assembled with the church and instructed many people. And the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.

emtv@Acts:12:6 @ But when Herod was about to bring him forth, on that night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, having been bound with two chains; and guards before the door were keeping the prison.

emtv@Acts:12:11 @ And Peter, having come to himself, said, "Now I know truly that the Lord has sent forth His angel, and has delivered me from the hand of Herod and from all the expectation of the Jews."

emtv@Acts:12:25 @ And Barnabas and Saul returned to Jerusalem, having fulfilled their ministry, taking along with [them] John also, whose surname was Mark.

emtv@Acts:13:4 @ These two therefore, having been sent forth by the Holy Spirit, went down to Seleucia, and from there they sailed to Cyprus.

emtv@Acts:13:29 @ And when they finished all the things having been written about Him, taking Him down from the tree, they put [Him] in a tomb.

emtv@Acts:13:36 @ "For David indeed in his own generation, having served by the purpose of God, died, and was buried with his fathers, and saw corruption;

emtv@Acts:14:16 @ who in the generations having gone by permitted all the Gentiles to walk in their ways.

emtv@Acts:14:19 @ But there arrived from Antioch and Iconium [certain ]Jews, and having persuaded the crowds and having stoned Paul, they dragged [him] outside the city, thinking he was dead.

emtv@Acts:14:21 @ And having preached the gospel to that city and having made many disciples, they returned to Lystra, and Iconium, and Antioch,

emtv@Acts:14:23 @ And having chosen elders for them in every church, [and ]having prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord in whom they had believed.

emtv@Acts:14:24 @ And having crossed Pisidia, they came to Pamphylia.

emtv@Acts:14:25 @ And having spoken the word in Perga, they went down to Attalia.

emtv@Acts:15:4 @ And having come to Jerusalem, they were received by the church and the apostles and the elders; and they declared all that God had done with them.

emtv@Acts:15:25 @ it seemed best to us, having come to be of the same mind, to send men being chosen to you, with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,

emtv@Acts:15:26 @ men having given over their lives for the sake of the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

emtv@Acts:15:30 @ Then having been dismissed, they came to Antioch; and having gathered the multitude together, they delivered the letter.

emtv@Acts:16:7 @ having come to Mysia they attempted to go to Bithynia, but the Spirit did not permit them.

emtv@Acts:16:13 @ And on the Sabbath day we went outside the city beside a river, where prayer was customarily made; and having sat down we spoke to the women who assembled together [there].

emtv@Acts:16:16 @ Now it came to pass, as we went to prayer, that a certain slave girl, having a spirit of Python, met us, who brought much profit to her masters by fortune telling.

emtv@Acts:16:24 @ who, having received such a command, cast them into the inner prison and fastened their feet in the stocks.

emtv@Acts:16:34 @ And bringing them up into his house, he set a meal before them; and he rejoiced with his whole house, having believed in God.

emtv@Acts:17:9 @ And having taken the security bond from Jason and the rest, they released them.

emtv@Acts:17:31 @ because He has appointed a day in which He is going to judge the world in righteousness by [the] Man whom He has appointed, having given proof to all, by raising Him from the dead."

emtv@Acts:18:1 @ Now after these things, having departed from Athens, Paul came to Corinth.

emtv@Acts:18:2 @ And he found a certain Jew named Aquila, a native of Pontus, having recently come from Italy with Priscilla his wife (because Claudius had ordered all the Jews to depart from Rome); he came to them,

emtv@Acts:18:7 @ And having gone over from there, he went into the house of a certain [man] named Justus, who worshipped God, whose house was next door to the synagogue.

emtv@Acts:18:19 @ And he arrived in Ephesus, and he left those [two] there; but he, having entered into the synagogue, reasoned with the Jews.

emtv@Acts:18:22 @ And having gone down to Caesarea, and having gone up and greeted the church, he went down to Antioch.

emtv@Acts:18:23 @ After having spent some time there, he went out, going through in order the Galatian region and the Phrygian [region], strengthening all the disciples.

emtv@Acts:18:27 @ And when he desired to go across to Achaia, having urged him on, the brothers wrote to the disciples [there] to receive him; and when he arrived, he assisted greatly with those who had believed through grace;

emtv@Acts:19:1 @ And it came about, while Apollos was in Corinth, that Paul, having gone through the interior regions, came to Ephesus. And finding some disciples

emtv@Acts:19:2 @ [he] said to them, "Did you receive the Holy Spirit, having believed?"So they said to him, "We have not even heard whether there is a Holy Spirit."

emtv@Acts:19:13 @ Then some of the wandering Jews, exorcists, attempted to name the name of the Lord Jesus over those having the evil spirits, saying, "We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preaches."

emtv@Acts:19:16 @ Then the man in whom was the evil spirit leaped upon them, and having subdued them, prevailed against them, so that they ran out of the house naked and wounded.

emtv@Acts:19:21 @ When these things were fulfilled, Paul resolved in his spirit, having gone through Macedonia and Achaia, to go to Jerusalem, saying, "After I have been there, I must also see Rome."

emtv@Acts:19:22 @ And having sent to Macedonia two of those who were ministering to him, Timothy and Erastus, he himself stayed on for a time in Asia.

emtv@Acts:19:29 @ And the whole city was filled with confusion, and they rushed with one purpose into the theater, having seized Gaius and Aristarchus, Macedonians, traveling companions of Paul.

emtv@Acts:19:35 @ And having quieted the crowd, the city clerk said: "Men of Ephesus, for what man is there who does not know that the city of the Ephesians is the temple keeper of the great goddess Artemis, and of the [image ]fallen from heaven?

emtv@Acts:19:41 @ And having said these things, he dismissed the assembly.

emtv@Acts:20:5 @ These [men], having gone ahead, were waiting for us in Troas.

emtv@Acts:20:9 @ And a certain young man named Eutychus sat in the window, being overwhelmed by a deep sleep. While Paul was speaking for a while longer, having been overwhelmed by sleep, he fell down from the third story and was taken up dead.

emtv@Acts:20:13 @ Now we, having gone ahead on the ship, put to sea for Assos, from there intending to take Paul on board; for thus it had been arranged, since he intended to go on foot.

emtv@Acts:20:14 @ And when he met us at Assos, having taken him aboard, we came to Mitylene.

emtv@Acts:20:15 @ And having sailing away from there, on the next day we arrived opposite Chios. The following day we approached to Samos and remained in Trogyllium. The following day we came to Miletus.

emtv@Acts:20:17 @ Now from Miletus, having sent to Ephesus, he summoned the elders of the church.

emtv@Acts:20:22 @ And now behold, I, having been bound in the spirit, am going to Jerusalem, not knowing the things that will happen to me there,

emtv@Acts:20:30 @ Also from among you yourselves will arise men speaking things having been distorted, [in order] to draw away the disciples after them.

emtv@Acts:20:36 @ And having said these things, he knelt down, together with them all, and prayed.

emtv@Acts:21:1 @ Now when it came to pass that we had put to sea, having withdrawn from them, running a straight course we came to Cos, and on the next [day] to Rhodes, and from there to Patara.

emtv@Acts:21:2 @ And having found a ship crossing over to Phoenicia, we boarded it and put to sea.

emtv@Acts:21:4 @ And having discovered disciples, we stayed there seven days. They said to Paul through the Spirit not to go up to Jerusalem.

emtv@Acts:21:5 @ But when it came about that we had completed the days [there], having gone out we departed, all [of them] accompanying us, together with [their ]wives and children, until [we were] outside the city. And having bowed [our] knees on the shore, we prayed.

emtv@Acts:21:6 @ And having greeted one another, we went up into the ship, and they returned to their own [homes].

emtv@Acts:21:7 @ And completing our voyage from Tyre, we arrived in Ptolemais, and having greeted the brothers, we stayed one day with them.

emtv@Acts:21:15 @ Now after those days, having prepared, we went up to Jerusalem.

emtv@Acts:21:19 @ And having greeted them, he reported one by one those[ ]things which God had done among the Gentiles through his ministry.

emtv@Acts:21:25 @ But as for the Gentile believers, we wrote, having judged that they should keep no such thing, except that they should keep themselves from things offered to idols, from blood, and [from anything] strangled, and from fornication."

emtv@Acts:21:26 @ Then Paul, having taken the men, on the next day having been purified with them, entered into the temple, [thus] giving notice to the completion of the days of the purification, until [the time] when the offering was offered in behalf of each one of them.

emtv@Acts:21:32 @ who immediately having taken along soldiers and centurions, ran down among them. And when they saw the commander and the soldiers, they stopped beating Paul.

emtv@Acts:22:3 @ "I am indeed a Jew, having been born in Tarsus of Cilicia, but having been brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, having been educated according to the exactness of the law of our forefathers, being zealous for God just as you all are today.

emtv@Acts:22:5 @ as also the high priest testifies of me, along with the council of the elders, from whom I also received letters to the brothers, and went to Damascus in order to bring those who were there, having been bound, to Jerusalem, that they might be punished.

emtv@Acts:22:17 @ "And it happened to me, having returned to Jerusalem and praying in the temple, that I came to be in a trance,

emtv@Acts:22:29 @ Then immediately those who were about to interrogate him withdrew from him; and even the commander was afraid, having learned he was a Roman, and that he had bound him.

emtv@Acts:23:18 @ Therefore taking him along, he brought him to the commander and said, "The prisoner Paul, having summoned me, asked me to bring this young man to you, for he has something to say to you."

emtv@Acts:23:23 @ And having summoned two of the centurions he said, "Make ready two hundred soldiers, and seventy horsemen, and two hundred spearmen, in order that they may go to Caesarea, to leave at the third hour of the night;

emtv@Acts:23:27 @ This man, having been arrested by the Jews, was about to be killed by them. I came upon [them] with the detachment of soldiers and rescued him, having learned that he is a Roman.

emtv@Acts:24:8 @ from whom you will be able, having judged [him] yourself, to learn about all these things of which we are accusing him."

emtv@Acts:24:10 @ But Paul answered (the governor, having nodded for him to speak): "Knowing that you have been a judge of this nation for many years, the more cheerfully I defend the things concerning myself,

emtv@Acts:24:15 @ having hope in God, which even they themselves are waiting for, that there is going to be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and the unjust.

emtv@Acts:24:16 @ And in this I myself am engaging, having a conscience blameless toward God and men through everything.

emtv@Acts:24:18 @ among whom some Jews from Asia found me, having been purified in the temple, not with a crowd nor with turmoil,

emtv@Acts:25:12 @ Then Festus, having talked together with the council, answered, "Have you appealed to Caesar? Before Caesar you shall go!"

emtv@Acts:25:17 @ "Therefore when they had assembled here, having made no delay, on the next day I took my seat at the judicial bench, and I commanded the man to be brought [in];

emtv@Acts:26:1 @ Then Agrippa said to Paul, "It is permitted for you to speak for yourself."So Paul, having extended his hand, spoke in his own defense:

emtv@Acts:26:6 @ And now for the hope of the promise having been made by God to the fathers, I stand before you judged,

emtv@Acts:26:10 @ which also I did in Jerusalem, and many of the saints I shut up in prisons, having received authority from the chief priests; and when they were being put to death, I cast my vote against them.

emtv@Acts:26:22 @ Therefore, having obtained help from God, until this day I stand, witnessing both to common [people] and great [people], saying nothing except the things which both the prophets and Moses spoke of as being about to happen,

emtv@Acts:27:2 @ And having boarded a ship of Adramyttium, scheduled to sail to the ports along the Asian coasts, we put to sea. Aristarchus, a Macedonian of Thessalonica, being with us.

emtv@Acts:27:4 @ And from there having put to sea, we sailed under the sheltered side of Cyprus, because the winds were against us.

emtv@Acts:27:5 @ And having sailed across the sea which is off Cilicia and Pamphylia, we docked at Myra, in Lycia.

emtv@Acts:27:9 @ Now when much time had been spent, the voyage having already become dangerous, because the Fast had already gone by, Paul recommended,

emtv@Acts:27:15 @ and when the ship was seized by it, and not being able to face into the wind, we were being driven along, [having ]given in [to the wind.]

emtv@Acts:27:17 @ And having hoisted it up, they used cables for undergirding the ship; and being afraid lest they run aground in the Syrtes [Shallows], they let down the driving anchor, thus they were being driven along [by the wind.]

emtv@Acts:27:28 @ And having taken a sounding, they found it to be twenty fathoms; and when they had gone a little farther, they took soundings again and found it to be fifteen fathoms;

emtv@Acts:27:33 @ And until the [time] was about to be day, Paul was urging them all to receive their share of food, saying, "Today is the fourteenth day you continue waiting without eating, having taken nothing.

emtv@Acts:27:35 @ And having said these things and having taken bread, he gave thanks to God in the presence of all, and having broken it, he began to eat.

emtv@Acts:27:38 @ And having eaten enough, they began lightening the ship and throwing out the wheat into the sea.

emtv@Acts:27:40 @ And casting off the anchors, they were leaving them in the sea, meanwhile loosening the ropes of the rudders; and having raised the mainsail to the wind, they began steering toward the beach.

emtv@Acts:28:2 @ And the natives were showing us extraordinary kindness; for having kindled a fire they accepted us all into [their] society, because of the rain which had begun, and because of the cold.

emtv@Acts:28:3 @ But when Paul had gathered a large bundle of sticks and put them on the fire, a viper having come out because of the heat, fastened on his hand.

emtv@Acts:28:5 @ Then, having shaken off the creature into the fire, he suffered nothing harmful.

emtv@Acts:28:13 @ from where having sailed around we arrived at Rhegium. And after one day arose a south wind, on the second day we came to Puteoli,

emtv@Acts:28:14 @ where having found brothers, we were urged by them to stay for seven days; and so we came to Rome.

emtv@Acts:28:23 @ And having appointed for him a day, many came to him at his house, to whom he was explaining and solemnly testifying to the kingdom of God, and persuading them of the things concerning Jesus from both the Law of Moses and from the Prophets, from morning till evening.

emtv@Acts:28:29 @ And when he had said these things, the Jews went away, having a great dispute among themselves.

emtv@Romans:1:1 @ Paul, a bondservant of Jesus Christ, called [to be ]an apostle, having been separated unto the gospel of God

emtv@Romans:1:21 @ Because, having known God, they did not glorify [Him] as God, or give thanks, but became vain in their reasonings, and their foolish heart was darkened.

emtv@Romans:1:27 @ and likewise also the men, having forsaken the natural use of the woman, were inflamed by their lust for one another, men with men, committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the recompense which was fitting for their error.

emtv@Romans:1:29 @ having been filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, greed, malice; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness; they are whisperers,

emtv@Romans:1:32 @ who, having known the righteous judgment of God, that those practicing such things are worthy of death, not only do them, but also approve of those who practice them.

emtv@Romans:2:14 @ for whenever Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do what the law requires, these, not having the law, are a law unto themselves,

emtv@Romans:2:20 @ an instructor of the foolish, a teacher of the immature, having the embodiment of knowledge and of the truth in the law.

emtv@Romans:3:25 @ whom God set forth as a propitiation through faith in His blood, for a demonstration of His righteousness through the passing over of the sins having previously committed, in the forbearance of God,

emtv@Romans:4:19 @ And not weakening in faith, he did not consider his own body, already having been worn out (being about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah's womb,

emtv@Romans:5:1 @ Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

emtv@Romans:5:9 @ Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.

emtv@Romans:5:10 @ For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.

emtv@Romans:5:16 @ And the gift is not as by one having sinned. For the judgment [which came] from one [transgression resulted] in condemnation, but the free gift from many offenses [brought ] justification.

emtv@Romans:6:9 @ knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, no longer dies. Death is no longer master [over] Him.

emtv@Romans:6:18 @ And having been freed from sin, you became enslaved to righteousness.

emtv@Romans:6:22 @ But now having been freed from sin, and having become enslaved to God, you have your fruit [resulting] in sanctification, and the end, eternal life.

emtv@Romans:7:3 @ So then, while the husband is living, she will be called an adulteress if she becomes [married] to a different husband; but if her husband should die, she is free from the law, so that she is not an adulteress, having become [married] to a different husband.

emtv@Romans:7:6 @ But now we were released from the law, having died in [that] to which we were held fast, so that we should serve as slaves in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter.

emtv@Romans:7:14 @ For we know that the law is spiritual, but I am carnal, having been sold under sin.

emtv@Romans:8:23 @ And not only that, but also [we ]ourselves having the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting adoption, the redemption of our body.

emtv@Romans:8:34 @ Who is he that condemns? Christ is the [One] having died, but rather also having been raised, who is even at [the] right [hand] of God, who also intercedes on our behalf.

emtv@Romans:9:10 @ And not only this, but also Rebecca having conception from one [man], our father Isaac;

emtv@Romans:9:11 @ for [the children] not yet being born, nor having done anything good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might abide, not of works but of Him who calls,

emtv@Romans:12:6 @ Having then gifts differing according to the grace having been given to us, [let us use them]: whether prophecy, [let us prophecy] according to the proportion of faith;

emtv@Romans:15:14 @ Now I myself am confident concerning you, my brothers, that you yourselves are full of goodness, having been filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish others.

emtv@Romans:15:15 @ And I write more boldly to you brothers, in part, as reminding you, because of the grace having been given to me by God,

emtv@Romans:15:23 @ But now no longer having a place in these regions, and having a longing to come to you for many years,

emtv@Romans:15:28 @ Therefore, having finished and having sealed to them this fruit, I shall go by way of you to Spain.

emtv@1Corinthians:2:7 @ But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the [wisdom] having been hidden, which God foreordained before the ages for our glory,

emtv@1Corinthians:6:1 @ Does any of you, having a matter against another, dare go to court before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?

emtv@1Corinthians:7:25 @ Now concerning virgins, I have no command of the Lord; but I give judgment, as having received mercy by the Lord to be faithful.

emtv@1Corinthians:7:29 @ But this I say, brothers, the time has been shortened; so that from now on even those having wives should be as though they had none,

emtv@1Corinthians:7:33 @ But the [man] having married cares about the things of the world-[about ]how he may please his wife.

emtv@1Corinthians:7:34 @ And the wife and the virgin are different. The unmarried woman cares about the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit. But the woman having married cares about the things of the world-about how she may please her husband.

emtv@1Corinthians:7:36 @ But if any man thinks he is behaving improperly toward his virgin, if she is past her youth, and thus it must be, let him do what he desires. He does not sin; let them marry.

emtv@1Corinthians:7:37 @ But [he] who stands in his heart, not having necessity, but has power over his own desire, and has decided this in his heart that he will keep his virgin, does well.

emtv@1Corinthians:9:27 @ But I treat my body roughly, and I bring it into subjection, lest, having preached to others, I myself should become disqualified.

emtv@1Corinthians:11:24 @ and having given thanks, He broke it and said, "Take, eat; this is My body which has been broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me."

emtv@2Corinthians:2:3 @ And I wrote this very thing to you, lest when I came, I should have sorrow from those from whom I ought to have joy, having confidence in you all that my joy is [the joy] of you all.

emtv@2Corinthians:3:2 @ You are our letter, having been written in our hearts, being known and being read by all men;

emtv@2Corinthians:3:3 @ being made known that you are [the] letter of Christ, which was ministered by us, having been written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not in tablets of stone but in tablets of flesh, [namely] in hearts.

emtv@2Corinthians:3:7 @ Now if the ministry of death, having been engraved in letters on stones, came to be with glory, so that the sons of Israel could not look intently into the face of Moses because of the glory of his countenance, the [glory which] [was] passing away,

emtv@2Corinthians:3:12 @ Therefore, having such hope, we use great boldness of speech-

emtv@2Corinthians:4:15 @ For all things[ are] for your sakes, that grace, having spread through the many, may cause thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God.

emtv@2Corinthians:5:3 @ if indeed, having been clothed, we shall not be found naked.

emtv@2Corinthians:5:14 @ For the love of Christ compels us, having concluded this: that if One died for all, then all died;

emtv@2Corinthians:6:10 @ as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.

emtv@2Corinthians:7:1 @ Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

emtv@2Corinthians:8:21 @ having regard for honorable things, not only before the Lord, but also before men.

emtv@2Corinthians:9:8 @ And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that in everything always having all sufficiency, you may abound for every good work,

emtv@2Corinthians:10:15 @ not boasting beyond the limits in the labors of others, but having hope, that as your faith is increased, we shall be greatly enlarged by you according to our sphere [of influence],

emtv@Galatians:3:3 @ Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, will you now be made perfect in the flesh?

emtv@Galatians:3:13 @ Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us, for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree,"

emtv@Galatians:3:15 @ Brothers, I speak in human fashion: A covenant is of a man, yet having been confirmed, no one annuls or adds to it.

emtv@Galatians:3:23 @ But before faith came, we were kept in custody under the law, having been hemmed in for the faith which was to be revealed.

emtv@Galatians:4:9 @ But now, having known God, or rather, having been known by God, how is it that you turn again to the weak and beggarly elements, to which once again you wish to be slaves?

emtv@Ephesians:1:5 @ having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,

emtv@Ephesians:1:9 @ having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself,

emtv@Ephesians:1:13 @ in whom also you, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,

emtv@Ephesians:1:18 @ the eyes of your heart having been enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,

emtv@Ephesians:1:20 @ which He worked in Christ, having raised Him from the dead, and seated [Him] at His right hand in the heavenlies,

emtv@Ephesians:2:12 @ that at that time you were apart from Christ, being estranged from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers to the covenants of promise, not having hope and atheists in the world.

emtv@Ephesians:2:15 @ having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, that He might create in Himself one new man [from] the two, [thus] making peace,

emtv@Ephesians:2:17 @ And having come, He preached peace to you who were far away and to those near.

emtv@Ephesians:4:18 @ having been darkened in understanding, being estranged from the life of God, because of the ignorance which is in them, because of the hardness of their heart;

emtv@Ephesians:4:19 @ who, having become callous, gave themselves over to debauchery, for the working of uncleanness with utmost greediness.

emtv@Ephesians:4:25 @ Therefore, having put off falsehood, "Let each one speak truth with his neighbor,"for we are members of one another.

emtv@Ephesians:5:27 @ that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and blameless.

emtv@Ephesians:6:13 @ Because of this, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having accomplished all things, to stand.

emtv@Ephesians:6:14 @ Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,

emtv@Ephesians:6:15 @ and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

emtv@Philippians:1:6 @ having been persuaded of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus;

emtv@Philippians:1:11 @ having been filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

emtv@Philippians:1:14 @ and most of the brothers in the Lord, having been persuaded by my chains, are much more bold to speak the word fearlessly.

emtv@Philippians:1:23 @ For I am hard pressed by the two, having a desire to depart and to be with Christ, [which is] far better.

emtv@Philippians:1:25 @ And having been persuaded of this, I know that I shall remain and continue with you all for your progress and joy in the faith,

emtv@Philippians:1:30 @ having the same struggle which you saw in me and now you hear is in me.

emtv@Philippians:2:2 @ fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being united in spirit, intending the same purpose,

emtv@Philippians:3:3 @ For we are the [true] circumcision, worshipping by the Spirit of God, rejoicing in Christ Jesus, and having no confidence in the flesh,

emtv@Philippians:3:4 @ although I also [am] having confidence in the flesh. If any other [person] thinks to have confidence in the flesh, I even more:

emtv@Philippians:3:9 @ and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through [the] faith of Christ, the righteousness [which is] of God by faith;

emtv@Philippians:4:18 @ And I have all things and abound. I have been made full, having received from Epaphroditus the things [sent] from you, a fragrant aroma, an acceptable sacrifice, well pleasing to God.

emtv@Colossians:1:20 @ and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on the earth or things in the heavens, having made peace through the blood of His cross.

emtv@Colossians:1:23 @ if indeed you continue in the faith, having been founded and firm and not drifting away from the hope of the gospel which you heard, which was proclaimed to all creation under heaven, of which I, Paul, became a minister.

emtv@Colossians:2:7 @ having been rooted and built up in Him and being established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.

emtv@Colossians:2:12 @ having been buried together with Him in baptism, in which also you were raised together through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.

emtv@Colossians:2:13 @ And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our trespasses,

emtv@Colossians:2:14 @ having blotted out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and He has taken it out of the midst, nailing it to the cross.

emtv@Colossians:4:6 @ Let your word always be with grace, having been seasoned with salt, to know how you ought to answer each [one].

emtv@2Thessalonians:1:10 @ whenever He comes, in that Day, to be glorified among His saints and to be marveled among all those having believed, because our testimony among you was believed.

emtv@1Timothy:1:6 @ from which some, having strayed, have turned aside to futile talk,

emtv@1Timothy:1:19 @ having faith and a good conscience, which some having rejected, concerning the faith have suffered shipwreck,

emtv@1Timothy:3:4 @ one ruling his own house well, having [his] children in submission with all reverence;

emtv@1Timothy:4:2 @ speaking lies in hypocrisy, having been seared with a hot iron [as to ]their own conscience,

emtv@1Timothy:4:8 @ For bodily exercise is profitable a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the present life and of the coming life.

emtv@1Timothy:5:5 @ Now she who is really a widow and having been left alone, has set her hope on God, and continues in supplications and prayers night and day.

emtv@1Timothy:5:9 @ Let a widow be enrolled having become not less than sixty years, [the] wife of one man,

emtv@1Timothy:5:10 @ having a reputation for good works, if she has brought up children, if she has lodged strangers, if she has washed the saints' feet, if she has relieved the afflicted, if she has diligently followed every good work.

emtv@1Timothy:5:12 @ having condemnation because they have set aside their first faith.

emtv@1Timothy:5:17 @ Let the elders having ruled well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in the word and doctrine.

emtv@1Timothy:6:2 @ And those having believing masters, let them not despise them because they are brothers, but rather let them serve as slaves, because those receiving the good service are believing and beloved. Teach and exhort these things.

emtv@1Timothy:6:5 @ constant wranglings of men of corrupt minds and having been deprived of the truth, supposing that godliness is a means of profit. Withdraw from such [people].

emtv@1Timothy:6:8 @ But having food and clothing, with these things we shall be content.

emtv@2Timothy:1:4 @ longing to see you, having recalled your tears, that I may be filled with joy,

emtv@2Timothy:1:9 @ who having saved us, and having called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time [itself],

emtv@2Timothy:1:10 @ but has now been revealed through the appearance of our Savior Jesus Christ, having abolished death on the one hand, [and] having brought to life immortality through the gospel on the other,

emtv@2Timothy:2:4 @ No one serving as a soldier entangles [himself] in the affairs of [civilian] life, in order that he may please the [one] having enlisted him.

emtv@2Timothy:2:19 @ Nevertheless the firm foundation of God stands, having this seal: "The Lord knows those that are His,"and, "Let everyone naming the name of the Lord depart from unrighteousness."

emtv@2Timothy:2:21 @ Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the [latter], he will be a vessel for honor, having been consecrated and useful to the Master, having been prepared for every good work.

emtv@2Timothy:2:26 @ and they regain their senses [and escape] out of the snare of the devil, having been captured alive by him to do his will.

emtv@2Timothy:3:4 @ traitors, headstrong, having been puffed up, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,

emtv@2Timothy:3:5 @ having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from these people turn away!

emtv@2Timothy:3:6 @ For of these are those [who] creep into houses and captivate gullible women having been loaded down with sins, who are led by various lusts,

emtv@2Timothy:3:17 @ that the man of God may be proficient, having been thoroughly equipped for every good work.

emtv@2Timothy:4:10 @ For Demas has forsaken me, having loved this present world, and traveled to Thessalonica-Crescens to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia.

emtv@Titus:1:6 @ if a man is unimpeachable, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of dissipation or [who are ]insubordinate.

emtv@Titus:2:8 @ sound speech that cannot be condemned, in order that the [one] who is an opponent may be put to shame, having nothing bad to say about us.

emtv@Titus:3:7 @ that having been justified by His grace we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

emtv@Philemon:1:8 @ Therefore, having much boldness in Christ to command you what is fitting,

emtv@Philemon:1:21 @ Having been persuaded of your obedience, I am writing to you, knowing that you will do even beyond what I say.

emtv@Hebrews:1:4 @ having become so much better than the angels, as He has inherited a more excellent name than they.

emtv@Hebrews:2:8 @ You have subjected all things under his feet."For in subjecting to him all things[, ]He left nothing not subjected to him. But now we do not yet see all things having been subjected to him.

emtv@Hebrews:2:9 @ But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, through the suffering of death, having been crowned with glory and honor, so that by the grace of God, He might taste death for everyone.

emtv@Hebrews:2:14 @ Therefore since the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same things, in order that through death He might destroy the [one] having the power of death, that is, the devil,

emtv@Hebrews:3:16 @ For some, having heard, did provoke: but not all who came out of Egypt through Moses.

emtv@Hebrews:4:2 @ For indeed we have had the gospel preached [to us] just as those also; but the word which they heard did not profit those, not having been mixed with faith in those having heard it.

emtv@Hebrews:4:6 @ Therefore since it remains [for] some to enter into it, and those formerly having the gospel preached [to them] did not enter on account of disobedience,

emtv@Hebrews:4:14 @ Therefore having a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast the confession.

emtv@Hebrews:4:15 @ For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but having been tempted in all [respects] in quite the same way as [we are], yet without sin.

emtv@Hebrews:5:9 @ And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him,

emtv@Hebrews:5:10 @ having been designated by God a High Priest "according to the order of Melchizedek,"

emtv@Hebrews:6:6 @ and having fallen away, to renew [them] again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and hold Him up to contempt.

emtv@Hebrews:6:20 @ where the Forerunner has entered on our behalf, [even] Jesus, having become a High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.

emtv@Hebrews:7:3 @ without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but having been made like the Son of God, remains a priest continually.

emtv@Hebrews:7:6 @ but the [one] not tracing his descent from them has received tithes from Abraham, and he has blessed the [one] having the promises.

emtv@Hebrews:7:26 @ For such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is holy, innocent, undefiled, having been separated from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens;

emtv@Hebrews:9:4 @ having a golden altar, and the ark of the covenant having been overlaid on all sides with gold, in which [was] a golden jar holding the manna, and the rod of Aaron which budded, and the tablets of the covenant;

emtv@Hebrews:9:12 @ Not through the blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, He entered once for all into the Holies, having obtained eternal redemption.

emtv@Hebrews:9:13 @ For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling those having been defiled, sanctifies for the purity of the flesh,

emtv@Hebrews:9:15 @ And on account of this He is the Mediator of the new covenant, so that, since a death has occurred for redemption of the transgressions at the time of the first covenant, that those having been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.

emtv@Hebrews:9:28 @ so also Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time apart from sin unto salvation, to those who eagerly await Him.

emtv@Hebrews:10:1 @ For the law, having a shadow of the good things to come, and not the image itself of the things, can never with the same sacrifices, which they offer continually every year, make those approaching perfect.

emtv@Hebrews:10:12 @ But He Himself, having offered one sacrifice for sins forever, He sat down at the right hand of God,

emtv@Hebrews:10:19 @ Therefore, brothers, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus,

emtv@Hebrews:10:21 @ and [having] a High Priest over the house of God,

emtv@Hebrews:10:22 @ let us approach with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies having been washed with clean water.

emtv@Hebrews:10:33 @ in part being exposed publicly, both to reproaches and to afflictions, and in part having become partners of those treated in this way.

emtv@Hebrews:10:36 @ For you have need of endurance, so that having done the will of God, you may receive the promise:

emtv@Hebrews:11:7 @ By faith Noah, having being warned [by God] concerning the things[ ]not yet seen, being reverent, prepared an ark for the salvation of his household, through which he condemned the world and became an heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.

emtv@Hebrews:11:10 @ for he waited for the city having foundations, whose builder and maker is God.

emtv@Hebrews:11:13 @ These all died according to faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off and welcoming [them], and confessing that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

emtv@Hebrews:11:30 @ By faith the walls of Jericho fell, having been encircled for seven days.

emtv@Hebrews:11:39 @ And all these, having obtained witness through their faith, did not receive the promise,

emtv@Hebrews:11:40 @ God having provided something better for us, that they should not be made perfect apart from us.

emtv@Hebrews:12:11 @ Now no discipline seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, later it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those having been trained by it.

emtv@Hebrews:12:17 @ For you know that indeed afterward, wishing to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for repentance, having sought it out diligently with tears.

emtv@Hebrews:12:23 @ to the general assembly and church of the firstborn having been enrolled in [the] heavens, to God the Judge of all, and to spirits of just men made perfect,

emtv@Hebrews:12:25 @ See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape, having refused Him who warned [them], how much more [shall we not escape] if we turn away from Him who warns from heaven;

emtv@Hebrews:12:27 @ Now the [phrase], "Yet once more,"signifies the removal of the things being shaken, as having been made, so that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.

emtv@Hebrews:13:3 @ Remember the prisoners as if having been bound with them, those who are ill treated, as you yourselves are in the body also.

emtv@Hebrews:13:9 @ Do not be carried away with various and strange doctrines. For it is good [for] the heart to be established by grace, not by foods, by which those having walked were not profited.

emtv@1Peter:1:8 @ Whom not having seen, you love, in whom now not seeing, but believing, you rejoice with inexpressible joy and glorified,

emtv@1Peter:1:10 @ Concerning this salvation the prophets have sought out and inquired carefully, having prophesied of the grace [that would come] to you,

emtv@1Peter:1:20 @ having been foreknown indeed before the foundation of the world, He was made manifest in these last times for you,

emtv@1Peter:1:23 @ having been born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever.

emtv@1Peter:2:1 @ Therefore having put away all malice, all guile, hypocrisy, envy, and all slanders,

emtv@1Peter:2:4 @ Coming to Him as to a living stone, having been rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God and precious,

emtv@1Peter:2:12 @ having your manner of life noble among the Gentiles, so that, whenever they speak against you as evildoers, when they observe the good works, they may glorify God in the day of visitation.

emtv@1Peter:2:13 @ Therefore subject yourselves to every human institution on account of the Lord: whether to the king as [to one] having authority,

emtv@1Peter:2:24 @ who Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, in order that having died to sins, we might live unto righteousness-by whose stripes you were healed.

emtv@1Peter:3:16 @ having a good conscience, so that in what they speak against you as evildoers, those reviling your good conduct in Christ may be put to shame.

emtv@1Peter:3:22 @ who having gone into heaven, is at the right hand of God, angels and authorities and powers being subjected to Him.

emtv@1Peter:4:3 @ For we have spent enough of our past lifetime to accomplish the will of the Gentiles-having walked in wantonness, lusts, drunkenness, revelries, drinking parties, and abominable idolatries.

emtv@1Peter:5:10 @ But may the God of all grace, the [One ]having called you into His eternal glory in Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a little [while], may He Himself make you complete-He will establish, strengthen, [and] firmly ground [you].

emtv@2Peter:1:4 @ through which have been given to us precious and exceedingly great promises, so that through these we may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

emtv@2Peter:1:9 @ For [he] who lacks these things is blind, being shortsighted, having forgotten the cleansing of his past sins.

emtv@2Peter:2:1 @ But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master, the [One] having bought them, and bringing upon themselves swift destruction.

emtv@2Peter:2:6 @ and reducing the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to ashes, He condemned [them] to destruction, having made [them] an example who were to be ungodly,

emtv@2Peter:2:12 @ But these, as unreasoning natural animals, having been born for capture and destruction, blaspheme at things which they are ignorant of, and shall be destroyed in their destruction,

emtv@2Peter:2:14 @ having eyes full of adultery and unable to cease from sin, enticing unstable souls, having a heart having been trained in greediness, they are accursed children.

emtv@2Peter:2:15 @ They have left behind the straight way and have gone astray, having followed after the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;

emtv@2Peter:2:20 @ For if having escaped from the corruptions of the world by the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, yet by these, having become entangled they are defeated, the latter end has become worse for them than the first.

emtv@2Peter:2:22 @ But it has happened to them [according to] the [saying] of the true proverb: "A dog returns to his own vomit,"and, "A sow, having washed, [returns ] to her wallowing in the mire."

emtv@2Peter:3:2 @ to remember the words having been previously spoken by the holy prophets, and the commandment of your apostles of the Lord and Savior;

emtv@2Peter:3:7 @ but the present heavens and earth, having been stored up by His word, are being reserved for fire until the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.

emtv@1John:3:17 @ But whoever has this world's goods, and sees his brother having need, and shuts off his compassion towards him, how does the love of God abide in him?

emtv@1John:5:4 @ because everything having been born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that has overcome the world-your faith.

emtv@Jude:1:1 @ Jude, a bondservant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to those who are called, having been sanctified by God the Father, and having been kept in Jesus Christ:

emtv@Jude:1:5 @ Now I want to remind you, although you once knew this, that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe.

emtv@Jude:1:6 @ And the angels who did not keep their own domain, but rather having left their own habitation, He has kept with everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day;

emtv@Jude:1:7 @ as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to fornication and having gone after other flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

emtv@Jude:1:12 @ These are stains in your love feasts, while they feast [with you] without fear, caring for themselves, they are waterless clouds being carried along by winds; late autumn trees unfruitful, twice having died, having been uprooted,

emtv@Jude:1:23 @ but others save with fear, snatching them out of the fire, hating even the garment having been stained by the flesh.

emtv@Revelation:1:3 @ Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and who keep the things having been written in it; for the time is near.

emtv@Revelation:1:12 @ And there I turned to see the voice which was speaking with me. And having turned I saw seven golden lampstands,

emtv@Revelation:1:13 @ and in the midst of the seven lampstands [stood One] like [the] Son of Man, having been clothed in a [robe] reaching to [His] feet and having been girded across [His] chest with a golden belt.

emtv@Revelation:3:18 @ I counsel you to buy from Me gold having been tried by fire, so that you may become rich; and white robes, so that you may be clothed, and the shame of your nakedness may not appear; and eye salve, so that you may anoint your eyes, in order that you may see.

emtv@Revelation:4:4 @ Around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and on the thrones I saw the twenty-four elders sitting, having been clothed in white robes; and on their heads[ were] crowns of gold.

emtv@Revelation:4:8 @ And the four living beings, each one having six wings apiece, were full of eyes around and within. And they never rest day or night, saying, "Holy, holy, holy, Holy, holy, holy, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, He[ w]ho was, and who is, and who is to come!"

emtv@Revelation:5:1 @ And I saw in the right [hand] of Him that sat on the throne a scroll, having been written inside and outside, [and ]having been sealed with seven seals.

emtv@Revelation:5:6 @ And I saw in the midst of the throne and of the four living beings, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing as [if] slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

emtv@Revelation:5:8 @ And when He took the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls being filled with incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

emtv@Revelation:7:2 @ Then I saw another angel coming up from the east, having the seal of the living God. And he cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it had been granted to harm the earth and the sea,

emtv@Revelation:7:4 @ And I heard the number of those having been sealed, one hundred and forty-four thousand having been sealed out of every tribe of the sons of Israel:

emtv@Revelation:7:5 @ of the tribe of Judah twelve thousand having been sealed; of the tribe of Reuben twelve thousand; of the tribe of Gad twelve thousand;

emtv@Revelation:7:8 @ of the tribe of Zebulun twelve thousand; of the tribe of Joseph twelve thousand; of the tribe of Benjamin twelve thousand, having been sealed.

emtv@Revelation:9:19 @ For the power of the horses is in their mouth and in their tails; for their tails are like serpents, having heads; and with them they do harm.

emtv@Revelation:10:1 @ And I saw a mighty angel coming down from heaven, having been clothed with a cloud, and a rainbow on his head, and his face [was] like the sun, and his feet like pillars of fire,

emtv@Revelation:10:2 @ and having in his hand a scroll having been opened. And he put his right foot on the sea, but his left [one] on the land,

emtv@Revelation:14:14 @ And I saw, and behold, a white cloud, and on the cloud sat [One] like the Son of Man, having on His head a golden crown, and in His hand a sharp sickle.

emtv@Revelation:14:18 @ And another angel came out from the altar, having authority over the fire, and he called with a loud cry to the [one] having the sharp sickle, saying, "Thrust in your sharp sickle and gather the grape clusters of the vine of the earth, because the grapes are ripe."
