asv@Leviticus:6:17 @It shall not be baken with leaven. I have given it as their portion of my offerings made by fire; it is most holy, as the sin-offering, and as the trespass-offering.

asv@Leviticus:7:1 @And this is the law of the trespass-offering: it is most holy.

asv@Leviticus:7:2 @In the place where they kill the burnt-offering shall they kill the trespass-offering; and the blood thereof shall he sprinkle upon the altar round about.

asv@Leviticus:7:5 @and the priest shall burn them upon the altar for an offering made by fire unto Jehovah: it is a trespass-offering.

asv@Leviticus:7:7 @As is the sin-offering, so is the trespass-offering; there is one law for them: the priest that maketh atonement therewith, he shall have it.

asv@Leviticus:7:37 @This is the law of the burnt-offering, of the meal-offering, and of the sin-offering, and of the trespass-offering, and of the consecration, and of the sacrifice of peace-offerings;

asv@Leviticus:9:1 @And it came to pass on the eighth day, that Moses called Aaron and his sons, and the elders of Israel;

asv@Leviticus:14:12 @And the priest shall take one of the he-lambs, and offer him for a trespass-offering, and the log of oil, and wave them for a wave-offering before Jehovah:

asv@Leviticus:14:13 @and he shall kill the he-lamb in the place where they kill the sin-offering and the burnt-offering, in the place of the sanctuary: for as the sin-offering is the priest's, so is the trespass-offering: it is most holy:

asv@Leviticus:14:14 @and the priest shall take of the blood of the trespass-offering, and the priest shall put it upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot.

asv@Leviticus:14:17 @and of the rest of the oil that is in his hand shall the priest put upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot, upon the blood of the trespass-offering:

asv@Leviticus:14:21 @And if he be poor, and cannot get so much, then he shall take one he-lamb for a trespass-offering to be waved, to make atonement for him, and one tenth part of an ephah of fine flour mingled with oil for a meal-offering, and a log of oil;

asv@Leviticus:14:24 @and the priest shall take the lamb of the trespass-offering, and the log of oil, and the priest shall wave them for a wave-offering before Jehovah.

asv@Leviticus:14:25 @And he shall kill the lamb of the trespass-offering; and the priest shall take of the blood of the trespass-offering, and put it upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot.

asv@Leviticus:14:28 @and the priest shall put of the oil that is in his hand upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot, upon the place of the blood of the trespass-offering:

asv@Leviticus:18:21 @And thou shalt not give any of thy seed to make them pass through the fire to Molech; neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am Jehovah.

asv@Leviticus:19:21 @And he shall bring his trespass-offering unto Jehovah, unto the door of the tent of meeting, even a ram for a trespass-offering.

asv@Leviticus:19:22 @And the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass-offering before Jehovah for his sin which he hath sinned: and the sin which he hath sinned shall be forgiven him.

asv@Leviticus:23:5 @In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at even, is Jehovah's passover.

asv@Leviticus:26:40 @And they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, in their trespass which they trespassed against me, and also that, because they walked contrary unto me,

asv@Leviticus:27:32 @And all the tithe of the herd or the flock, whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto Jehovah.

asv@Numbers:5:6 @Speak unto the children of Israel, When a man or woman shall commit any sin that men commit, so as to trespass against Jehovah, and that soul shall be guilty;

asv@Numbers:5:12 @Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man's wife go aside, and commit a trespass against him,

asv@Numbers:5:27 @And when he hath made her drink the water, then it shall come to pass, if she be defiled, and have committed a trespass against her husband, that the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her and become bitter, and her body shall swell, and her thigh shall fall away: and the woman shall be a curse among her people.

asv@Numbers:6:12 @And he shall separate unto Jehovah the days of his separation, and shall bring a he-lamb a year old for a trespass-offering; but the former days shall be void, because his separation was defiled.

asv@Numbers:7:1 @And it came to pass on the day that Moses had made an end of setting up the tabernacle, and had anointed it and sanctified it, and all the furniture thereof, and the altar and all the vessels thereof, and had anointed them and sanctified them;

asv@Numbers:8:7 @And thus shalt thou do unto them, to cleanse them: sprinkle the water of expiation upon them, and let them cause a razor to pass over all their flesh, and let them wash their clothes, and cleanse themselves.

asv@Numbers:9:2 @Moreover let the children of Israel keep the passover in its appointed season.

asv@Numbers:9:4 @And Moses spake unto the children of Israel, that they should keep the passover.

asv@Numbers:9:5 @And they kept the passover in the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, at even, in the wilderness of Sinai: according to all that Jehovah commanded Moses, so did the children of Israel.

asv@Numbers:9:6 @And there were certain men, who were unclean by reason of the dead body of a man, so that they could not keep the passover on that day: and they came before Moses and before Aaron on that day:

asv@Numbers:9:10 @Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If any man of you or of your generations shall be unclean by reason of a dead body, or be on a journey afar off, yet he shall keep the passover unto Jehovah.

asv@Numbers:9:12 @they shall leave none of it unto the morning, nor break a bone thereof: according to all the statute of the passover they shall keep it.

asv@Numbers:9:13 @But the man that is clean, and is not on a journey, and forbeareth to keep the passover, that soul shall be cut off from his people; because he offered not the oblation of Jehovah in its appointed season, that man shall bear his sin.

asv@Numbers:9:14 @And if a stranger shall sojourn among you, and will keep the passover unto Jehovah; according to the statute of the passover, and according to the ordinance thereof, so shall he do: ye shall have one statute, both for the sojourner, and for him that is born in the land.

asv@Numbers:10:11 @And it came to pass in the second year, in the second month, on the twentieth day of the month, that the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle of the testimony.

asv@Numbers:10:35 @And it came to pass, when the ark set forward, that Moses said, Rise up, O Jehovah, and let thine enemies be scattered; and let them that hate thee flee before thee.

asv@Numbers:11:23 @And Jehovah said unto Moses, Is Jehovah's hand waxed short? now shalt thou see whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or not.

asv@Numbers:11:25 @And Jehovah came down in the cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the Spirit that was upon him, and put it upon the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the Spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, but they did so no more.

asv@Numbers:14:7 @and they spake unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, saying, The land, which we passed through to spy it out, is an exceeding good land.

asv@Numbers:16:31 @And it came to pass, as he made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave asunder that was under them;

asv@Numbers:16:42 @And it came to pass, when the congregation was assembled against Moses and against Aaron, that they looked toward the tent of meeting: and, behold, the cloud covered it, and the glory of Jehovah appeared.

asv@Numbers:17:5 @And it shall come to pass, that the rod of the man whom I shall choose shall bud: and I will make to cease from me the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against you.

asv@Numbers:17:8 @And it came to pass on the morrow, that Moses went into the tent of the testimony; and, behold, the rod of Aaron for the house of Levi was budded, and put forth buds, and produced blossoms, and bare ripe almonds.

asv@Numbers:18:9 @This shall be thine of the most holy things, reserved from the fire: every oblation of theirs, even every meal-offering of theirs, and every sin-offering of theirs, and every trespass-offering of theirs, which they shall render unto me, shall be most holy for thee and for thy sons.

asv@Numbers:20:17 @Let us pass, I pray thee, through thy land: we will not pass through field or through vineyard, neither will we drink of the water of the wells: we will go along the king's highway; we will not turn aside to the right hand nor to the left, until we have passed thy border.

asv@Numbers:20:18 @And Edom said unto him, Thou shalt not pass through me, lest I come out with the sword against thee.

asv@Numbers:20:19 @And the children of Israel said unto him, We will go up by the highway; and if we drink of thy water, I and my cattle, then will I give the price thereof: let me only, without doing anything else, pass through on my feet.

asv@Numbers:20:20 @And he said, Thou shalt not pass through. And Edom came out against him with much people, and with a strong hand.

asv@Numbers:20:21 @Thus Edom refused to give Israel passage through his border: wherefore Israel turned away from him.

asv@Numbers:21:4 @And they journeyed from mount Hor by the way to the Red Sea, to compass the land of Edom: and the soul of the people was much discouraged because of the way.

asv@Numbers:21:8 @And Jehovah said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a standard: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he seeth it, shall live.

asv@Numbers:21:9 @And Moses made a serpent of brass, and set it upon the standard: and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he looked unto the serpent of brass, he lived.

asv@Numbers:21:22 @Let me pass through thy land: we will not turn aside into field, or into vineyard; we will not drink of the water of the wells: we will go by the king's highway, until we have passed thy border.

asv@Numbers:21:23 @And Sihon would not suffer Israel to pass through his border: but Sihon gathered all his people together, and went out against Israel into the wilderness, and came to Jahaz; and he fought against Israel.

asv@Numbers:22:41 @And it came to pass in the morning, that Balak took Balaam, and brought him up into the high places of Baal; and he saw from thence the utmost part of the people.

asv@Numbers:26:1 @And it came to pass after the plague, that Jehovah spake unto Moses and unto Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, saying,

asv@Numbers:27:7 @The daughters of Zelophehad speak right: thou shalt surely give them a possession of an inheritance among their father's brethren; and thou shalt cause the inheritance of their father to pass unto them.

asv@Numbers:27:8 @And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a man die, and have no son, then ye shall cause his inheritance to pass unto his daughter.

asv@Numbers:28:16 @And in the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, is Jehovah's passover.

asv@Numbers:31:16 @Behold, these caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against Jehovah in the matter of Peor, and so the plague was among the congregation of Jehovah.

asv@Numbers:32:21 @and every armed man of you will pass over the Jordan before Jehovah, until he hath driven out his enemies from before him,

asv@Numbers:32:27 @but thy servants will pass over, every man that is armed for war, before Jehovah to battle, as my lord saith.

asv@Numbers:32:29 @And Moses said unto them, If the children of Gad and the children of Reuben will pass with you over the Jordan, every man that is armed to battle, before Jehovah, and the land shall be subdued before you; then ye shall give them the land of Gilead for a possession:

asv@Numbers:32:30 @but if they will not pass over with you armed, they shall have possessions among you in the land of Canaan.

asv@Numbers:32:32 @We will pass over armed before Jehovah into the land of Canaan, and the possession of our inheritance shall remain with us beyond the Jordan.

asv@Numbers:33:3 @And they journeyed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the morrow after the passover the children of Israel went out with a high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians,

asv@Numbers:33:8 @And they journeyed from before Hahiroth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness: and they went three days' journey in the wilderness of Etham, and encamped in Marah.

asv@Numbers:33:51 @Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye pass over the Jordan into the land of Canaan,

asv@Numbers:33:56 @And it shall come to pass, that, as I thought to do unto them, so will I do unto you.

asv@Numbers:34:4 @and your border shall turn about southward of the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass along to Zin; and the goings out thereof shall be southward of Kadesh-barnea; and it shall go forth to Hazar-addar, and pass along to Azmon;

asv@Numbers:35:10 @Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye pass over the Jordan into the land of Canaan,

asv@Deuteronomy:1:3 @And it came to pass in the fortieth year, in the eleventh month, on the first day of the month, that Moses spake unto the children of Israel, according unto all that Jehovah had given him in commandment unto them;

asv@Deuteronomy:2:1 @Then we turned, and took our journey into the wilderness by the way to the Red Sea, as Jehovah spake unto me; and we compassed mount Seir many days.

asv@Deuteronomy:2:3 @Ye have compassed this mountain long enough: turn you northward.

asv@Deuteronomy:2:4 @And command thou the people, saying, Ye are to pass through the border of your brethren the children of Esau, that dwell in Seir; and they will be afraid of you: take ye good heed unto yourselves therefore;

asv@Deuteronomy:2:8 @So we passed by from our brethren the children of Esau, that dwell in Seir, from the way of the Arabah from Elath and from Ezion-geber. And we turned and passed by the way of the wilderness of Moab.

asv@Deuteronomy:2:16 @So it came to pass, when all the men of war were consumed and dead from among the people,

asv@Deuteronomy:2:18 @Thou art this day to pass over Ar, the border of Moab:

asv@Deuteronomy:2:24 @Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over the valley of the Arnon: behold, I have given into thy hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land; begin to possess it, and contend with him in battle.

asv@Deuteronomy:2:27 @Let me pass through thy land: I will go along by the highway, I will turn neither unto the right hand nor to the left.

asv@Deuteronomy:2:28 @Thou shalt sell me food for money, that I may eat; and give me water for money, that I may drink: only let me pass through on my feet,

asv@Deuteronomy:2:29 @as the children of Esau that dwell in Seir, and the Moabites that dwell in Ar, did unto me; until I shall pass over the Jordan into the land which Jehovah our God giveth us.

asv@Deuteronomy:2:30 @But Sihon king of Heshbon would not let us pass by him; for Jehovah thy God hardened his spirit, and made his heart obstinate, that he might deliver him into thy hand, as at this day.

asv@Deuteronomy:3:18 @And I commanded you at that time, saying, Jehovah your God hath given you this land to possess it: ye shall pass over armed before your brethren the children of Israel, all the men of valor.

asv@Deuteronomy:5:23 @And it came to pass, when ye heard the voice out of the midst of the darkness, while the mountain was burning with fire, that ye came near unto me, even all the heads of your tribes, and your elders;

asv@Deuteronomy:7:12 @And it shall come to pass, because ye hearken to these ordinances, and keep and do them, that Jehovah thy God will keep with thee the covenant and the lovingkindness which he sware unto thy fathers:

asv@Deuteronomy:9:1 @Hear, O Israel: thou art to pass over the Jordan this day, to go in to dispossess nations greater and mightier than thyself, cities great and fortified up to heaven,

asv@Deuteronomy:9:11 @And it came to pass at the end of forty days and forty nights, that Jehovah gave me the two tables of stone, even the tables of the covenant.

asv@Deuteronomy:11:13 @And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love Jehovah your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul,

asv@Deuteronomy:11:29 @And it shall come to pass, when Jehovah thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, that thou shalt set the blessing upon mount Gerizim, and the curse upon mount Ebal.

asv@Deuteronomy:11:31 @For ye are to pass over the Jordan to go in to possess the land which Jehovah your God giveth you, and ye shall possess it, and dwell therein.

asv@Deuteronomy:12:11 @then it shall come to pass that to the place which Jehovah your God shall choose, to cause his name to dwell there, thither shall ye bring all that I command you: your burnt-offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the heave-offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which ye vow unto Jehovah.

asv@Deuteronomy:13:2 @and the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them;

asv@Deuteronomy:13:17 @And there shall cleave nought of the devoted thing to thy hand; that Jehovah may turn from the fierceness of his anger, and show thee mercy, and have compassion upon thee, and multiply thee, as he hath sworn unto thy fathers;

asv@Deuteronomy:16:1 @Observe the month of Abib, and keep the passover unto Jehovah thy God; for in the month of Abib Jehovah thy God brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.

asv@Deuteronomy:16:2 @And thou shalt sacrifice the passover unto Jehovah thy God, of the flock and the herd, in the place which Jehovah shall choose, to cause his name to dwell there.

asv@Deuteronomy:16:5 @Thou mayest not sacrifice the passover within any of thy gates, which Jehovah thy God giveth thee;

asv@Deuteronomy:16:6 @but at the place which Jehovah thy God shall choose, to cause his name to dwell in, there thou shalt sacrifice the passover at even, at the going down of the sun, at the season that thou camest forth out of Egypt.

asv@Deuteronomy:18:10 @There shall not be found with thee any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one that useth divination, one that practiseth augury, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer,

asv@Deuteronomy:18:19 @And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.

asv@Deuteronomy:18:22 @when a prophet speaketh in the name of Jehovah, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which Jehovah hath not spoken: the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously, thou shalt not be afraid of him.

asv@Deuteronomy:27:2 @And it shall be on the day when ye shall pass over the Jordan unto the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee, that thou shalt set thee up great stones, and plaster them with plaster:

asv@Deuteronomy:27:3 @and thou shalt write upon them all the words of this law, when thou art passed over; that thou mayest go in unto the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee, a land flowing with milk and honey, as Jehovah, the God of thy fathers, hath promised thee.

asv@Deuteronomy:27:4 @And it shall be, when ye are passed over the Jordan, that ye shall set up these stones, which I command you this day, in mount Ebal, and thou shalt plaster them with plaster.

asv@Deuteronomy:27:12 @These shall stand upon mount Gerizim to bless the people, when ye are passed over the Jordan: Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Joseph, and Benjamin.

asv@Deuteronomy:28:1 @And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of Jehovah thy God, to observe to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that Jehovah thy God will set thee on high above all the nations of the earth:

asv@Deuteronomy:28:15 @But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of Jehovah thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day, that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee.

asv@Deuteronomy:28:63 @And it shall come to pass, that, as Jehovah rejoiced over you to do you good, and to multiply you, so Jehovah will rejoice over you to cause you to perish, and to destroy you; and ye shall be plucked from off the land whither thou goest in to possess it.

asv@Deuteronomy:29:16 @(for ye know how we dwelt in the land of Egypt, and how we came through the midst of the nations through which ye passed;

asv@Deuteronomy:29:19 @and it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the stubbornness of my heart, to destroy the moist with the dry.

asv@Deuteronomy:30:1 @And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither Jehovah thy God hath driven thee,

asv@Deuteronomy:30:3 @that then Jehovah thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the peoples, whither Jehovah thy God hath scattered thee.

asv@Deuteronomy:30:18 @I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish; ye shall not prolong your days in the land, whither thou passest over the Jordan to go in to possess it.

asv@Deuteronomy:31:21 @And it shall come to pass, when many evils and troubles are come upon them, that this song shall testify before them as a witness; for it shall not be forgotten out of the mouths of their seed: for I know their imagination which they frame this day, before I have brought them into the land which I sware.

asv@Deuteronomy:31:24 @And it came to pass, when Moses had made an end of writing the words of this law in a book, until they were finished,

asv@Deuteronomy:32:10 @He found him in a desert land, And in the waste howling wilderness; He compassed him about, he cared for him, He kept him as the apple of his eye.

asv@Deuteronomy:32:51 @because ye trespassed against me in the midst of the children of Israel at the waters of Meribah of Kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified me not in the midst of the children of Israel.

asv@Joshua:1:1 @Now it came to pass after the death of Moses the servant of Jehovah, that Jehovah spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister, saying,

asv@Joshua:1:11 @Pass through the midst of the camp, and command the people, saying, Prepare you victuals; for within three days ye are to pass over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land, which Jehovah your God giveth you to possess it.

asv@Joshua:1:14 @Your wives, your little ones, and your cattle, shall abide in the land which Moses gave you beyond the Jordan; but ye shall pass over before your brethren armed, all the mighty men of valor, and shall help them;

asv@Joshua:2:5 @and it came to pass about the time of the shutting of the gate, when it was dark, that the men went out; whither the men went I know not: pursue after them quickly; for ye will overtake them.

asv@Joshua:2:23 @Then the two men returned, and descended from the mountain, and passed over, and came to Joshua the son of Nun; and they told him all that had befallen them.

asv@Joshua:3:1 @And Joshua rose up early in the morning; and they removed from Shittim, and came to the Jordan, he and all the children of Israel; and they lodged there before they passed over.

asv@Joshua:3:2 @And it came to pass after three days, that the officers went through the midst of the camp;

asv@Joshua:3:4 @Yet there shall be a space between you and it, about two thousand cubits by measure: come not near unto it, that ye may know the way by which ye must go; for ye have not passed this way heretofore.

asv@Joshua:3:6 @And Joshua spake unto the priests, saying, Take up the ark of the covenant, and pass over before the people. And they took up the ark of the covenant, and went before the people.

asv@Joshua:3:11 @Behold, the ark of the covenant of the Lord of all the earth passeth over before you into the Jordan.

asv@Joshua:3:13 @And it shall come to pass, when the soles of the feet of the priests that bear the ark of Jehovah, the Lord of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of the Jordan, that the waters of the Jordan shall be cut off, even the waters that come down from above; and they shall stand in one heap.

asv@Joshua:3:14 @And it came to pass, when the people removed from their tents, to pass over the Jordan, the priests that bare the ark of the covenant being before the people;

asv@Joshua:3:16 @that the waters which came down from above stood, and rose up in one heap, a great way off, at Adam, the city that is beside Zarethan; and those that went down toward the sea of the Arabah, even the Salt Sea, were wholly cut off: and the people passed over right against Jericho.

asv@Joshua:3:17 @And the priests that bare the ark of the covenant of Jehovah stood firm on dry ground in the midst of the Jordan; and all Israel passed over on dry ground, until all the nation were passed clean over the Jordan.

asv@Joshua:4:1 @And it came to pass, when all the nation were clean passed over the Jordan, that Jehovah spake unto Joshua, saying,

asv@Joshua:4:5 @and Joshua said unto them, Pass over before the ark of Jehovah your God into the midst of the Jordan, and take you up every man of you a stone upon his shoulder, according unto the number of the tribes of the children of Israel;

asv@Joshua:4:7 @then ye shall say unto them, Because the waters of the Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of Jehovah; when it passed over the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan were cut off: and these stones shall be for a memorial unto the children of Israel for ever.

asv@Joshua:4:10 @For the priests that bare the ark stood in the midst of the Jordan, until everything was finished that Jehovah commanded Joshua to speak unto the people, according to all that Moses commanded Joshua: and the people hasted and passed over.

asv@Joshua:4:11 @And it came to pass, when all the people were clean passed over, that the ark of Jehovah passed over, and the priests, in the presence of the people.

asv@Joshua:4:12 @And the children of Reuben, and the children of Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh, passed over armed before the children of Israel, as Moses spake unto them:

asv@Joshua:4:13 @about forty thousand ready armed for war passed over before Jehovah unto battle, to the plains of Jericho.

asv@Joshua:4:18 @And it came to pass, when the priests that bare the ark of the covenant of Jehovah were come up out of the midst of the Jordan, and the soles of the priests' feet were lifted up unto the dry ground, that the waters of the Jordan returned unto their place, and went over all its banks, as aforetime.

asv@Joshua:4:23 @For Jehovah your God dried up the waters of the Jordan from before you, until ye were passed over, as Jehovah your God did to the Red Sea, which he dried up from before us, until we were passed over;

asv@Joshua:5:1 @And it came to pass, when all the kings of the Amorites, that were beyond the Jordan westward, and all the kings of the Canaanites, that were by the sea, heard how that Jehovah had dried up the waters of the Jordan from before the children of Israel, until we were passed over, that their heart melted, neither was there spirit in them any more, because of the children of Israel.

asv@Joshua:5:8 @And it came to pass, when they had done circumcising all the nation, that they abode in their places in the camp, till they were whole.

asv@Joshua:5:10 @And the children of Israel encamped in Gilgal; and they kept the passover on the fourteenth day of the month at even in the plains of Jericho.

asv@Joshua:5:11 @And they did eat of the produce of the land on the morrow after the passover, unleavened cakes and parched grain, in the selfsame day.

asv@Joshua:5:13 @And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries?

asv@Joshua:6:3 @And ye shall compass the city, all the men of war, going about the city once. Thus shalt thou do six days.

asv@Joshua:6:4 @And seven priests shall bear seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark: and the seventh day ye shall compass the city seven times, and the priests shall blow the trumpets.

asv@Joshua:6:7 @And they said unto the people, Pass on, and compass the city, and let the armed men pass on before the ark of Jehovah.

asv@Joshua:6:8 @And it was so, that, when Joshua had spoken unto the people, the seven priests bearing the seven trumpets of rams' horns before Jehovah passed on, and blew the trumpets: and the ark of the covenant of Jehovah followed them.

asv@Joshua:6:11 @So he caused the ark of Jehovah to compass the city, going about it once: and they came into the camp, and lodged in the camp.
