jub@Matthew:20:22 @ But Jesus answered and said, Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? They say unto him, We are able.

jub@Matthew:21:37 @ But last of all he sent unto them his son, saying, They will reverence my son.

jub@Matthew:21:41 @ They say unto him, He will destroy those wicked men without mercy and will let out [his] vineyard unto other husbandmen who shall render him the fruits in their seasons.

jub@Matthew:21:45 @ And as the princes of the priests and Pharisees heard his parables, they perceived that he spoke of them.

jub@Matthew:22:3 @ and sent forth his servants to call those that were invited to the wedding, and they would not come.

jub@Matthew:22:5 @ But they made light of [it] and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise,

jub@Matthew:23:4 @ For they bind burdens that are heavy and grievous to bear and lay [them] on men's shoulders, but they [themselves] will not move them with one of their fingers.

jub@Matthew:23:5 @ But they do all their works that they may be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries and enlarge the borders of their garments

jub@Matthew:23:25 @ Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup or of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and incontinence.

jub@Matthew:24:9 @ Then they shall deliver you up to be afflicted and shall kill you, and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.

jub@Matthew:24:24 @ For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets and shall show great signs and wonders in such a manner that they shall deceive, if possible, the very elect.

jub@Matthew:24:26 @ Therefore if they say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert, go not forth; Behold, [he is] in the secret chambers, believe [it] not.

jub@Matthew:24:30 @ and then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven, and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with great power and glory.

jub@Matthew:24:31 @ And he shall send his angels with a trumpet and a great voice, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

jub@Matthew:25:10 @ And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and those that were ready went in with him to the marriage, and the door was shut.

jub@Matthew:25:46 @ And they shall go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.:

jub@Matthew:26:4 @ and took counsel that they might take Jesus by guile and kill [him].

jub@Matthew:26:5 @ But they said, Not on the feast [day], lest there be an uproar among the people.

jub@Matthew:26:8 @ But when his disciples saw [it], they became indignant, saying, To what purpose [is] this waste?

jub@Matthew:26:15 @ and said [unto them], What will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver.

jub@Matthew:26:19 @ And the disciples did as Jesus had appointed them, and they made ready the passover.

jub@Matthew:26:21 @ And as they ate, he said, Verily I say unto you that one of you shall betray me.

jub@Matthew:26:22 @ And they were exceeding sorrowful and began every one of them to say unto him, Lord, is it I?

jub@Matthew:26:30 @ And when they had sung a hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.

jub@Matthew:26:50 @ And Jesus said unto him, Friend, why art thou come? Then they came and laid hands on Jesus and took him.

jub@Matthew:26:60 @ but found none; though many false witnesses came, [yet] found they none. At the last came two false witnesses

jub@Matthew:26:66 @ What think ye? They answered and said, He is guilty of death.

jub@Matthew:26:67 @ Then they spit in his face and buffeted him, and others smote [him] with the staves,

jub@Matthew:27:2 @ and when they had bound him, they led [him] away and delivered him to Pontius Pilate the governor.

jub@Matthew:27:4 @ saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What [is that] to us? Thou shalt see [to it].

jub@Matthew:27:7 @ And they took counsel and bought with them the potter's field to bury strangers in.

jub@Matthew:27:9 @ Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremiah the prophet, saying, And they took the thirty [pieces] of silver, the price of him that was valued, whom they of the sons of Israel did value,

jub@Matthew:27:13 @ Then Pilate said unto him, Hearest thou not how many things they witness against thee?

jub@Matthew:27:15 @ Now at [that] feast the governor was accustomed to release unto the people a prisoner, whoever they desired.

jub@Matthew:27:16 @ And they had then a notable prisoner, called Barabbas.

jub@Matthew:27:17 @ Therefore when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, Whom desire ye that I release unto you? Barabbas or Jesus who is called Christ?

jub@Matthew:27:18 @ For he knew that for envy they had delivered him.

jub@Matthew:27:20 @ But the princes of the priests and the elders persuaded the multitude that they should ask for Barabbas and destroy Jesus.

jub@Matthew:27:21 @ The governor answered and said unto them, Which of the two desire ye that I release unto you? They said, Barabbas.

jub@Matthew:27:22 @ Pilate said unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus who is called Christ? [They] all say unto him, Let him be crucified.

jub@Matthew:27:23 @ And the governor said, Why, what evil has he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified.

jub@Matthew:27:28 @ And they stripped him and put on him a scarlet robe.

jub@Matthew:27:29 @ And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put [it] upon his head and a reed in his right hand; and they bowed the knee before him and mocked him, saying, Receive joy, King of the Jews!

jub@Matthew:27:31 @ And after they had mocked him, they took the robe off from him and put his own raiment on him and led him away to crucify him.

jub@Matthew:27:35 @ And they crucified him and parted his garments, casting lots, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my raiment did they cast lots.

jub@Matthew:27:36 @ And sitting down they watched him there

jub@Matthew:27:39 @ And they that passed by reviled him, wagging their heads

jub@Matthew:27:47 @ Some of those that stood there, when they heard [that], said, This [man] calls for Elijah.

jub@Matthew:27:54 @ Now when the centurion and those that were with him, guarding Jesus, saw the earthquake and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was God's Son.

jub@Matthew:27:66 @ So they went and made the sepulchre secure, sealing the stone and setting a watch.:

jub@Matthew:28:8 @ And they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy and ran to bring his disciples word.

jub@Matthew:28:9 @ And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, Receive joy. And they came and held him by the feet and worshipped him.

jub@Matthew:28:10 @ Then Jesus said unto them, Be not afraid; go tell my brothers that they may go into Galilee, and there they shall see me.

jub@Matthew:28:11 @ Now when they were going, behold, some of the guard came into the city and reported unto the chief priests all the things that were done.

jub@Matthew:28:12 @ And when they were assembled with the elders and had taken counsel, they gave a large [amount of] money to the soldiers,

jub@Matthew:28:15 @ So they took the money and did as they were taught, and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day.

jub@Matthew:28:17 @ And when they saw him, they worshipped him; but some doubted.

jub@Mark:1:16 @ Now as he walked by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea, for they were fishers.

jub@Mark:1:18 @ And straightway they forsook their nets and followed him.

jub@Mark:1:20 @ And straightway he called them; and leaving their father Zebedee in the ship with the hired servants, they went after him.

jub@Mark:1:21 @ And they entered into Capernaum, and straightway on the sabbath days he entered into the synagogue and taught.

jub@Mark:1:22 @ And they marvelled at his learning, for he taught them as one that had power with him, and not as the scribes.

jub@Mark:1:27 @ And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? What new doctrine [is] this? for he commands the unclean spirits with power, and they obey him.

jub@Mark:1:29 @ And forthwith, when they were come out of the synagogue, they entered into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John.

jub@Mark:1:30 @ But Simon's mother-in-law lay sick of a fever, and soon they told him of her.

jub@Mark:1:32 @ In the evening, when the sun was down, they brought unto him all that were diseased and those that were possessed with devils.

jub@Mark:1:34 @ And he healed many that were sick of diverse diseases and cast out many devils and suffered not the devils to speak because they knew him.

jub@Mark:1:37 @ And when they had found him, they said unto him, All [men] seek for thee.

jub@Mark:1:45 @ But he went out and began to publish [it] much and to blaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in desert places; and they came to him from every quarter.:

jub@Mark:2:3 @ And they came unto him, bringing a paralytic, carried by four [men].

jub@Mark:2:4 @ And when they could not come near unto him for the crowd, they uncovered the roof [of the house] where he was; and when they had broken it open, they let down the bed in which the paralytic lay.

jub@Mark:2:8 @ And Jesus, knowing afterward in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, said unto them, Why think ye these things in your hearts?

jub@Mark:2:12 @ And by and by he arose, took up the bed, and went forth before them all; insomuch that they were all amazed and glorified God, saying, We never saw anything like unto this.

jub@Mark:2:15 @ And it came to pass, that as Jesus sat at the table in his house, many publicans and sinners sat also at the table together with Jesus and his disciples: for there were many and they had followed him.

jub@Mark:2:17 @ When Jesus heard [it], he said unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick; I came not to call the righteous, but the sinners to repentance.

jub@Mark:2:19 @ And Jesus said unto them, Can those who are in a wedding fast while the bridegroom is with them? as long as they have the bridegroom with them, they cannot fast.

jub@Mark:2:20 @ But the days will come when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then they shall fast in those days.

jub@Mark:2:23 @ And it came to pass that as he went through the planted fields [again] on the sabbath day, his disciples began, as they walked, to pluck the ears of grain.

jub@Mark:2:24 @ And the Pharisees said unto him, Behold, why do they on the sabbath day that which is not lawful?

jub@Mark:3:2 @ And they watched him, whether he would heal him on the sabbath day, that they might accuse him.

jub@Mark:3:4 @ And he said unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days or to do evil? to save the person or to kill them? But they were silent.

jub@Mark:3:6 @ And as the Pharisees went forth, they took counsel with the Herodians against him, to kill him.

jub@Mark:3:9 @ And he spoke to his disciples that a small ship should wait on him because of the multitude, lest they should throng him.

jub@Mark:3:11 @ And the unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him and cried out, saying, Thou art the Son of God.

jub@Mark:3:12 @ And he straitly charged them that they should not make him known.

jub@Mark:3:13 @ And he went up to the mountain and called unto himself whom he would, and they came unto him.

jub@Mark:3:14 @ And he established twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach

jub@Mark:3:19 @ and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him; and they came home.

jub@Mark:3:20 @ And the multitude came together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.

jub@Mark:3:21 @ And when his [friends] and family heard [of it], they went out to lay hold on him; for they said, He is beside himself.

jub@Mark:3:28 @ Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men and whatever blasphemies with which they shall blaspheme,

jub@Mark:3:30 @ because they said, He has an unclean spirit.

jub@Mark:3:32 @ The multitude was sitting all around him, and they said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brothers [and sisters] seek thee without.

jub@Mark:4:12 @ that seeing they may see and not perceive, and hearing they may hear and not understand, lest at any time they should be converted, and [their] sins should be forgiven them.

jub@Mark:4:15 @ And these are those by the way side, in whom the word is sown, but when they have heard, Satan comes and takes away the word that was sown in their hearts.

jub@Mark:4:16 @ And likewise these are those who are sown on stony ground, who when they have heard the word immediately receive it with gladness

jub@Mark:4:17 @ but have no root in themselves and are temporal; afterward, when tribulation or persecution arises for the word's sake, immediately they are offended.

jub@Mark:4:33 @ And with many such parables he spoke the word unto them as they were able to hear [it].

jub@Mark:4:34 @ But without a parable he did not speak unto them; and when they were alone, he expounded all things to his disciples.

jub@Mark:4:36 @ And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships.

jub@Mark:4:38 @ And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow; and they awoke him and said unto him, Master, dost thou not care that we perish?

jub@Mark:4:41 @ And they feared exceedingly and said one to another, Who is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?:

jub@Mark:5:1 @ And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes.

jub@Mark:5:13 @ And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out and entered into the swine, and the herd fell over a cliff into the sea (they were about two thousand) and were choked in the sea.

jub@Mark:5:15 @ And they come to Jesus and see him that was tormented by the demon and had the legion sitting and clothed and in his right mind; and they were afraid.

jub@Mark:5:17 @ And they began to plead with him to depart out of their borders.

jub@Mark:5:38 @ And they came to the house of the prince of the synagogue and saw the tumult and those that wept and wailed greatly.

jub@Mark:5:40 @ And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he took the father and the mother of the damsel and those that were with him and entered in where the damsel was lying.

jub@Mark:5:42 @ And straightway the damsel arose and walked, for she was twelve years old. And they were astonished with a great astonishment.

jub@Mark:6:3 @ Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James and Joses and of Juda and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.

jub@Mark:6:8 @ and commanded them that they should take nothing for [their] journey except a staff only: no provision bag, no bread, no money in [their] purse;

jub@Mark:6:12 @ And they went out and preached that men should repent.

jub@Mark:6:13 @ And they cast out many demons and anointed with oil many that were sick, and they [were] healed.

jub@Mark:6:29 @ And when his disciples heard [of it], they came and took up his corpse and laid it in a tomb.

jub@Mark:6:30 @ And the apostles gathered themselves together unto Jesus and told him everything they had done and what they had taught.

jub@Mark:6:31 @ And he said unto them, Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place and rest a while; for there were many coming and going, and they had no leisure so much as to eat.

jub@Mark:6:32 @ And they departed into a desert place by ship privately.

jub@Mark:6:34 @ And [Jesus], when he came out, saw a great multitude and had mercy on them because they were as sheep not having a shepherd, and he began to teach them many things.

jub@Mark:6:36 @ send them away that they may go into the country round about and into the villages and buy themselves bread, for they have nothing to eat.

jub@Mark:6:37 @ He answered and said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they said unto him, Shall we go and buy bread for two hundred denarius and give them to eat?

jub@Mark:6:38 @ He said unto them, How many loaves have ye? go and see. And when they knew, they said, Five, and two fishes.

jub@Mark:6:40 @ And they sat down in ranks, by hundreds and by fifties.

jub@Mark:6:42 @ And they all ate and were filled.

jub@Mark:6:43 @ And they took up twelve baskets full of the fragments and of the fishes.

jub@Mark:6:49 @ But when they saw him walking upon the sea, they supposed it had been a ghost and cried out,

jub@Mark:6:50 @ For they all saw him and were troubled. And immediately he talked with them and said unto them, Be of good cheer; I AM; be not afraid.

jub@Mark:6:51 @ And he went up unto them into the ship, and the wind ceased; and they were sore amazed in themselves beyond measure and wondered.

jub@Mark:6:52 @ For they had not [yet] derived understanding in the loaves, for their hearts were blind.

jub@Mark:6:53 @ And when they had passed over, they came into the land of Gennesaret and drew to the shore.

jub@Mark:6:54 @ And when they were come out of the ship, straightway they knew him

jub@Mark:6:55 @ and ran through that whole region round about and began to carry about in beds those that were sick, where they heard he was.

jub@Mark:6:56 @ And wherever he entered, into villages or cities or fields, they laid the sick in the streets and besought him that they might touch if it were but the border of his garment, and as many as touched him were saved.:

jub@Mark:7:2 @ who upon seeing some of his disciples eat bread with common, that is to say, with unwashed, hands, they condemned them.

jub@Mark:7:3 @ (For the Pharisees and all the Jews, unless they wash [their] hands often, eat not, holding the tradition of the elders.

jub@Mark:7:4 @ And [when they come] from the market, unless they wash, they eat not. And there are many other things which they took upon themselves to hold [such as] the washing of cups and pots, brasen vessels and of tables.)

jub@Mark:7:7 @ Howbeit in vain do they honor me, teaching [for] doctrines the commandments of men.

jub@Mark:7:32 @ And they bring unto him one that was deaf and had an impediment in his speech, and they beseech him to put his hand upon him.

jub@Mark:7:36 @ And he charged them that they should tell no one; but the more he commanded them, so much more and more they published [it]

jub@Mark:8:1 @ In those days, as before, there was a great multitude, and they had nothing to eat; Jesus called his disciples [unto him] and said unto them,

jub@Mark:8:2 @ I have mercy on the multitude because they have now been with me three days and have nothing to eat;

jub@Mark:8:3 @ And if I send them away fasting to their own houses, they will faint by the way, for some of them came from afar.

jub@Mark:8:5 @ And he asked them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven.

jub@Mark:8:6 @ And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground; and taking the seven loaves and having given thanks, he broke [them] and gave to his disciples to set before [them]; and they set [them] before the multitude.

jub@Mark:8:7 @ And they also had a few small fishes; and he blessed them and commanded to set them also before [them].

jub@Mark:8:8 @ So they ate and were filled; and they took up of the broken [food] that was left seven baskets.

jub@Mark:8:14 @ Now [the disciples] had forgotten to take bread, neither had they in the ship with them more than one loaf.

jub@Mark:8:16 @ And they argued among themselves, saying, [It is] because we have no bread.

jub@Mark:8:19 @ When I broke the five loaves among five thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? They said unto him, Twelve.

jub@Mark:8:20 @ And when the seven loaves among four thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? And they said, Seven.

jub@Mark:8:22 @ And he came to Bethsaida, and they bring a blind man unto him and beseech him to touch him.

jub@Mark:8:24 @ And looking, he said, I see men; I see that they walk as trees.

jub@Mark:8:28 @ And they answered, John the Baptist; but some [say], Elijah; and others, One of the prophets.

jub@Mark:8:30 @ And he commanded them that they should tell no one of [this] regarding him.

jub@Mark:9:1 @ He also said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That there are some of those who are here who shall not taste of death until they have seen the kingdom of God which comes with power.

jub@Mark:9:4 @ And there appeared unto them Elijah with Moses; and they were talking with Jesus.

jub@Mark:9:8 @ And suddenly, when they had looked around, they saw no one any more, except Jesus only with themselves.

jub@Mark:9:9 @ And as they came down from the mountain, he commanded them that they should tell no one what things they had seen until the Son of man was risen from the dead.

jub@Mark:9:10 @ And they kept the word within themselves, questioning one with another what the rising from the dead should be.

jub@Mark:9:11 @ And they asked him, saying, Why do the scribes say that Elijah must first come?

jub@Mark:9:13 @ But I say unto you, That Elijah has [indeed] come, and they have done unto him whatsoever they wished, as it is written of him.

jub@Mark:9:15 @ And straightway all the people, when they beheld him, were greatly amazed, and running to [him] saluted him.

jub@Mark:9:18 @ and wherever he takes him, he tears him, and he foams and gnashes with his teeth and pines away; and I spoke to thy disciples that they should cast him out, and they could not.

jub@Mark:9:20 @ And they brought him unto him; and when he saw him, straightway the spirit tore him; and he fell on the ground and wallowed foaming.

jub@Mark:9:30 @ And having left there, they walked together through Galilee; and he did not wish that anyone should know of it.

jub@Mark:9:31 @ For he went on teaching his disciples and said unto them, The Son of man is delivered into hands of men, and they shall kill him; and after he is dead, he shall rise the third day.

jub@Mark:9:32 @ But they did not understand this word and were afraid to ask him.

jub@Mark:9:34 @ But they were silent; for on the way they had disputed among themselves, who [should be] the greatest.

jub@Mark:10:4 @ And they said, Moses suffered to write a bill of divorce and to put [her] away.

jub@Mark:10:8 @ and they that [were] two shall be made one flesh, so then they are no longer two, but one flesh.

jub@Mark:10:13 @ And they brought young children to him that he should touch them, and [his] disciples rebuked those that brought [them].

jub@Mark:10:26 @ But they were astonished even more, saying in themselves, Who then can save himself?

jub@Mark:10:32 @ And they were in the way going up to Jerusalem, and Jesus went before them; and they were amazed, and they followed him with fear. Then, taking the twelve [aside] again, he began to tell them what things would happen unto him,

jub@Mark:10:33 @ [saying], Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be delivered unto the princes of the priests and unto the scribes, and they shall condemn him to death and shall deliver him to the Gentiles,

jub@Mark:10:34 @ and they shall mock him and shall scourge him and shall spit upon him and shall kill him; but the third day he shall rise again.

jub@Mark:10:37 @ They said unto him, Grant unto us that we may sit, one at thy right hand and the other at thy left hand in thy glory.

jub@Mark:10:39 @ And they said unto him, We can. And Jesus said unto them, Ye shall indeed drink the cup that I drink, and of the baptism that I am baptized with ye shall be baptized;

jub@Mark:10:41 @ And when the ten heard [it], they began to be angry against James and John.

jub@Mark:10:46 @ And so they come to Jericho, and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a [great] multitude, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.

jub@Mark:10:49 @ Then Jesus stood still and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Have confidence, rise; he calls thee.

jub@Mark:11:1 @ And when they came near to Jerusalem unto Bethphage and Bethany at the mount of Olives, he sends forth two of his disciples

jub@Mark:11:4 @ And they went and found the colt tied by the door outside between two ways, and they loosed him.

jub@Mark:11:6 @ Then they said unto them even as Jesus had commanded, and they let them go.

jub@Mark:11:7 @ They brought the colt to Jesus and cast their garments on him, and he sat upon him.

jub@Mark:11:12 @ And the next day when they left Bethany, he was hungry,

jub@Mark:11:15 @ And they come to Jerusalem, and Jesus, entering into the temple, began to cast out those that sold and bought in the temple and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers and the seats of those that sold doves

jub@Mark:11:18 @ And the scribes and the princes of the priests heard [it] and sought how they might kill him, for they feared him because all the multitude was astonished at his doctrine.

jub@Mark:11:20 @ And passing by in the morning, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.

jub@Mark:11:27 @ And they returned to Jerusalem, and as he was walking in the temple, there come to him the princes of the priests and the scribes and the elders

jub@Mark:11:31 @ Then they thought inside themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven, he will say, Why then did ye not believe him?

jub@Mark:11:33 @ And answering, they said unto Jesus, We do not know. And Jesus, answering, said unto them, Neither shall I tell you with what faculty I do these things.:

jub@Mark:12:3 @ And taking him, they beat him and sent [him] away empty.

jub@Mark:12:4 @ And again he sent unto them another servant, and casting stones at him, they wounded [him] in the head and sent [him] away shamefully handled.

jub@Mark:12:5 @ And again he sent another, and him they killed and many others, beating some and killing some.

jub@Mark:12:6 @ Having yet therefore one son, his wellbeloved, he sent him also last unto them, saying, They will reverence my son.

jub@Mark:12:8 @ And taking hold of him, they killed [him] and cast [him] out of the vineyard.

jub@Mark:12:12 @ And they sought to lay hold on him but feared the multitude, for they understood that he had spoken the parable against them, and leaving him, they went away.

jub@Mark:12:13 @ And they send unto him certain of the Pharisees and of the Herodians to catch him in [his] words.

jub@Mark:12:14 @ And when they were come, they say unto him, Master, we know that thou art [a] man of truth [who] regards no man; for thou dost not look upon [the] appearance of men, but dost with truth teach the way of God; is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar or not?

jub@Mark:12:16 @ And they brought it. And he said unto them, Of whom is this image and inscription? And they said unto him, Of Caesar.

jub@Mark:12:17 @ And Jesus, answering, said unto them, Render that which [is] of Caesar unto Caesar, and that which is of God unto God. And they marvelled at this.

jub@Mark:12:18 @ Then come unto him the Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection; and they asked him, saying,

jub@Mark:12:23 @ In the resurrection, therefore, when they shall rise, whose wife shall she be of them? for the seven had her to wife.

jub@Mark:12:25 @ For when they shall rise from the dead, neither shall they marry nor husbands take women nor women, husbands; but are as the angels who are in the heavens.

jub@Mark:12:44 @ for [they] all did cast in of their abundance, but she of her want did cast in all that she had, [even] all her living.:

jub@Mark:13:9 @ But take heed to yourselves, for they shall deliver you up in [the] councils, and in [the] synagogues ye shall be beaten; and ye shall be called before rulers and kings for my sake for a testimony unto them.

jub@Mark:13:11 @ But when they shall bring you to deliver you up, do not premeditate beforehand what ye shall speak, neither think ye regarding [it], but whatever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye, for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Spirit.

jub@Mark:13:26 @ And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

jub@Mark:14:1 @ Two days after was the passover and [the days] of unleavened bread; and the princes of the priests and the scribes sought how they might take him by craft, that they might kill him.

jub@Mark:14:2 @ But they said, Not on the feast [day], lest there be an uproar of the people.

jub@Mark:14:5 @ For it might have been sold for more than three hundred denarius and given to the poor. And they murmured against her.

jub@Mark:14:11 @ And when they heard [it], they were glad and promised to give him money. And he sought how he might conveniently betray him.

jub@Mark:14:12 @ And the first day [of the feast of] unleavened bread, when they sacrificed the passover, his disciples said unto him, Where wilt thou that we go and prepare that thou may eat the passover?

jub@Mark:14:16 @ And his disciples went forth and came into the city and found as he had said unto them, and they made ready the passover.

jub@Mark:14:18 @ And when they sat at the table and ate, Jesus said, Verily I say unto you, One of you who eats with me shall betray me.

jub@Mark:14:19 @ And they began to be sorrowful and to say unto him one by one, [shall it be] I? and another [said, shall it be] I?

jub@Mark:14:22 @ And as they were eating, Jesus took bread and, blessing it, broke [it] and gave to them and said, Take, eat: this is my body.

jub@Mark:14:23 @ And taking the cup, having given thanks, he gave [it] to them; and they all drank of it.

jub@Mark:14:26 @ And when they had sung the hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.

jub@Mark:14:32 @ And they come to the place which is named Gethsemane, and he said to his disciples, Sit ye here while I pray.

jub@Mark:14:40 @ And when he returned, he found them asleep again (for their eyes were heavy), nor did they know what to answer him.

jub@Mark:14:46 @ And they laid their hands on him and took him.

jub@Mark:14:50 @ And they all forsook him and fled.

jub@Mark:14:53 @ And they brought Jesus to the high priest, and with him were assembled all the princes of the priests and the elders and the scribes.

jub@Mark:14:64 @ Ye have heard the blasphemy: what think ye? And they all condemned him to be guilty of death.

jub@Mark:15:4 @ And Pilate asked him again, saying, Answerest thou nothing? behold how many things they accuse thee of.

jub@Mark:15:6 @ Now at [that] feast [it was customary that] he release unto them one prisoner, whoever they desired.

jub@Mark:15:13 @ And they cried out again, crucify him.

jub@Mark:15:14 @ Then Pilate said unto them, Why, what evil has he done? And they cried out the more exceedingly, crucify him.

jub@Mark:15:16 @ And the soldiers led him away into the hall called Praetorium, and they call together the whole band.

jub@Mark:15:17 @ And they clothed him with purple and platted a crown of thorns and put it about his [head]

jub@Mark:15:19 @ And they smote him on the head with a reed and spit upon him and bowing [their] knees worshipped him.

jub@Mark:15:20 @ And when they had mocked him, they took off the purple from him and put his own clothes on him and led him out to crucify him.

jub@Mark:15:21 @ And they compel one Simon, a Cyrenian, who passed by coming out of the country, the father of Alexander and Rufus, to bear his stake.

jub@Mark:15:22 @ And they brought him unto the place of Golgotha, which is, being interpreted, The place of a skull.

jub@Mark:15:23 @ And they gave him to drink wine mingled with myrrh, but he received [it] not.

jub@Mark:15:24 @ And when they had crucified him, they parted his garments, casting lots upon them, what every man should take.

jub@Mark:15:25 @ And it was the third hour when they crucified him.

jub@Mark:15:27 @ And with him they crucified two thieves: the one on his right hand and the other on his left.

jub@Mark:15:35 @ And some of those that stood by, when they heard [it], said, Behold, he calls Elijah.

jub@Mark:16:1 @ And when the sabbath [of the great feast of the passover] was past, Mary Magdalene and Mary [the] mother of James, and Salome had bought sweet spices that they might come and anoint him.

jub@Mark:16:2 @ And very early in the morning the first of the sabbaths, they come unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun.

jub@Mark:16:3 @ And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the sepulchre?

jub@Mark:16:4 @ And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away, for it was very great.

jub@Mark:16:5 @ And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting to the right hand [side], covered in a long white garment; and they were frightened.

jub@Mark:16:6 @ But he said unto them, Do not be frightened; Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified; he is risen; he is not here; behold the place where they laid him.

jub@Mark:16:8 @ And they went out quickly and fled from the sepulchre, for they trembled and were amazed; neither said they any thing to anyone, for they were afraid.

jub@Mark:16:10 @ [And] she went and told those that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.

jub@Mark:16:11 @ And they, when they had heard that he was alive and had been seen of her, did not believe.

jub@Mark:16:12 @ After that he appeared in another form unto two of them, as they walked and went into the country.

jub@Mark:16:13 @ And they went and told [it] unto the others, yet they did not believe them.

jub@Mark:16:14 @ Finally he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at the table and upbraided them for their unbelief and hardness of heart because they did not believe those who had seen him after he was risen.

jub@Mark:16:17 @ And these signs shall follow those that believe: In my name they shall cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues;

jub@Mark:16:18 @ they shall take away serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands upon the sick, and they shall be healed.

jub@Mark:16:20 @ And they, going forth, preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word with the signs which followed them. [Amen].:

jub@Luke:1:6 @ And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord, blameless.

jub@Luke:1:7 @ And they had no child because Elisabeth was barren, and they both were [now] well advanced in years.

jub@Luke:1:22 @ And when he came out, he could not speak unto them; and they perceived that he had seen a vision in the temple, for he communicated with signs and remained speechless.

jub@Luke:1:58 @ And her neighbours and her relatives heard how the Lord had showed great mercy upon her, and they rejoiced with her.

jub@Luke:1:59 @ And it came to pass that on the eighth day they came to circumcise the child, and they called him Zacharias after the name of his father.

jub@Luke:1:61 @ And they said unto her, There is none of thy kindred that is called by this name.

jub@Luke:1:62 @ And they communicated with signs to his father, [asking] how he would have him called.

jub@Luke:1:63 @ And he asked for a writing table and wrote, saying, His name is John. And they all marvelled.

jub@Luke:2:6 @ And so it was that while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered.

jub@Luke:2:9 @ And, behold, [the] angel of the Lord came upon them, and [the] clarity of [the] Lord shone round about them, and they feared greatly.

jub@Luke:2:16 @ And they came with haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the babe lying in the manger.

jub@Luke:2:17 @ And when they had seen [it], they made known abroad that which had been told them concerning this child.

jub@Luke:2:20 @ And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.

jub@Luke:2:22 @ And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem to present [him] to the Lord

jub@Luke:2:39 @ And when they had completed all things according to the law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee to their own city Nazareth.

jub@Luke:2:42 @ And when he was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem after the custom of the feast.

jub@Luke:2:43 @ And having completed the days, as they returned, the child Jesus tarried behind in Jerusalem; and Joseph and his mother knew not [of it].

jub@Luke:2:44 @ But they, supposing him to have been in the company, went a day's journey, and they sought him among [their] kinsfolk and acquaintances.

jub@Luke:2:45 @ And when they found him not, they turned back again to Jerusalem, seeking him.

jub@Luke:2:46 @ And it came to pass that after three days they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them and asking them questions.

jub@Luke:2:48 @ And when they saw him, they were amazed; and his mother said unto him, Son, why hast thou thus dealt with us? Behold, thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing.

jub@Luke:2:50 @ And they understood not the word which he spoke unto them.

jub@Luke:4:2 @ for forty days and was tempted of the devil. And in those days he ate nothing; and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.

jub@Luke:4:11 @ and in [their] hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.

jub@Luke:4:22 @ And all bore him witness and marvelled at the words of grace which proceeded out of his mouth. And they said, Is not this Joseph's son?

jub@Luke:4:28 @ And all those in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath

jub@Luke:4:29 @ and rose up and thrust him out of the city and led him unto the brow of the hill upon which their city was built that they might cast him down headlong.

jub@Luke:4:32 @ And they were astonished at his doctrine, for his word was with power.

jub@Luke:4:36 @ And they were all amazed and spoke among themselves, saying, What word [is] this! For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out.

jub@Luke:4:38 @ And he arose out of the synagogue, and entered into Simon's house. And Simon's wife's mother was taken with a great fever, and they besought him for her.

jub@Luke:4:41 @ And demons also came out of many, crying out and saying, Thou art the Christ, the Son of God. And he rebuking [them] suffered them not to speak, for they knew that he was the Christ.

jub@Luke:5:6 @ And when they had done this, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes, and their net was breaking.

jub@Luke:5:7 @ And they beckoned unto [their] partners, who were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink.

jub@Luke:5:9 @ For he was overcome with fear, and all that [were] with him, at the catch of the fishes which they had taken;

jub@Luke:5:11 @ And when they had brought their ships to land, they forsook all and followed him.

jub@Luke:5:18 @ And, behold, men brought in a bed a man who was paralysed, and they sought [means] to bring him in and to lay [him] before him.

jub@Luke:5:19 @ And when they could not find any way they might bring him in because of the multitude, they went upon the housetop and let him down through the tiling with [his] couch into the midst before Jesus.

jub@Luke:5:26 @ And they were all amazed, and they glorified God and were filled with fear, saying, We have seen marvels today.

jub@Luke:5:33 @ Then they said unto him, Why do the disciples of John fast often and make prayers and likewise [the disciples] of the Pharisees, but thine eat and drink?

jub@Luke:5:35 @ But the days will come when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then shall they fast in those days.

jub@Luke:6:7 @ And the scribes and Pharisees watched him, whether he would heal on the sabbath day, that they might find an accusation against him.

jub@Luke:6:11 @ And they were filled with madness and talked one with another [about] what they might do to Jesus.

jub@Luke:6:22 @ Blessed are ye when men shall hate you and when they shall separate you [from their company] and shall reproach [you] and cast out your name as evil for the sake of the Son of man.

jub@Luke:6:39 @ And he spoke a parable unto them, Can the blind lead the blind? Shall they not both fall into the pit?

jub@Luke:6:44 @ For every tree is known by its own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush do they gather grapes.

jub@Luke:7:4 @ And when they came to Jesus, they besought him instantly, saying, That he is worthy that this should be done for him,

jub@Luke:7:16 @ And there came a fear on all, and they glorified God, saying, That a great prophet is risen up among us, and, That God has visited his people.

jub@Luke:7:20 @ When the men were come unto him, they said, John the Baptist has sent us unto thee, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?

jub@Luke:7:31 @ And the Lord said, Unto whom then shall I compare the men of this generation? and to what are they like?

jub@Luke:7:32 @ They are like unto children sitting in the marketplace and calling one to another and saying, We have piped unto you, and ye have not danced; we have mourned to you, and ye have not wept.

jub@Luke:7:42 @ And when they had nothing to pay, he released them both [from their debt]. Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?

jub@Luke:8:10 @ And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God, but to the others in parables that seeing they might not see and hearing they might not understand.

jub@Luke:8:12 @ Those along the way are those that hear; then comes the devil and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.

jub@Luke:8:13 @ Those on the rock [are] those that when they hear, receive the word with joy, but these have no root, who for a while believe and in time of temptation fall away.

jub@Luke:8:14 @ And that which fell among thorns are those who when they have heard go forth and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of [this] life and bring no fruit to perfection.

jub@Luke:8:16 @ No one when they have lighted a lamp cover it with a vessel or put [it] under a bed, but set [it] on a candlestick, that those who enter in may see the light.

jub@Luke:8:22 @ Now it came to pass on a certain day, that he went into a ship with his disciples, and he said unto them, Let us go over unto the other side of the lake. And they launched forth.

jub@Luke:8:23 @ But as they sailed, he fell asleep; and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were being filled [with] [water] and were in jeopardy.

jub@Luke:8:24 @ And they came to him and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish. Then he arose and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water, and they ceased, and there was a calm.

jub@Luke:8:25 @ And he said unto them, Where is your faith? And they, being afraid, wondered, saying one to another, Who is this! for he even commands the winds and the water, and they obey him.

jub@Luke:8:26 @ And they arrived at the country of the Gadarenes, which is over against Galilee.

jub@Luke:8:31 @ And they besought him that he would not command them to go out into the abyss.

jub@Luke:8:32 @ And there was there a herd of many swine feeding on the mountain, and they besought him that he would allow them to enter into them. And he allowed them.

jub@Luke:8:34 @ When those that fed [them] saw what was done, they fled and went and told [it] in the city and in the country.

jub@Luke:8:35 @ Then they went out to see what was done and came to Jesus and found the man, out of whom the demons were departed, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed, and in his right mind; and they were afraid.

jub@Luke:8:37 @ Then the whole multitude of the country of the Gadarenes round about besought him to depart from them, for they were taken with great fear; and he went up into the ship and returned back again.

jub@Luke:8:40 @ And it came to pass that when Jesus returned, the people received him, for they were all waiting for him.

jub@Luke:8:53 @ And they laughed him to scorn, knowing that she was dead.

jub@Luke:8:56 @ And her parents were astonished, but he charged them that they should tell no one what was done.:

jub@Luke:9:6 @ And they departed and went through the towns, preaching the gospel and healing every where.

jub@Luke:9:10 @ And the apostles, when they were returned, told him all that they had done. And he took them and went aside privately into a desert place belonging to the city called Bethsaida.

jub@Luke:9:11 @ And the people, when they knew [it], followed him, and he received them and spoke unto them of the kingdom of God and healed those that had need of healing.

jub@Luke:9:12 @ And when the day began to wear away, then came the twelve and said unto him, Send the multitude away that they may go into the towns and country round about and lodge and get victuals, for we are here in a desert place.

jub@Luke:9:13 @ But he said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they said, We have no more than five loaves and two fishes, unless we should go and buy food for all these people.

jub@Luke:9:14 @ For they were about five thousand men. And he said to his disciples, Make them sit down in companies of fifty.

jub@Luke:9:15 @ And they did so and made them all sit down.

jub@Luke:9:17 @ And they ate and were all filled, and there was taken up of fragments that remained to them twelve baskets.

jub@Luke:9:19 @ They answering said, John the Baptist; but some [say], Elijah; and others [say] that one of the old prophets is risen again.

jub@Luke:9:27 @ But I tell you in truth, there are some standing here who shall not taste of death until they see the kingdom of God.

jub@Luke:9:32 @ But Peter and those that were with him were heavy with sleep, and when they awoke, they saw his glory and the two men that stood with him.

jub@Luke:9:33 @ And it came to pass as they departed from him, Peter said unto Jesus, Master, it is good for us to remain here; and let us make three tabernacles: one for thee and one for Moses and one for Elijah, not knowing what he said.

jub@Luke:9:34 @ While he was speaking this, a cloud came and overshadowed them; and they feared as they entered into the cloud.

jub@Luke:9:36 @ And when the voice was past, Jesus was found alone. And they kept silent and told no one in those days any of those things which they had seen.

jub@Luke:9:37 @ And it came to pass, that on the next day, when they were come down from the mountain, many people met him.

jub@Luke:9:40 @ And I besought thy disciples to cast him out, and they could not.

jub@Luke:9:43 @ And they were all amazed at the mighty power of God. But while they all wondered at all [the] things which Jesus did, he said unto his disciples,

jub@Luke:9:45 @ But they did not understand this word, and it was hid from them that they should not understand, and they feared to ask him regarding this.

jub@Luke:9:52 @ and sent messengers before his face; and they went and entered into a village of the Samaritans to make ready for him.

jub@Luke:9:53 @ And they did not receive him because his face was as though he would go to Jerusalem.

jub@Luke:9:54 @ And when his disciples James and John saw [this], they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven and consume them, even as Elijah did?

jub@Luke:9:56 @ For the Son of man is not come to lose men's souls, but to save [them]. And they went to another village.

jub@Luke:9:57 @ And it came to pass that as they went in the way, a certain [man] said unto him, Lord, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.

jub@Luke:10:7 @ And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give, for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house.

jub@Luke:10:8 @ And into whatever city ye enter and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you

jub@Luke:10:10 @ But into whatever city ye enter and they receive you not, go out into the streets of the same and say,

jub@Luke:10:13 @ Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon which have been done in you, they would have repented a long while ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.

jub@Luke:10:38 @ Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village; and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.

jub@Luke:11:19 @ And if I by Beelzebub cast out demons, by whom do your sons cast [them] out? therefore shall they be your judges.

jub@Luke:11:26 @ Then he goes, and takes [unto him] seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in and dwell there, and the last [state] of that man is worse than the first.

jub@Luke:11:29 @ And gathering the people unto him, he began to say, This is an evil generation: they seek a sign, and no sign shall be given it but the sign of Jonah the prophet.

jub@Luke:11:32 @ The men of Nineve shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it, for they repented at the preaching of Jonah; and, behold, a greater than Jonah [is] here.

jub@Luke:11:48 @ Truly ye bear witness that ye allow the deeds of your fathers: for they indeed killed them, and ye build their sepulchres.

jub@Luke:11:49 @ Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets and apostles, and [some] of them they shall slay and [others] they shall persecute:

jub@Luke:11:54 @ laying wait for him and seeking to catch something out of his mouth that they might accuse him.:

jub@Luke:12:1 @ In the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they trode one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.

jub@Luke:12:4 @ And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of those that kill the body and, after that, have no more that they can do.

jub@Luke:12:11 @ And when they bring you unto the synagogues and [unto] magistrates and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer or what ye shall say;

jub@Luke:12:24 @ Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feeds them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?

jub@Luke:12:27 @ Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

jub@Luke:12:36 @ and ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he comes and knocks, they may open unto him immediately.

jub@Luke:13:2 @ And Jesus, answering, said unto them, Think ye that these Galilaeans suffered such things because they were greater sinners than all the [other] Galilaeans?

jub@Luke:13:4 @ Or those eighteen upon whom the tower in Siloam fell and slew them, think ye that they were greater debtors than [all the other] men that dwelt in Jerusalem?

jub@Luke:14:1 @ And it came to pass as he went into the house of one of the princes of the Pharisees to eat bread on the sabbath day that they watched him.

jub@Luke:14:4 @ And they were silent. And he took [him] and healed him and dismissed him

jub@Luke:14:6 @ And they could not answer him as to these things.

jub@Luke:14:7 @ And observing how they chose the first seats at the table, he put forth a parable to those who were invited, saying unto them,

jub@Luke:14:12 @ Then said he also to him that invited him, When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends nor thy brethren neither thy kinsmen nor [thy] rich neighbours, lest they also invite thee again, and a recompense be made thee.

jub@Luke:14:14 @ and thou shalt be blessed, for they cannot recompense thee; for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.

jub@Luke:14:18 @ And they all with one [consent] began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a field, and I have need to go and see it; I pray thee have me excused.

jub@Luke:15:24 @ for this my son was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found. And they began to be merry.

jub@Luke:16:4 @ I know what I shall do, that, when I am put out of the stewardship, they may receive me into their houses.

jub@Luke:16:14 @ And the Pharisees also, who were covetous, heard all these things, and they derided him.

jub@Luke:16:15 @ And he said unto them, Ye are they who justify themselves before men, but God knows your hearts, for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.

jub@Luke:16:26 @ And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that those who would pass from here to you cannot; neither can they pass from there to us.

jub@Luke:16:28 @ for I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.

jub@Luke:16:29 @ Abraham said unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.

jub@Luke:16:30 @ And he said, No, father Abraham; but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.

jub@Luke:16:31 @ And he said unto him, If they do not hear Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, [even] though one rose from the dead.:

jub@Luke:17:1 @ Then he said unto the disciples, It is impossible that offenses will not come, but woe unto the one through whom they come!

jub@Luke:17:14 @ When he saw [them], he said unto them, Go show yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass that as they went, they were cleansed.

jub@Luke:17:21 @ neither shall they say, Behold it here! or, Behold it there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

jub@Luke:17:23 @ And they shall say to you, Behold it here, or, Behold it there; do not go, nor follow [them].

jub@Luke:17:27 @ They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.

jub@Luke:17:28 @ Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built;

jub@Luke:17:37 @ And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Where the body [is], there will the eagles be gathered together.:

jub@Luke:18:9 @ And he spoke this parable unto some who trusted in themselves that they were righteous and despised others:

jub@Luke:18:15 @ And they brought unto him also infants that he would touch them; but when [his] disciples saw [it], they rebuked them.

jub@Luke:18:33 @ and they shall scourge [him] and put him to death, but the third day he shall rise again.

jub@Luke:18:34 @ And they understood none of these things, and this word was hid from them, and they did not know what was said.

jub@Luke:18:37 @ And they told him that Jesus of Nazareth passes by.

jub@Luke:18:43 @ And immediately he saw and followed him, glorifying God; and all the people, when they saw [it], gave praise unto God.:

jub@Luke:19:7 @ And when they saw [it], they all murmured, saying, That he was gone to be guest with a man that is a sinner.

jub@Luke:19:11 @ And as they heard these things, he added and spoke a parable because he was near to Jerusalem and because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately be manifested.

jub@Luke:19:25 @ (And they said unto him, Lord, he has ten minas.)

jub@Luke:19:33 @ And as they were loosing the colt, its owners said unto them, Why loose ye the colt?

jub@Luke:19:34 @ And they said, The Lord has need of him.

jub@Luke:19:35 @ And they brought him to Jesus, and they cast their garments upon the colt, and they set Jesus upon it.

jub@Luke:19:36 @ And as he went, they spread their garments in the way.

jub@Luke:19:37 @ And when he was come near, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen,

jub@Luke:19:42 @ saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things [which belong] unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.

jub@Luke:19:44 @ and shall cast thee down to the ground and thy children within thee, and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.

jub@Luke:19:48 @ and could not find what they might do, for all the people were very attentive to hear him.:

jub@Luke:20:5 @ And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven, he will say, Why then did ye not believe him?

jub@Luke:20:6 @ But and if we say, Of men, all the people will stone us; for they are certain that John was a prophet.

jub@Luke:20:7 @ And they answered that they knew not from where.

jub@Luke:20:10 @ And at the season he sent a servant to the husbandmen that they should give him of the fruit of the vineyard, but the husbandmen beat him and sent [him] away empty.

jub@Luke:20:11 @ And again he sent another servant, and they beat him also and treated [him] shamefully and sent [him] away empty.

jub@Luke:20:12 @ And again he sent a third, and they wounded him also and cast [him] out.

jub@Luke:20:13 @ Then said the lord of the vineyard, What shall I do? I will send my beloved son; it may be they will reverence [him] when they see him.

jub@Luke:20:14 @ But when the husbandmen saw him, they reasoned among themselves, saying, This is the heir; come, let us kill him that the inheritance may be ours.

jub@Luke:20:15 @ So they cast him out of the vineyard and killed [him]. What therefore shall the lord of the vineyard do unto them?

jub@Luke:20:16 @ He shall come and destroy these husbandmen and shall give the vineyard to others. And when they heard [it], they said, May it not be!

jub@Luke:20:19 @ And the princes of the priests and the scribes the same hour sought to lay hands on him, for they perceived that he had spoken this parable against them; but they feared the people.

jub@Luke:20:20 @ And they watched [him] and sent forth spies who feigned themselves just men that they might take hold of him as he was speaking, that so they might deliver him unto the power and authority of the governor.

jub@Luke:20:21 @ And they asked him, saying, Master, we know that thou sayest and teachest rightly, neither dost thou accept the person [of any], but teachest the way of God with truth;

jub@Luke:20:24 @ Show me a denarius. Whose image and inscription does it have? They answered and said, Caesar's.

jub@Luke:20:26 @ And they could not take hold of his words before the people, and they marvelled at his answer and were silent.

jub@Luke:20:27 @ Then certain of the Sadducees came, who deny that there is any resurrection, and they asked him,

jub@Luke:20:31 @ And the third took her; and in like manner the seven also, and they left no children and died.

jub@Luke:20:36 @ for neither can they die any more, for they are equal unto the angels and are the sons of God, being the sons of the resurrection.

jub@Luke:20:40 @ And after that they dared not ask him any [question at all].

jub@Luke:20:41 @ And he said unto them, How do they say that the Christ is David's son?

jub@Luke:21:3 @ And he said, Of a truth I say unto you that this poor widow has cast in more than they all;

jub@Luke:21:7 @ And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign [will there be] when these things shall begin to come to pass?

jub@Luke:21:12 @ But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you and persecute [you], delivering [you] up to the synagogues and into prisons, being brought before kings and governors for my name's sake.

jub@Luke:21:16 @ And ye shall be betrayed both by parents and brethren and kinsfolk and friends, and [some] of you they shall cause to be put to death.

jub@Luke:21:24 @ And they shall fall by the edge of the sword and shall be led away captive into all nations, and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.

jub@Luke:21:27 @ And then they shall see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

jub@Luke:21:30 @ when they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now near at hand.

jub@Luke:22:2 @ And the princes of the priests and scribes sought how they might kill him, but they feared the people.

jub@Luke:22:5 @ And they were glad and covenanted to give him money.

jub@Luke:22:9 @ And they said unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare?

jub@Luke:22:13 @ And they went and found as he had said unto them; and they made ready the passover [lamb].

jub@Luke:22:23 @ And they began to enquire among themselves, which of them it was that should do this thing.

jub@Luke:22:35 @ And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse and provision bag and shoes, lacked ye anything? And they said, Nothing.

jub@Luke:22:38 @ Then they said, Lord, behold, here [are] two swords. And he said unto them, It is enough.

jub@Luke:22:49 @ When those who were about him saw what would follow, they said unto him, Lord, shall we smite with the sword?

jub@Luke:22:54 @ Then they took him and led [him] and brought him into the house of the prince of the priests. And Peter followed afar off.

jub@Luke:22:55 @ And when they had kindled a fire in the midst of the hall and were set down together, Peter sat down among them.

jub@Luke:22:64 @ And when they had blindfolded him, they struck him on the face and asked him, saying, Prophesy, who is it that smote thee?

jub@Luke:22:65 @ And they spoke many other things blasphemously against him.

jub@Luke:22:70 @ Then they all said, Art thou then the Son of God? And he said unto them, Ye say that I AM.

jub@Luke:22:71 @ And they said, What need we any further witness? for we ourselves have heard of his own mouth.:

jub@Luke:23:2 @ And they began to accuse him, saying, We found this [fellow] perverting the nation and forbidding to give tribute to Caesar, saying that he himself is Christ a King.

jub@Luke:23:5 @ And they were the more fierce, saying, He stirs up the people, teaching throughout all Judea, beginning from Galilee to this place.

jub@Luke:23:12 @ And the same day Pilate and Herod were made friends together, for before they were at enmity between themselves.

jub@Luke:23:18 @ And they cried out all at once, saying, Away with this [man], and release unto us Barabbas

jub@Luke:23:21 @ But they cried, saying, crucify him, crucify him.

jub@Luke:23:23 @ And they insisted with loud voices, asking that he be crucified. And the voices of them and of the princes of the priests prevailed.

jub@Luke:23:25 @ And he released unto them him that for sedition and murder had been cast into prison, whom they had desired; but he delivered Jesus to their will.

jub@Luke:23:26 @ And as they led him away, they laid hold upon one Simon, a Cyrenian, coming out of the country, and on him they laid the stake, that he might bear [it] after Jesus.

jub@Luke:23:29 @ For, behold, the days are coming, in which they shall say, Blessed [are] the barren and the wombs that never bare and the breasts which never gave suck.

jub@Luke:23:30 @ Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us.

jub@Luke:23:31 @ For if they do these things in the green tree, what shall be done in the dry?

jub@Luke:23:33 @ And when they were come to the place, which is called of the Skull, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left.

jub@Luke:23:34 @ Then Jesus said, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment and cast lots.

jub@Luke:23:56 @ And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments and rested the sabbath day according to the commandment.:

jub@Luke:24:1 @ Now upon the first of the sabbaths, very early in the morning they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain [others] with them.

jub@Luke:24:2 @ And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.

jub@Luke:24:3 @ And they entered in and did not find the body of the Lord Jesus.

jub@Luke:24:4 @ And it came to pass as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments;

jub@Luke:24:5 @ and as they were afraid and bowed down [their] faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead?

jub@Luke:24:8 @ Then they remembered his words

jub@Luke:24:11 @ And their words seemed to them as idle tales, and they did not believe them.

jub@Luke:24:14 @ And they talked together of all these things which had happened.

jub@Luke:24:15 @ And it came to pass, that, while they communed [together] and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near and went together with them.

jub@Luke:24:16 @ But their eyes were held fast that they should not know him.

jub@Luke:24:19 @ Then he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, who was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people,

jub@Luke:24:23 @ and when they did not find his body, they came, saying that they had also seen a vision of angels, who said that he was alive.

jub@Luke:24:24 @ And certain of those who were with us went to the sepulchre, and found [it] even so as the women had said; but they did not see him.

jub@Luke:24:28 @ And they drew near unto the village where they went, and he made as though he would have gone further.

jub@Luke:24:29 @ But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us, for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.

jub@Luke:24:31 @ And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight.

jub@Luke:24:32 @ And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us while he talked with us in the way and while he opened to us the scriptures?

jub@Luke:24:33 @ And they rose up the same hour and returned to Jerusalem and found the eleven gathered together and those that were with them,

jub@Luke:24:35 @ And they told what things [were done] in the way and how he was known to them in the breaking of the bread.

jub@Luke:24:36 @ And as they spoke these things, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them and said unto them, Peace [be] unto you.

jub@Luke:24:37 @ But they were terrified and frightened, and supposed that they were seeing a spirit.

jub@Luke:24:41 @ And [as they were] not believing him yet for joy and wondering, he said unto them, Have ye here any food?

jub@Luke:24:42 @ So they gave him a piece of a broiled fish and of a honeycomb.

jub@Luke:24:45 @ Then he opened their understanding that they might understand the scriptures

jub@Luke:24:52 @ And they worshipped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy

jub@John:1:21 @ And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elijah? And he said, I am not. Art thou the prophet? And he answered, No.

jub@John:1:22 @ Then said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to those that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself?

jub@John:1:25 @ And they asked him and said unto him, Why dost thou baptize then if thou art not the Christ, nor Elijah, nor the prophet?

jub@John:1:38 @ Then Jesus turned and saw them following and said unto them, What seek ye? They said unto him, Rabbi (which is to say, being interpreted, Master), where dwellest thou?

jub@John:1:39 @ He said unto them, Come and see. They came and saw where he dwelt and abode with him that day, for it was about the tenth hour.

jub@John:2:3 @ And being short of wine, the mother of Jesus said unto him, They have no wine.

jub@John:2:7 @ Jesus said unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.

jub@John:2:8 @ And he said unto them, Draw out now and bear unto the butler. And they bore [it].

jub@John:2:10 @ and said unto him, Every man at the beginning sets forth the good wine, and when they are well satisfied, then that which is worse; [but] thou hast kept the good wine until now.

jub@John:2:12 @ After this he went down to Capernaum, he and his mother and his brethren and his disciples, and they continued there not many days.

jub@John:2:22 @ Therefore when he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture and the word which Jesus had said.

jub@John:3:3 @ Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a person be born again, they cannot see the kingdom of God.

jub@John:3:21 @ But he that does truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

jub@John:3:23 @ And John also was baptizing in Aenon near to Salim because there was much water there, and they came and were baptized.

jub@John:3:26 @ And they came unto John and said unto him, Rabbi, he that was with thee beyond Jordan of whom thou gave witness, behold, the same baptizes, and all [men] come to him.

jub@John:4:30 @ Then they went out of the city and came unto him.

jub@John:4:35 @ [Do] ye not say, There are yet four months and [then] comes harvest? Behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes and look on the fields, for they are white already to harvest.

jub@John:4:40 @ So when the Samaritans were come unto him, they asked him to abide with them; and he abode there two days.

jub@John:4:45 @ Then when he was come into Galilee, the Galilaeans received him, having seen all the things that he had done in Jerusalem at the feast, for they had also gone to the feast.

jub@John:4:52 @ Then he enquired of them the hour when he began to get better. And they said unto him, Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.

jub@John:5:12 @ Then they asked him, Who is the man that said unto thee, Take up thy bed and walk?

jub@John:5:23 @ that everyone should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that does not honour the Son does not honour the Father who has sent him.

jub@John:5:25 @ Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour shall come, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God, and they that hear shall live.

jub@John:5:39 @ Search the scriptures, for in them ye think ye have eternal life; and they are those who testify of me.

jub@John:6:2 @ And a great multitude followed him because they saw his signs which he did in the sick.

jub@John:6:9 @ There is a lad here, who has five barley loaves and two small fishes, but what are they among so many?

jub@John:6:11 @ And Jesus took the loaves, and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples and the disciples to those that were sitting down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they desired.

jub@John:6:12 @ When they were filled, he said unto his disciples, Gather up the fragments that remain that nothing be lost.

jub@John:6:13 @ Therefore they gathered [them] together and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves which were left over from those that had eaten.

jub@John:6:14 @ Then those men, as they had seen the sign that Jesus did, said, This is of a truth the prophet that was to come into the world.

jub@John:6:15 @ Jesus therefore knowing that they would come and take him by force to make him king, he departed again into a mountain himself alone.

jub@John:6:19 @ So when they had rowed about twenty-five or thirty furlongs, they saw Jesus walking upon the sea and drawing nigh unto the ship, and they were afraid.

jub@John:6:21 @ Then they willingly received him into the ship, and immediately the ship was at the land where they went.

jub@John:6:23 @ (but other boats came from Tiberias near unto the place where they ate bread after the Lord had given thanks);

jub@John:6:24 @ when the people therefore saw that Jesus was not there, nor his disciples, they also entered into the boats and came to Capernaum, seeking for Jesus.

jub@John:6:25 @ And when they had found him on the other side of the sea, they said unto him, Rabbi, when didst thou come here?

jub@John:6:28 @ Then they said unto him, What shall we do that we might work the works of God?

jub@John:6:30 @ They said therefore unto him, What sign showest thou then that we may see and believe thee? what dost thou work?

jub@John:6:34 @ Then said they unto him, Lord, always give us this bread.

jub@John:6:42 @ And they said, Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How is it then that he says, I descended from heaven?

jub@John:6:45 @ It is written in the prophets, And they shall all be taught of God. Every man therefore that has heard from the Father and has learned comes unto me.

jub@John:6:51 @ I AM the living bread which came down from heaven; if anyone eats of this bread, they shall live for ever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

jub@John:6:60 @ Many therefore of his disciples when they had heard [this] said, This is a hard word; who can hear it?

jub@John:6:63 @ The Spirit is he that gives life; the flesh profits nothing; the words that I have spoken unto you, [they] are Spirit and [they] are life.

jub@John:6:64 @ But there are some of you that do not believe. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that did not believe and who should betray him.

jub@John:7:25 @ Then one of those of Jerusalem said, Is not this he whom they seek to kill?

jub@John:7:26 @ But, behold, he speaks boldly, and they say nothing unto him. Have the rulers truly understood that this is indeed the Christ?

jub@John:7:30 @ Then they sought to take him, but no one laid hands on him because his hour was not yet come.

jub@John:7:40 @ Then many of the people, when they heard this word, said, Truly this is the Prophet.

jub@John:7:45 @ Then the officers to the chief priests and Pharisees came, and they said unto them, Why have ye not brought him?

jub@John:7:52 @ They answered and said unto him, Art thou also of Galilee? Search and see, for a prophet has never arisen out of Galilee.

jub@John:8:3 @ Then the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery, and when they had set her in the midst,

jub@John:8:4 @ they said unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery in the very act.

jub@John:8:6 @ This they said, tempting him, that they might be able to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down and with [his] finger wrote on the ground.

jub@John:8:7 @ So when they continued asking him, he lifted himself up and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him [be] the first to cast a stone at her.

jub@John:8:19 @ Then they said unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father; if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also.

jub@John:8:25 @ And said they unto him, Who art thou? Then Jesus said unto them, He that I said unto you also from the beginning.

jub@John:8:27 @ But they did not understand that he spoke to them of the Father.

jub@John:8:33 @ They answered him, We are Abraham's seed, and we have never served anyone; how sayest thou, Ye shall be set free?

jub@John:8:39 @ They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus said unto them, If ye were Abraham's sons, ye would do the works of Abraham.

jub@John:8:41 @ Ye do the deeds of your father. Then they said to him, We are not born of fornication; we have one Father, [even] God.

jub@John:8:59 @ Then they took up stones to cast at him, but Jesus concealed himself and went out of the temple, and going through the midst of them, went away.:

jub@John:9:10 @ Then they said unto him, How were thine eyes opened?

jub@John:9:12 @ Then said they unto him, Where is he? He said, I know not.

jub@John:9:13 @ They brought to the Pharisees him that beforehand had been blind.

jub@John:9:17 @ They said unto the blind man again, What sayest thou of him, that has opened thine eyes? He said, He is a prophet.

jub@John:9:18 @ But the Jews did not believe concerning him that he had been blind and received his sight until they called the parents of him that had received his sight.

jub@John:9:19 @ And they asked them, saying, Is this your son, who ye say was born blind? how then does he now see?

jub@John:9:22 @ These [words] spoke his parents because they feared the Jews, for the Jews had agreed already that if anyone did confess that he was the Christ, he should be put out of the synagogue.

jub@John:9:24 @ Then they called again the man that had been blind and said unto him, Give glory to God; we know that this man is a sinner.

jub@John:9:26 @ Then said they to him again, What did he [do] to thee? How did he open thine eyes?

jub@John:9:28 @ Then they reviled him and said, Be thou his disciple, but we are disciples of Moses.

jub@John:9:34 @ They answered and said unto him, Thou wast altogether born in sins, and dost thou teach us? And they cast him out.

jub@John:9:35 @ Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and finding him, he said unto him, Dost thou believe in the Son of God?

jub@John:10:4 @ And when he puts forth his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice.

jub@John:10:5 @ And they will not follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.

jub@John:10:6 @ Jesus spoke this parable unto them, but they did not understand what it was that he spoke unto them.

jub@John:10:10 @ The thief comes not but for to steal and to kill and to destroy [the sheep]; I am come that they might have life and that they might have [it] in abundance.

jub@John:10:16 @ And I have other sheep which are not of this fold; it is expedient that I bring them also, and they shall hear my voice, and there shall be one fold [and] one shepherd.

jub@John:10:22 @ And they celebrated the dedication in Jerusalem, and it was winter.

jub@John:10:25 @ Jesus answered them, I have told you, and ye do not believe; the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me.

jub@John:10:27 @ My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me;

jub@John:10:28 @ and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall anyone pluck them out of my hand.

jub@John:10:39 @ Therefore they sought again to take him, but he escaped out of their hand

jub@John:11:13 @ But Jesus had spoken of his death, and they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep.

jub@John:11:31 @ Then the Jews who were with her in the house and comforted her, when they saw Mary, that she rose up hastily and went out, followed her, saying, She goes unto the grave to weep there.

jub@John:11:34 @ and said, Where have ye laid him? They said unto him, Lord, come and see.

jub@John:11:41 @ Then they took away the stone [from the place] where the dead was laid. And Jesus, lifting up [his] eyes, said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.

jub@John:11:42 @ And I knew that thou hearest me always, but because of the people who stand by I said [it], that they may believe that thou hast sent me.

jub@John:11:53 @ So that from that day forth they took counsel together to kill him.

jub@John:11:56 @ and they sought for Jesus and spoke among themselves as they stood in the temple, What think ye, that he will not come to the feast?

jub@John:11:57 @ Now both the high priests and the Pharisees had given a commandment, that if anyone knew where he was he should show [it], that they might take him.:

jub@John:12:2 @ There they made him a supper; and Martha served, but Lazarus was one of those that sat at the table with him.

jub@John:12:9 @ A great multitude of the Jews therefore knew that he was there; and they came not only for Jesus' sake, but that they might see Lazarus also, whom he had raised from the dead.

jub@John:12:10 @ So the princes of the priests took counsel that they might also put Lazarus to death

jub@John:12:12 @ On the next day the multitude that were come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,

jub@John:12:16 @ His disciples did not understand these things at first, but when Jesus was glorified, then they remembered that these things were written of him and [that] they had done these things unto him.

jub@John:12:18 @ For this cause the multitude also met him, for they had heard that he had done this sign.

jub@John:12:37 @ But although he had done so many signs before them, yet they did not believe in him,

jub@John:12:39 @ Therefore they could not believe, because Isaiah said again,

jub@John:12:40 @ He has blinded their eyes and hardened their heart, that they should not see with [their] eyes nor understand with [their] heart and be converted, and I should heal them.

jub@John:12:42 @ Nevertheless, even among the princes many believed in him, but because of the Pharisees they did not confess [him], lest they should be put out of the synagogue;

jub@John:12:43 @ for they loved the glory of men more than the glory of God.

jub@John:15:2 @ Every branch in me that does not bear fruit he shall take away; and every one that bears fruit, he shall purge that they may bring forth more fruit.

jub@John:15:6 @ He who does not abide in me shall be cast forth as an [unsound] branch and shall wither, and they are gathered and cast into the fire and are burned.

jub@John:15:20 @ Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my word, they will keep yours also.

jub@John:15:21 @ But they will do all these things unto you for my name's sake, because they do not know him that sent me.

jub@John:15:22 @ If I had not come and spoken unto them, they would not have sin; but now they have no excuse for their sin.

jub@John:15:24 @ If I had not done among them works which no other man has done, they would not have sin; but now they have seen [them] and hate both me and my Father.

jub@John:15:25 @ But [this comes to pass] that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.

jub@John:16:2 @ They shall put you out of the synagogues, and the hour will even come when whosoever kills you will think that he does God service.

jub@John:16:3 @ And they will do these things unto you because they do not know the Father, nor me.

jub@John:16:9 @ of sin, because they do not believe in me;

jub@John:16:18 @ They said therefore, What is this that he says, A little while? we cannot understand what he says.

jub@John:16:19 @ Now Jesus knew that they were desirous to ask him and said unto them, Do ye enquire among yourselves of what I said, A little while, and ye shall not see me; and again, a little while, and ye shall see me?

jub@John:17:3 @ And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

jub@John:17:6 @ I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou didst give me out of the world; thine they were, and thou didst give them me; and they have kept thy word.

jub@John:17:7 @ Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee.

jub@John:17:8 @ For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received [them] and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.

jub@John:17:9 @ I pray for them; I do not pray for the world, but for those whom thou hast given me; for they are thine.

jub@John:17:11 @ And now I am no longer in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, those whom thou hast given me, keep them in thy name, that they may be one, as we [are].

jub@John:17:13 @ And now I come to thee; and these things I speak in the world that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.

jub@John:17:14 @ I have given them thy word, and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

jub@John:17:16 @ They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

jub@John:17:19 @ And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified in [the] truth.

jub@John:17:21 @ that they all may be one; as thou, Father, [art] in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us, that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

jub@John:17:22 @ And the clarity which thou gavest me I have given them, that they may be one, even as we are one:

jub@John:17:23 @ I in them, and thou in me, that they may be perfect in one and that the world may know that thou hast sent me and hast loved them as thou hast loved me.

jub@John:17:24 @ Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am, that they may behold my clarity, which thou hast given me, for thou hast loved me from before the foundation of the world.

jub@John:18:5 @ They answered him, Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus said unto them, I AM. And Judas also, who betrayed him, stood with them.

jub@John:18:6 @ And when he said unto them, I AM, they went backward and fell to the ground.

jub@John:18:7 @ Then he asked them again, Whom seek ye? And they said, Jesus of Nazareth.

jub@John:18:18 @ And the servants and ministers stood there, who had made a fire of coals, for it was cold, and they warmed themselves; and Peter stood with them and warmed himself.

jub@John:18:21 @ Why dost thou ask me? Ask those who heard me what I have said unto them; behold, they know what I said.

jub@John:18:25 @ And Simon Peter stood and warmed himself. They said therefore unto him, Art not thou also [one] of his disciples? He denied [it] and said, I am not.

jub@John:18:28 @ Then led they Jesus from Caiaphas unto the hall of judgement, and it was early; and they themselves did not go into the judgement hall, lest they should be defiled, but that they might eat the passover.

jub@John:18:30 @ They answered and said unto him, If he were not a malefactor, we would not have delivered him up unto thee.

jub@John:18:40 @ Then they all cried again, saying, Not this man, but Barabbas. Now Barabbas was a robber.:

jub@John:19:2 @ And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns and put [it] on his head, and they put a purple robe on him

jub@John:19:3 @ and said, Hail, King of the Jews! and they smote him with their hands.

jub@John:19:6 @ When the princes of the priests and the servants saw him, they cried out, saying, crucify him, crucify him. Pilate said unto them, Take him, and crucify him, for I find no fault in him.

jub@John:19:15 @ But they cried out, Away with [him], away with [him], crucify him. Pilate said unto them, Shall I crucify your King? The high priests answered, We have no king but Caesar.

jub@John:19:16 @ So that then, he delivered him unto them to be crucified. And they took Jesus and led [him] away.

jub@John:19:18 @ where they crucified him and two others with him, one on either side and Jesus in the middle.

jub@John:19:23 @ Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments and made four parts (to each soldier a part); and also [his] coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout.

jub@John:19:24 @ They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be; that the scripture might be fulfilled, which says, They parted my garments among them, and for my raiment they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did.

jub@John:19:29 @ Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar, and they filled a sponge with vinegar and put [it] upon hyssop and put [it] to his mouth.

jub@John:19:31 @ The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the stake on the sabbath day (for that sabbath day was a high day) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken and [that] they might be taken away.

jub@John:19:33 @ But when they came to Jesus and saw that he was dead already, they did not break his legs,

jub@John:19:37 @ And again another scripture says, They shall look on him whom they pierced.

jub@John:19:40 @ And they took the body of Jesus and wound it in linen clothes with the spices, as is the manner of the Jews to bury.

jub@John:19:42 @ Therefore they laid Jesus there because of the Jews' preparation [day], for the sepulchre was near.:

jub@John:20:2 @ Then she ran and came to Simon Peter and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and said unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.

jub@John:20:4 @ So they both ran together, and the other disciple outran Peter and came first to the sepulchre.

jub@John:20:9 @ For as yet they did not know the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead.

jub@John:20:13 @ And they said unto her, Woman, why dost thou weep? She said unto them, Because they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have laid him.

jub@John:20:20 @ And having said this, he showed them [his] hands and his side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord.

jub@John:20:23 @ unto those whose sins ye release, they shall be released; [and] unto those whose [sins] ye retain, they shall be retained.

jub@John:21:3 @ Simon Peter said unto them, I am going fishing. They said unto him, Let us also go with thee. They went forth and entered into a ship immediately, and that night they caught nothing.

jub@John:21:5 @ Then Jesus said unto them, Children, have ye any food? They answered him, No.

jub@John:21:6 @ And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right hand side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.

jub@John:21:8 @ And the other disciples came in the [little] ship (for they were not far from land, but as it were two hundred cubits), dragging the net with [the] fishes.

jub@John:21:9 @ As soon then as they were come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and a fish laid thereon, and bread.

jub@John:21:15 @ So when they had dined, Jesus said to Simon Peter, Simon, [son] of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He said unto him, Yes, Lord, thou knowest that I love thee. He said unto him, Feed my lambs.

jub@John:21:25 @ And there are also many other things which Jesus did, which, if they should be written every one, I think that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.:
